I just setup my calendly account. When signing up, I connected to my google calendar account and it suggested a list of calendars I could pick to check for conflict with - I selected only one of them. I’d like to modify that and pick some other calendars from that same gmail account. I cant figure out how to do that. When I go on the “calendar sync” tab it shows me my gmail account but not the different calendars I have within it. I tried removing the the account and reconnecting it but when doing that the I am not proposed to pick which calendars within my gmail account to use! 

Hello,I am using the Free Version of Calendly.When a customer books a meeting in my calender, he only gets a confirmation that the meeting has been booked, but the Microsoft Teams Link is missing.I have checked the settings and Teams is succesfully connected within Calendly (see attached screenshot)What needs to be done, that the Teams link will automatically sent with the confirmation mail. Thanks for a quick replyThomas

Our users are receiving invites from countries where our services are not available. This information is posted on our site but some are not reading all the details. Is there a way to limit or auto-decline invites from certain countries?As an aside, these invites we are receiving are not spam. How can I ensure that if we allow each customer to book 1.5-hour appointments, we maximize the number of bookings during our opening hours? I want customers to start booking right from 10:00 AM instead of 10:30 or 11:00 AM. Sometimes, this difference results in losing up to two bookings per day, which is a waste of revenue.

It’s tax season, and will be until April 15th. I have Saturday availability until then, but post-season I am closed on Saturday. Is there a way to schedule Saturdays starting on April 19th as being unavailable without changing all of the prior Saturdays, without having to change them one by one?

The Group Event is how we schedule our candidates for phone interviews. The recruiters call the candidate within the window. I’d like to make the Group Event also be a shared event. Round Robbin allows one candidate to rotate through the hosts (we’ve done this before, but at the time it was only the tradition setting where we’d set a timeframe for a call and an interval of time). So I’d like to do a Group Event + Round Robbin Event. Is this possible and if so what is the workaround to get to it?

How can I achieve this in Calendly? Here’s my ideal scenario:I’d like to define the maximum number of participants for the meeting in the event settings. On the booking page, I should be able to add all participants by entering their first name, last name, and email address. Title sums it up. I’m trying to change my profile picture, country and timezone, yet I keep getting this error message.I’ve tried clearing my cache and cookies as well as attempting the change from multiple devices, including one that’s never had a Calendly log in ever, all to be prompted with the same message, so the error is clearly either in my account or server-side.Anyone else have the same issue, or ideally a solution?

I photograph senior portraits.  I photograph multiple schools.  I have names and passwords for each senior.  I would like to upload a list of seniors, passwords, school so seniors from school 1 can book during week 1 and seniors from school 2 can only book during week 2 etc.  It that possible, where can I find information about how to control booking?

I have tried many times both yesterday and today, to restart the subscription that I paused over the holiday period. Calendly keeps giving me a "Billing server error. Please try again." error. I’ve double-checked my company card details and limits and everything is in order - it’s the same card that was working previously for my recurring Calendly billing when my subscription was active a month ago. I keep trying to reach human support through the chatbot about this, it never directs me to anyone. I also can't find any bug report flow within the app.  Calendly team - please can you direct this to the right people to get it fixed, so I can get my subscription back up and running soon? I need it for an email send, and if it still continues to fail I’ll need to turn to an alternative solution to get the job done.

The search feature is not working on this page event type page unless a user is selected. I’m trying to search for an event type when All Users & Teams is selected:  the result is only showing up if a specific user is selected:  

On my Google Calendar, I have a "busy" time set from 9 AM to 12 PM every day to avoid unnecessary meetings.But I would still like to make this time slot available for booking through Calendly for specific people.Is it possible to configure Calendly to achieve this setting? If so, could you provide steps or advice on how to set this up?Thank you!

I’m looking to make our Calendly events similar to how Microsoft Booking is setup where a client can manually select which host they want to meet with. I’d also like the ability to add multiple meeting “location” options to this event.  I tried to create an event using the round robin event type, but as far as I can tell that would just push the event to any host in the round robin. I’m just looking for a way to allow our clients to manually select which host they need.

I want to support my educators to schedule sessions in our calendar that then allows the learners to join that group event as invitees.  I am currently using the one-to-one event type for this but thought it would work to schedule an event for multiple attendees.  I am finding that it doesn’t work this way. Does anyone have suggestions for scheduling within a facilitators busy schedule and then adding that time for learners to attend the designated slot? Thanks for any help!

I am looking for an easy way to reschedule an existing scheduled meeting to take place outside of the normally listed availability?Case in point today: client books a meeting at 11:00 am. My normal working hours go to 12:00 pm. He then calls me and asks if we can exceptionally hold the meeting at 12:00. I say yes, go in Calendly, choose the meeting and click reschedule, but I don’t seem to be able to override my normal availability and book it for 12:00 as the option is not available.  I then went into my calendar, that is linked to calendly, to reschedule it from there, but my client did not receive an updated calendar invitation.  For reference, I am on a paying “standard” plan.  I am looking for an easy, user friendly way to do such minor schedule changes - without having to create special events, etc.  Thank you for your guidance!

New meetings appear on my Google calendar but they don’t appear on the Calendly schedule unless i go in myself and change the availability. Shouldn’t meetings booked through Calendly appear on the schedule / availability automatically??  I’ve spent ages trying to figure this out!

I used to have 4 different “availability” definitions that could easily be adjusted once, in one place, and those adjustments were applied to all the different events that used that specific availability.Think:  1) Open for Public Calls;  2) Open for Client calls (more availability that is NOT open to the public);  3) Open for Community Member Calls (different from the first 2);  4) Available for Friends and Family (even less restrictions); 5) Per-Call ConsultsEach of these Availability Definitions were used in one, two or 4 different events, making it easy to adjust “When I’m Available to the Public” and know that all the various events (and links) out there in the world would be correctly adjusted going forward. Now all that functionality is gone and I have just 1 “Weekly Hours”.Meaning, I have to adjust each Event individually.That was a dumb change.  Please bring it back.

As a post graduate teacher, I would like my students to be able to book certain windows of time with me to just meet one-on-one. I’d also like them to be able to view “drop-in” times on my calendar where I’m available for drop-ins, but not bookable for 1:1s. Is there a way to do this so it’s clear when they click on my booking page?

I want to make sure that whatever email, name, phone # that a lead signed up with in the GHL form that I have on a funnel gets transferred/passed onto the same fields in my GHL calendar for them to book a call. How do I do this?

I have a standard account with Calendly. I wish to create a package booking and my inderstaning is that I need to make part of the package sercet. However I dont have that option when I click on the cog symbol. Can you please help? Thank you in advance.
