I am using the basic version of Calendly, where I am allowed to ask a few questions while making a booking. Is it possible to receive these questions in the confirmation email being sent to me after each booking?Thanks

I’ve added a description to a managed event, but the description isn’t showing up on the user’s pages that it’s assigned to. I can’t find any setting that is blocking the description from showing up on the event on the user’s page. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello ! For now I have a standard plan but i’m thinking to upgrade to a team’s plan as I’m hiring someone. But, I have 2 remaining questions. In my activity, clients book meeting 1o1 with me. My partner will also have 1o1 with clients and at the same time as me. So I read that I should organize round robin event. (Is that correct?)  As we are having a regulated-by-law activity, we have to make the client sign a formal document and this document is a bit different if that s me or my partner doing the meeting. So when the client chooses the meeting, is it possible to send a different workflows (with a different link for the right document) according to who the meeting is assigned ?  I couldn’t find the answer on the community. I’m confused. After setting up my event communications with email and text reminders for an event. I also have workflow email and text reminders, and they don’t match.  Are they supposed to match or can I just have event communications and no work flow schedule?

Please help me understand why there are two time schedule showing on this scheduled event card? All of the attendees are from UK. What are these two times showing cause it is confusing to look at. Thank you so much for clarifying!

Hi there, I’ve accidentally signed up for a free Teams trial. I wanted to setup a free subscription.Going by my chat with the bot on the website, there's no action required to convert my account to the free plan and there will be no charges. But when I ask to confirm this, it goes into a loop (see attachments). I cannot downgrade because I don’t see an option to do so.Can someone confirm this please? 

I’d like a way to customize the communications for ad hoc meeting types, specifically the calendar event title.Much like a users’ ability to modify the communication initiated from a Calendly event (with specific event-types), I would like to be able to do more to customize how ad hoc events’ communications are distributed. I find myself using the ad-hoc meeting feature more than my event-types, and this would lead to less confusion on my scheduled meetings with clients/prospective-clients. I’ve scanned the forums here and I know it’s well defined as not possible, and was hoping this forum post could be used as a recommendation/idea-board item.Potentially a place in the user settings where you could modify the ad hoc meeting distribution options, or more options when executing the ad hoc event. Thanks, really enjoy the product!

I want to allow my invitees to include the email addresses for additional guests when making an appointment on my booking page(s). I’ve seen others do this, but am unsure of how to do it myself. My goal is to make it so that if, for example, one person that is booking would also like to bring three others with them, they can book for all four names at once. How can I accomplish this? 

Hi,I want to use Calendly to offer guided city tours. My goal is to enable a customer to purchase a tour not only for themselves, but also for people traveling with them. This needs to be reflected in the final price.For example: the tour is 40 EUR per adult person. Children are free.During the reservation, I select 2 adults and 1 child. The final price will be 80 EUR.Is this possible? I want to avoid groups of people having to place multiple orders.Thanks in advance for your help!Florian

Is there a way to change how the names appear to me while using Calendly and viewing people’s names within this event from LastName FirstName in Calendly to FirstName LastName.Below is how all names appear within my scheduled events. I’m assuming a setting was changed by me, but I didn’t intend to change it if it was me. 

Hello,I would like to add a choice of Zoom or Microsoft Teams for meetings. I see I am able to do that for One-on-One Meetings, but not Group Events. Am I missing something, or is this not available? If it is not available, I would like to request this. One-on-One:Group: 

I have 2 events scheduled and needed to expand from 4 invitees per 30 minute time slot to 5.Once I changed the number of invitees from 4 to 5, it changed it on the second date but not the first. The first date was already completely booked.How can I show the extra slots on the first date also? Why did it only show on one of two dates?

We have an existing round robin (2 possible hosts) set up for a specific event type.  We have one intern in the office which we want to include on all meetings with the 2 hosts.  Are we able to automatically add the intern as a co-host when the meeting is scheduled?

Hello, I noticed that the organizer name in the Google meet invite is now a kind of code, instead of the name set in Calendly. It was not the case previously.Do you know why?

Can I give reason why a appointment was cancelled in the automated mail?We are large event venue, and we often can viewing request from events that are to small, which we unfortunately can not accommodate. Hi, I would like to use Calendly to offer city tours. I offer three different tours.Tour 1: 10:00 - 13:00Tour 2: 9:00 - 13:00Tour 3: 17:00 - 21:00However, the tours are not always on the same days, my offering is changing according to several factors (other projects, weather etc.).For example, I would like to offer Tour 1 in the calendar next Friday, Tour 2 on Saturday and Tour 3 on Monday, but then only Tour 1 on Wednesday the following week.I have found the option of creating individual dates, but these don’t appear in the calendar, they just can be used as an invite link.However, I want customers to be able to see when which tours are taking place in the widget that I embed on my site.Is that possible?Thanks a lot for any hints on this topic.

Hi all. My question is in regards to the booking confirmation display shown for Collective event types. In this specific example, I am wanting to schedule a follow-up booking page with myself and 2 other users. The settings are currently set so availability reflects independent user settings and select ‘hosts will always attend’ option. The description also notes the 3 individuals the client can expect to be in attendance.Upon choosing a date and inputting booking information, 3 issues we’re experiencing:Confirmation display is only showing the meeting with one host (myself) and not 3 hosts in attendance, like we want. The topic and email subject is “X meeting name with [my name] + 2 others on X date” This is lesser of an issue as the email subject might be too long! Confirmation display page and email shows the attendees of the event as being one host (myself) and not multiple hosts on meeting. The calendar integration settings, like for google Calendar, do not include all hosts as “

Calendly is not reading busy events on my Outlook and Google calendars.I have followed the instructions in the article, “What to do when you're available but should be busy.” Thus, I have confirmed that my calendars are within my Calendar Sync page. I also have confirmed that the events in my calendars are assigned with a busy status. But, Calendly still is not reading the busy events in my calendars. I clicked on the link to “reach out to our support team”, but that page does not allow me to enter any information. What can be done to fix this problem? Hi there,I have linked my Google Calendar to Calendly so that my customers can book appointments with me. I have now noticed that appointment confirmations that are automatically sent to my customers do not have my address as the sender, which I specified on Calendly, but the Googlemail address of my personal account, which unfortunately sounds anything but "business".Is there any way I can change the sender email address of the Google Calendar? Or can I transfer my current calendar to a new Google account and delete the old one?I am grateful for any tips!

I have several 1:1 events where I need to change host. Is there a simple way of doing this without recreating an event? The events do not have any active bookings so far..
