I have multiple types of services and it doesn’t make sense to give all my clients the link for ALL events so instead, I have to give them a list of links for the calls links they pertain to each type of client. Is there any talks of being able to create a Category URL to group certain events under. The color thing is only visually helpful for me internally. I’d rather work with Event Categories that I can assign events to. A cherry on top would be to create category settings so that any new event that gets added to that category could take on those event settings/workflow, etc...

As a small business, I work with several different clients and so I use multiple calendars.  I LOVE that Calendly can scan all of my calendars for conflicts, but I HATE that you only allow me to use ONE calender for booking any/all of my events.  You force me to have to pay for another calendly account if I wish for Calendly to actually BOOK the events onto my different calendars. How hard can this be?  I know that you probably are more accoustomed to large customers with multiple users, but it is just me and I wish you would PLEASE make this change?  I saw another person make this same comment but the comments were closed 9 months ago and I’m not 100% sure you understood the request.  If this is not clear please let me know.  One recent example was that I took on a new client for an event and I had to pay for a totally separate Calendly account just to be able to book events onto the event email calendar, this cut into our profits as a small business and I really hope that this messag

Hi there, how can I capture credit card detaiis only  when customers book without taking the payment upfront? I want to be able to charge only after they have completed their sesion with me, but want to have their credit card details on hand only in case they do not show up.

Hello! Is there any way I could include the selected location in the title of the calendar invitation that goes out after an event is booked? For example, I’d like for it to say “[Host] and [Guest] (Google Meet)” or “[Host] and [Guest] (Phone Call)” if those locations were selected. I don’t see the location variable available in the title editor, only in the description editor, so I’m curious if anyone knows of a workaround I could try here. Thanks! 

Hello!  I’ve been booking calendly calls from other users links, and adding them to my google calendar.However, they don’t show up in my own calendly account as upcoming events, and I have my google calendar synced with calendly. Should I be able to see this scheduled calls I make from other people links?

I have a wix site that has a button that sends customers to Calendly set it up appt times. I set up my hours under Schedule and they are correct when booking on my desktop but when I test on my and others’ cell phones the meeting times are completely wrong and is says I work from 7am to noon. How do I fix it so all “devise-types” show my correct hours?

Where can I find the time and date of a canceled meeting? In the event export, I can see the start/end time of the meeting, when it was created, if it was canceled (TRUE/FALSE), and who canceled it. Now, I am looking for a way to see the date and time of the canceled event. Where can I find this?

How do you create a better-looking calendar invitation? When I add the privacy statement, signature and such the format and spacing is awful. What can I do to make it look professional? 

From which setting can I merge my different event types into one calender. For example if an hour is booked on event 1, it should be unavailable on event 2. Is this an automated setting or do I have to do it manually? I use standard plan.

My appointments are getting set and into my calendar, however they don't include the invitee email address so they’re missing the events. I can add it in if I notice. However this should be automated. What do I need to do?  I guess its a setting I need to change?hanksAl

HiI’ve connected the business Paypal account to Calendly and I’ve set up group Round Robin meetings that allow us to take payment for these meeting fine.My problem seems to be when I have set these meetings up also for individual staff members as one-to-one meetings it’s asking me to connect to Paypal and takes me to integrations where I see that Paypal is already connected.Do you know what's going on here? Why can’t I attach the existing company Paypal account to staff for one-to-one meetings?Thanks

Hi! Is it possible to use calendly to rent conference rooms? The main issue i have is that customers can’t choose the duration of their bookings. I have to setup events for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours etc.Is there a way to bypass that?Thx!

Hi!If i book an event in google agenda that doesn’t include specific hours (considering it’s an event that occurs all day), i will still be available in calendly. If i give start and end hours to my event, it works well in calendly. Is there something i can do to bypass the hours manipulation? Thx!

Hi Team,I need help with these please:I would like to know if the texts they opted in for stops if a meeting is cancelled by us If the texts stop if a meeting is cancelled by the client? How can we make it possible that the emails that are sent to the booking person is from an email address that is different from my sign-in email? Or is it possible that any emails that Calendly sends to the client are from a different email instead of the sign in email? If I sign in with my personal email but we use notifications@calendly.com for client notifications, can my email be hidden from clients? I don't want my email to appear on anything sent to the client.Thank you!

We have people filling out the routing form but not submitting enough information for our initial consutation. These people are manually followe dup and additional information gathered.Is there any way to update the form fill information to create continuity and the appropriate information included in the meeting?

I'm in NY and have clients in Africa (7 hour time zone difference). They need to be able to schedule meetings, 2-4 hours in length, from 11pm EST - 3am EST (across the midnight hour).In order to accomplish this, I goto to Working Hours (https://calendly.com/app/availability/schedules) -- and add a 2nd 'interval':12:00am - 3:00am11:00am - 11:45pmThis issue is that I need the 2nd 'interval' to be 11:00am - 12:00am, or another way for my clients too book meetings such as 11pm - 2am. Hi. We have a sales team of 8 people and ideale I want to set up an exhibition event where a customer can choose the date / time for the event + the wished sales guy.Is this in general possible or do I need to create one exhibition event per sales person? We have two conference rooms on the exhibition and I want to avoid an overlap within the bookings. I read the article to set up a conference room as a calendly user and always create a ne event with the user + the conference user to avoid overlaps.  I general I understood this concept BUT: the restriction for bookings are the sales person availability + the wished conference room. Meaning: company X wants to have a meeting with sales person Y at October 13, 10 am. Meeting room 1 is already booked so the system give only meeting room 2 as an option to book OR both meeting rooms are already booked, so in this case company X needs to select another slot where also a meeting rom (beside the sales person) is available.Are both topics possi
