Hi everyone,I’m admin in our Calendly, but I have not created the event. I want to add new people to the round robin in the event, but I don't have a button anywhere to add them. Is the problem that I have not created the event? Thank you and best regardsMarcel

Hi,I have seen this raised previously.  Please could a feature be added to allow a max number of bookings per person, per day, in a round robin.  I understand the the maximise and equal distribution features, but they aren’t able to account for if only one person is available on that day and for example they then received every single booking.  The max events per day is also difficult to gauge as currently we have upwards of 30 people on our round robin, so the max events per day fluctuates dramatically across the month / year.  It would be greatly appreciated if this function could be looked at being added.  Many Thanks

Hi, I recently set up my first event but on my 2nd one, the date is different but the time is the same.Instead of over-riding to the date & time I need, it is adding extra times at the 30 min interval.On the event name page with the duration option, this is saying it’s locked because you have at least one booked event.How do I unlock this to use the same time on a different date?Thanks

I was under the impression that Calendly automatically sent calendar invites to my invitees upon booking with me via my scheduling link. I have Shared My Calendly Link with about 20 people, at this point. All of them have booked with me and received emails, but not the calendar invites. Help! 

I feel like this has to be the dumbest question ever, but I cannot figure it out…. How do I simply view my calendar in Calendy? The view I am looking for is what I see if I go to creating a meeting poll.  

I’d like to protect the privacy of my clients by not allowing my spouse to see *details* of the Calendly events that sync to my personal Google calendar.  How do I do this?As background - I’m syncing Calendly appointments onto my Google calendar.  Because of how my spouse and I have our Google calendars set up, he can see all my personal Google calendar events. For events from Calendly there, I want my spouse to just see that I’m busy, and not see my Calendly event details (customer’s name etc.). Is there a way to set up sync with Google so that only I as the calendar owner can see the Calendly event details in Google?I’ll add that my prior calendar app (Acuity/Square) allowed this functionality with a setting, and I only just realized my spouse is now able to see details of my customers since I started using Calendly.Thanks for any help you can provide. 

When I click on the Calendly icon for quick access to my event types list, the list that appears includes all the event types that I haven’t deleted There are some event types that I’d like to retain for future use but don’t need now. I’d like to be able to remove those event types from the quick access list for the time being, so that the only event types that appear are those that I’m currently using. Is there any way to do this?Thank you. 

There was an excellent suggestion four months ago to enable users to set meetings to start at 5 minutes past the hour.  What is the status of the availability of this feature, team Calendly?  Use Case:I often have hours in a row of virtual meetings but I don’t need a 30 or 60 minute break.  What I do need is 5 minutes between meeting for quick follow-up or a bio break.  As it stands now, I am either showing up late, asking for a couple of minutes for a pit stop, or putting unnecessarily long and unproductive holds in my calendar from time to time. The current setup is inadequate because if I set 25 minute meetings, it puts them at all kinds of odd times (e.g. 1:45, 2:10, 2:35, etc.).As much as I like using Calendly, I will look for other options if this capability is not provided.  That’s not a threat (hey, I am only one user); rather, it’s an indication of how much I value the capability for the way I run my calendar.Thank you.

Hello, I am working on a project that involves retrieving event information similar to what is displayed in the attached image (e.g., the date and time of the event, email of the invitee, questions, and the Google Meet link). I would like to know which API I should use to retrieve this data for all events on my account so I can test it with Postman. Could you also provide the necessary parameters for making the API calls?Could you please provide guidance or documentation on the appropriate API for accessing these details with Postman? 

I am super confused about a time zone issue I am experiencing. I have read various posts on here but they haven’t helped.I’ll try to outline things simply. I have checked the settings in my availability schedule in Calendly, and in the settings for each event and the time zone is correct - UK Ireland/Lisbon time. And my clients see my availability correctly. When they book a meeting with me it goes into my Outlook calendar at the correct time. But the email that I receive when they make the booking, entitled ‘New Event’, always has the Event/Date time in Eastern Time - US and Canada. I have checked my Outlook settings and the time zone is correct for the UK.This is really confusing. How can I rectify this? I have read that it might be due to the client’s/invitees calendar settings, but it happens every time any client makes a booking. Currently all of my clients are on UK time although it’s likely some might be abroad in due course.

