Hi.I’m new to Calendly. I thought that Workflows were working for EVERY meeting I had setup. However, I just found that ‘’One-off meeting’’ were not (sometime, I need to book a fast meeting with this ‘’One-off meeting option)... So, I can’t automate reminders for those type of meeting, which is a complete lost of time (we are using Calendly for that!).Is there a solution to my problem ? How can I automate/Is it possible to add reminders, for One-Off meetings ? Thanks in advance :)  Olivier

 I got this from Microsoft through outlook and it doesn’t single out anything, can anyone confirm it doesn’t apply to Calendly? “What do you need to do?If you are receiving this email, you are currently using an email or calendar app that uses a less secure authentication method to connect to your Outlook.com email account. You will need to upgrade your third-party mail and calendar app to a version which supports modern authentication methods.”

Is there a way to stop people from picking a meeting when it’s so many hours within the start time of that meeting? For instance I don’t want people picking meetings that are within 48 hours of the start date/time. We’re a small shop and even though a time may be available, things may come up that prevent us from even seeing a notification that someone has scheduled a slot with too little notice..

We are using calendly to book meetings on Zoom. We have the integration setup and can see these meetings in our zoom data. However, we have several associates meeting with clients throughout the day and we are leveraging a public round robin approach to our calendar. Given that calendly is generating unique links per meeting, is it possible to pull those links from the api so that we can validate attendance in zoom? 

Hello: I have 4 users attending a conference. During their time there they want to schedule 1:1 meetings with clients. I want to be able to create a calendar for the conference time period where each user is in a group, and we can all see each other’s Calendly calendar of meeting schedule during this time.  For example:“The Lodging Conference” October 7-10 is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm pacific each day.USERS 1, 2 3, 4 each has a calendly event for thisAll 4 users can see all 4 calendlys within this event.Invitees pick the person they want to meet with from the group calendly link. 

We have some apps in my organization that uses our paid calendly accounts to retrieve the list of schedule events.  Today I got reports that the application was no longer working and I noticed that we are getting a ‘FORDBIDDEN’ response.  This app has worked for years now up until sometime in the last few weeks. Are we on a calendly blacklist or something?What do we need to do to get off of it?

I can see only 50 contacts. At the bottom of the list, there are Prev/Next buttons, but the Next button is occluded by the chat bot icon, so I can’t click Next.

Up until recently synced Calendly meetings would show in my Outlook calendar in their allocated times, with a buffer simply showing as unallocated time. For example, two 1 hour meetings from 12pm would show up as two 50-minute meetings: the first starting at 12pm and finishing at 12:50pm, and the second starting at 1pm and finishing 1:50pm.However these buffer times are now showing up in my Outlook calendar, in between these meetings (as if they were meetings themselves. more than setting up the spanish language for me, i want spanish to be the launguage my clients can book and see availability in my link and of course the invitation / confirmation to the meeting be in spanish too. 

I have buffers set 30 minutes before and after scheduled meetings. I just updated my event so people cannot schedule indefinitely into the future. All of a sudden Calendly has begun adding the buffers to my calendar. See below.I want Calendly to buffer meetings but I do not want to see these buffer times on my calendar. It never did that before but has started doing it. How can I stop this?

Here’s what I’m trying to do:Offer a weekly window (10-12 Fridays) in which people can book 15 minute meetings. To keep the meetings in a continuous block, you can only book the 10.15am once the 10am is booked, the 10.30 once the 10.15 is booked and so on. Once the 11.45 is booked, no more bookings can be made.Does Calendly have the options available to facilitate this?

Bonjour, J’aimerais construire un agenda avec des possibilités de réunion collective à des horaires non récurrents, comme par exemple une réunion de 50 personnes pour une heure le lundi 30 septembre de 16h à 17h, le mardi 1er octobre de 8h à 9h et le jeudi 3 octobre de 11h à 12h avec la possibilité pour la personne qui arrive sur l’agenda de sélectionner le créneau qui lui convient. Est-ce possible ?Pour l’instant, quand je rentre dans les disponibilités, je suis bloqué par le créneau horaire car je ne peux pas mettre des horaires différents en fonction des jours… SI ce n’est pas possible, quel serait l’alternative potentielle ? Sachant que j’aimerais proposer un calendrier annuel de réunion collective de différent format.Un grand merci pour votre éclairage

I’m a consultant and I have one client I’m offering recurring office hours to. I’ve been able to set up the ‘meeting type’ so that they can book on the chosen dates I’ve specified. However, my challenge now is those dates show as open in my google calendar. I had originally placed a HOLD there, but that makes it look like I’m unavailable. Is there a way for Calendly to hold the provided slots on my schedule until someone books them, similar to meeting polls?

I have tried entering a search term in the Search bar and nothing happens. I have tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Same result in all three.What might I be doing wrong?Thanks

I’ve added a branding image to my account, and it’s appearing at the top of each different event type. The UI also says that the image will appear in the top-left corner of my scheduling page – but it’s not. This is the case both when viewing the page on the Calendly site, and when displaying it as an inline embed, and is true for both Chrome and Safari on the Mac.Calendly branding is turned off, and correctly hidden.Is this a bug, or has the feature been deprecated?Thanks…

HelloI frequently need to reach out to many (15+) people for individual meetings. Currently I create a one-off meeting manually adding times for open spots on my calendar.  Then repeat 15+ time adding the same timeslots.   This terribly time consuming  because ~50-60% of my existing calendar meeting can be skipped. In the screen shot below you can see the before and after of the 3rd and 4th (normally I look for availability over 2 weeks not 2 days).  On the 3rd all of my existing meetings can be skipped but on the 4th most meetings cannot be skipped.  So for one-off meetings, I have to manually block out times 15+ times in order to maximize the timeslots available.    Ideally I could add the appropriate times once, creating a single link.  I would send that link to multiple people.  If someone books a time, it would no longer show as available for the subsequent people.  Alternatively, I could add the times once and choose to generate 15+ unique links.  I would manually send a differen

I tried PayPal and Stripe but to use Ideal as payment-option is not working. I understand from other questions that this is a calendly isue.When will calendly accept ideal as payment via PayPal and/or Stripe?

Cela est très pratique et plus ergonomique que PayPal pour le client.L’équipe Calendly pourrait-elle mettre à disposition la possibilité d’intégrer Gocardless comme mode de paiement lors des réservations des clients ?

When we reschedule an event in calendly and then call scheduled_events end point in API, it returns two events, one with status cancelled with older time slot and another with status active with new time slots. In this case how can i infer that the second event in actually the reschedule of first event?

Hi everyone, we are on a Zoom and Calendly organization. My own email was listed differently in Zoom than what Calendly was expecting and now it says I’m “not part of your Zoom organization” but yes I am now. So the question is...how can I get Calendly to refresh the Zoom integration so that error message goes away? Thank you, Neil
