Hey All!I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to set my availability so that only the first available time slot is able to be booked, then once this is booked, the next time opens up?For example, if I have availability on a Tuesday for 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 etc, is there a way that only the 10:00 opening can be displayed on the booking page, then once this is booked, it shows availability for 10:30 and so on. 

A client today received 8 notifications about our meeting 1 hour in advance. What’s going on and how can we fix this ASAP.Joan

Is it possible to offer dates in a personal location (tue, wed, thu) and online location the other days? Or do I have to create different event types for each? I am in the office only 3 times a week und want to offer meetings in personal on these days. The other days I do my meetings online.What is the best way for my issue?Thanks and best regards

I used to be able to see the phone number of the appointment in  Outlook, and then I  was reviewing my Calendly settings and added a location, thinking this would be an improved and now the Phone number doesn’t show in the Outlook calendar. I have removed the location and tried again without success. Please advise 

It appears that I've been charged for over 3 years for unused accounts,  nearly $2000. Despite these accounts being clearly inactive with inactive email addresses and undelivered invoices, Calendly has charged me for services not rendered. Respected companies should not take advantage of people's life circumstances, especially when they overlook these kinds of issues. 

Hi, I’ve noticed that when scheduling a meeting with Calendly, it does not DIRECTLY add the invitee(s) to the calendar events.  All it will show is myself in Google Calendar, not me plus the Invitee as if I had invited them directly. Is there a setting or way to do this?  Because sometimes invitees lose the calendly email, and I feel like if they are DIRECTLY on the calendar itself, showing to me as well if they accepted or not, then thats a lot more likely to get them to pay attention to the meeting, particularly if it shifts around (which is what happened, I had to reschedule the meeting but the invitee didnt “pay attention”).Nathan

I have some clients who consistently cancel or reschedule at the last minute. Is there a way I can prevent them from booking in future? Or is there an option to block that clients email id?

Hi, I wish to cut out the first step for my customers. I only offer one service, so it just seems unnecessary. Is it possible to just start with the calendar picker? Thanks

I’m looking to set rules for my availability, however my schedule follows a 2 week pattern. How can I set my availability on specific days that apply every other week>?

I have a cancelation policy that does not allow clients to reshedule or cancel 24 hours or less before our session. 1. Am I right that there is no way to stop rescheduling/cancelations within Calendly?2. If so, is there a workaround?I am in great need of this function these days and despite having been with Calednly for many, many years I will have to move to another platform if this isn’t doable in some shape or form :(Thanks for your help.

Ideally, I’d like to send it to attendees only - not invitees who didn’t make it.However, it appears that it’s not possible to distinguish between attendees and invitees when setting up a  workflow, even if I create a custom workflow.Am I missing something?

I was told by a business colleague that when they clicked on a time to book on my Calendly calendar, that it pulled up my personal calendar alongside the options to show availability. I know that happens at my end, but I did not know the one booking could see that.  How can I stop that from happening?  (I only want the times I’m available to show, not the times I’m booked and what I’m booked for, if that makes sense.) Thank you!

I created a scheduled event and invited a user to it. I can see the user in the event and assigned them as "View Only." However, they cannot see my "Scheduled Events."What else do I need to do to allow them to see my scheduled event? The invited users don't even have a dropdown option to see my events on the "Scheduled Events" page.If I go to the Admin Center and then to the User Tab in the “People” category, I can see the users attached. If I change the user from "User" to "Admin," they can see my "Scheduled Events," but this allows them to change event information, which is not acceptable.

Our business has 15 Calendly users. We want to be able to take a payment via Stripe that goes into the one stripe account, that of the business owner.Is that possible and does that mean the admin/business owner has to go into all the users and update it to his own Stripe account, or is there a quick fix?

I share my link with clients to book a Google Meets meeting. It populates on my Google calendar. Once the meeting is over, but while I am still talking to the client, I get them on the calendar for a follow up time/date. To do this I edit the existing Google Meets invitation and send that out with the new date/time. However, there are no reminders that go out to the invitee once that is edited. I can set up notifications, but those only go to me.How can I get reminders to the invitee on an edited meeting invitation (I  do have reminders set up in work flow from the original meeting link they book on).Thank you!!

When a prospect books an appointment that has an event type with the location set to Zoom Meeting; is there any way to send the Zoom confirmation instead of the Calendly confirmation?  I ask because Zoom confirmation email messages give you the ability to add the appointment to Google calendar, Apple Calendar and  your Outlook Calendar

Hello,I’ve changed my main address in my Google Account and unfortunately I can’t access anymore to my Calendly account. I’ve tried to connect with the new address but I created a new account 😭.Where can I have some help to access to my first account ? I use Calendly for my personal use to make it easier to talk with recruiters as I’m looking for a new role.  It makes their life easier which hopefully means my resume is closer to the top.

I may be an odd user but I do not allow clients to book appointments with me, I book all of my appointments for them which gives me a flexibility I need to manage the multiple locations where I meet clients and multitude of different appointment types that I have, each with its own time requirement and very individualized automated workflows. I work out of multiple offices, as well as coffee shops where I regularly meet with clients, that located hours apart. In order for me to schedule appointments efficiently, I have to take into account the location of each appointment, the time requirement and the travel time between each meeting location. Using Calendly this way also allows me to highly customize each appointment type with Automated Workflows which double or even triple my efficiency and significantly decreases the percentage of no-shows.  I am very interested to learn if many other Calendly users are using the system and functionality in the same way as