Hi,The “Location” variable, when used in confirmation and  reminder emails etc., actually inserts the word “Location: “ How can I make it so that it only inserts ONLY the input data? Right now, the text for my confirmation/reminder emails shows up as:The meeting will take place at Location: Our Office, High Street, Edinburgh.  What I want is for it to show up as:The meeting will take place at  Our Office, High Street, Edinburgh. It might be relevant that our clients can choose from two option for the ‘Location’ : an in person meeting or a zoom call. I’ve seen the question was asked begore but  here wasn’t any answer to it.  Many thanks for help.

Specifically, I'd like to know:How can I obtain the organization URI for my account? What is the best way to retrieve the user and group URIs required for this API? Are there any specific parameters or steps I should follow to ensure I get all events for the organization?

Hi Community,I’m running a focus group on a specific (already confirmed) date and time. I would like to send invites to multiple e-mails (let’s say: 20) with the expectation that only some of the invitees can attend. I want to get a report of RSVPs with the associated names.It’s no different than sending an Outlook or Google Calendar invite, really. So why do I want to use Calendly? The focus group invites will be sent by multiple folks (each of us personally knows a different portion of the invitees) but we need centralized RSVP collection.Is this something Calendly can do? I’ve been reading and experimenting with Group invites with no success.Thanks!

I have a free account and had just played around with using Calendly, as well as some other booking software.  I have deleted my connection with my Google calendar through my Calendly account, and all of the open slots are still showing on my Google calendar. I have also cancelled any availability through my account so there shouldn’t be anything to show on a calendar. I might want to use this in the future, but I find it really annoying that it shows all of my open slots from Calendly, basically filling all of my calendar indefinitely.  Being a small business that is just starting out, this is something I don’t rely on every day so I don’t want to see it there.

Hi.I’m new to Calendly. I thought that Workflows were working for EVERY meeting I had setup. However, I just found that ‘’One-off meeting’’ were not (sometime, I need to book a fast meeting with this ‘’One-off meeting option)... So, I can’t automate reminders for those type of meeting, which is a complete lost of time (we are using Calendly for that!).Is there a solution to my problem ? How can I automate/Is it possible to add reminders, for One-Off meetings ? Thanks in advance :)  Olivier

 I got this from Microsoft through outlook and it doesn’t single out anything, can anyone confirm it doesn’t apply to Calendly? “What do you need to do?If you are receiving this email, you are currently using an email or calendar app that uses a less secure authentication method to connect to your Outlook.com email account. You will need to upgrade your third-party mail and calendar app to a version which supports modern authentication methods.”

Is there a way to stop people from picking a meeting when it’s so many hours within the start time of that meeting? For instance I don’t want people picking meetings that are within 48 hours of the start date/time. We’re a small shop and even though a time may be available, things may come up that prevent us from even seeing a notification that someone has scheduled a slot with too little notice..

We are using calendly to book meetings on Zoom. We have the integration setup and can see these meetings in our zoom data. However, we have several associates meeting with clients throughout the day and we are leveraging a public round robin approach to our calendar. Given that calendly is generating unique links per meeting, is it possible to pull those links from the api so that we can validate attendance in zoom? 

Hello: I have 4 users attending a conference. During their time there they want to schedule 1:1 meetings with clients. I want to be able to create a calendar for the conference time period where each user is in a group, and we can all see each other’s Calendly calendar of meeting schedule during this time.  For example:“The Lodging Conference” October 7-10 is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm pacific each day.USERS 1, 2 3, 4 each has a calendly event for thisAll 4 users can see all 4 calendlys within this event.Invitees pick the person they want to meet with from the group calendly link. 

We have some apps in my organization that uses our paid calendly accounts to retrieve the list of schedule events.  Today I got reports that the application was no longer working and I noticed that we are getting a ‘FORDBIDDEN’ response.  This app has worked for years now up until sometime in the last few weeks. Are we on a calendly blacklist or something?What do we need to do to get off of it?

I can see only 50 contacts. At the bottom of the list, there are Prev/Next buttons, but the Next button is occluded by the chat bot icon, so I can’t click Next.

Up until recently synced Calendly meetings would show in my Outlook calendar in their allocated times, with a buffer simply showing as unallocated time. For example, two 1 hour meetings from 12pm would show up as two 50-minute meetings: the first starting at 12pm and finishing at 12:50pm, and the second starting at 1pm and finishing 1:50pm.However these buffer times are now showing up in my Outlook calendar, in between these meetings (as if they were meetings themselves. more than setting up the spanish language for me, i want spanish to be the launguage my clients can book and see availability in my link and of course the invitation / confirmation to the meeting be in spanish too.
