New meetings appear on my Google calendar but they don’t appear on the Calendly schedule unless i go in myself and change the availability. Shouldn’t meetings booked through Calendly appear on the schedule / availability automatically??  I’ve spent ages trying to figure this out!

I used to have 4 different “availability” definitions that could easily be adjusted once, in one place, and those adjustments were applied to all the different events that used that specific availability.Think:  1) Open for Public Calls;  2) Open for Client calls (more availability that is NOT open to the public);  3) Open for Community Member Calls (different from the first 2);  4) Available for Friends and Family (even less restrictions); 5) Per-Call ConsultsEach of these Availability Definitions were used in one, two or 4 different events, making it easy to adjust “When I’m Available to the Public” and know that all the various events (and links) out there in the world would be correctly adjusted going forward. Now all that functionality is gone and I have just 1 “Weekly Hours”.Meaning, I have to adjust each Event individually.That was a dumb change.  Please bring it back.

As a post graduate teacher, I would like my students to be able to book certain windows of time with me to just meet one-on-one. I’d also like them to be able to view “drop-in” times on my calendar where I’m available for drop-ins, but not bookable for 1:1s. Is there a way to do this so it’s clear when they click on my booking page?

I want to make sure that whatever email, name, phone # that a lead signed up with in the GHL form that I have on a funnel gets transferred/passed onto the same fields in my GHL calendar for them to book a call. How do I do this?

I have a standard account with Calendly. I wish to create a package booking and my inderstaning is that I need to make part of the package sercet. However I dont have that option when I click on the cog symbol. Can you please help? Thank you in advance.

Due to higher than expected demand for appointments in the New Year I need to offer more appointments each week. I have an extra staff member so I have increased the maximum invitees for an event from 2 to 3.Any appointment time slots with no existing bookings now offer three appointments, but it hasn't changed the existing appointments as they have stayed at 1/2 or 2/2 and do not appear back in the live booking page.Do I need to refresh them somehow to offer the extra slot at the already booked appointment times?

I’ve given this feedback to a Calendly representative before but it has not changed and I am hoping that there can be this option added.I hope I can explain this in a way that is understandable. Currently, Calendly only shows availability exactly 24 hours prior. For example, if a student is looking at my Calendly page to set up an appointment, they can see availability 2 weeks in advance. This is great, but for instance, I have many slots open after 3pm 2 weeks later, but it will not show as available until it’s 3pm TODAY. This has been a HUGE frustration for students and for us advisors since students do not understand that they are not able to see what is actually available until that time comes. At this point, it is out of pure luck if they happen to check the page at a time that shows the availability. And this is not customer oriented.Prior to using Calendly, we used Microsoft Bookings. It’s clunky but at least students/clients were able to see the availability for the entire day

I am the only person using my scheduler.  Would like to apply a single set of date specific hours to all event types.  Is this possible?

I can have a maximum of 10 invitees at any given time. I have to allow a 2 hour duration for each invitee, but I do not want to schedule in 2- hour increments (I DON”T want ten people from 8-10, another ten from 10-12, another ten from 12-2, etc.). I want to stagger start times in 15 minute increments always making sure there are a maximum of ten invitees at any given time.If I set 15 minute increments, with a 2-hour duration and a max of 10 invitees, does Calendly keep track of the number of invitees at all times to ensure there are no more than 10 at any given time?

I have edited my availability to suit some dates that I am unavailable, followed steps I found on google, and saved. No issues… however I have just received a booking for one of the dates I had makes as unavailable, and I am still able to view and book all other time slots within my unavailable dates. what have I done wrong? 

Hello everyone, I have been struggling to understand how to let Calendly automatically send the calendar invites upon booking using my company email. So far just my gmail keeps sending the confirmation email, while  I login to my calendly with my company email. Any advice? or is it even possible? thanks

Why are these orange exclamation popints showing up here?Is this just because there are not a lot of scheduling availabilities for these round-robin events?Why is there no documentation of this or inline helper text?Of note, when I click the alert it just takes me to the event’s routing logic configuration page, and when I check the events page, there ae no alert symbols.What are you trying to tell us, Calendly??? It is December and folks are noting on their calendas e.g. x-mas/new year’s vacation this month, so this seems a plausible reason, however, I can find NO documentation detailing what the waning indicates.Any ideas?Thanks!

Say we have 3 sales people and 4 technical advisors. We want to show booking availability when any 1 sales person is available and any 1 advisor is available. It does not matter who, we just want to make sure we have one person each. Is this possible to do with Calendly? I looked through documentation and don’t think this is possible, but wanted to check.

This is more of a feature request, but when I’m on someone elses calendly account, it’d be great to be able to log in.  Because once I’m logged in I can see which time slots of theirs work with my calendar. Matt

I’ve been using Calendly for a couple of years and never needed Admin rights to set up a connection to my calendar. Now suddenly Calendly or Microsoft is requiring this. How do I resolve this?“We couldn’t add the Microsoft Teams meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event.” 

I would like to send out all open dates to my vendor list so they can choose and book their own session time. The schedule would be alternate Wednesdays at one specific time.

How can we configure calendly calendar forms to accept booking using work emails only ( email field should reject booking from  gmail, outlook, live.com like public mail domains)

Hi there,I removed my Zoom integration because we don’t have it anymore, added Teams integration.However any attempt to book result in this:
