Hi gang,Can we customize the content of notification emails we receive from Calendly? For example: when received in gmail change the original name from Calendly to NEW MEETING and/or add an image in the profile?  

We are looking for the right solution for our locations. Let me briefly explain our plan:- Our customers should be able to select a service as the first step- The next step is to select whether the booked service should take place via Zoom meeting or at a location. So the customer has the choice: Zoom Meeting, Location 1, Location 2, Location 3,...-> The respective locations could be set up as team members, right?- Once the location or Zoom has been selected, the customer can choose their timeslot. Is this feasible? If so, how?  Ideas and alternative approaches welcome!

Dear community,Are there any possibilities for automating what kind of Calendly events lead to what kind of visibility options within Google Calendar? Ideally, I wish I could have something like:If event name contains “Interview”, I would like everyone from the HR team (I could specify their names) to be able to see the event in my Google Calendar If event name contains something else, the visibility should be private.Would it be possible to set something like this up, possibly also with 3rd-party tools?Many thanks in advance!

Hello, I created a meeting schedule and I already received it on email, but i dont see it on my schedule events on calendly dashboard? The filter this month still not showing anythingIm using the same email, and already sync as well.

I would like to have reminder Emails for my round robin (workflow created) sent from the gmail of the team member which the appointment has been schedules with. Is this possible? I do not find the possibility to choose this. 

Hi, I have outlook 2021 home and business and I would like to sync my calendly.  Is there a plugin that will allow me to sync to my outlook 2021? 

When I ‘turn off’ the event, it shows the participant that it is an invalid URL. Is there anyway to set a message that says, “This activity is fully booked. Please look out for future research opportunities!”Also, Calendly needs a way to set a total cap on sessions. I’m having to watch my email to ensure it doesn’t go over the total determined by our budget.

Newbie question. I’d like the my Calendar to be fully displayed on my website page vs having just the Event Name displayed and having to click on that to open it. Is there a way to do this on a squarespace site? Any thoughts appreciated. 

Look - my Outlook Plug-In stopped working at 11AM yesterday, and I’m getting double booked and people are joining the same meetings. The web-based option doesn’t work, and I’ve been using the plug in since we opened our account.  Instead of being cute, and saying “case by case” basis, please provide the link, as the help info points to the simple installation (where it once was), and it’s not there anymore.  This is beyond frustrating it’s creating operational issues and if we can’t use the plug-in, we’ll cancel our subscription.  Before you tell me to “contact support” I’ve been “waiting for an agent” for hours, twice today.  Your customers know what they need, please provide it to us.

I updated my Calendly schedule, so we need to update the link on our website?

How do I solicit and receive a confirmation response from an invitee through email or text?I see several instances where a text or email message may be sent to an invitee which include links allowing the invitee to reschedule or cancel an appointment. However, I don’t see any way for the invitee to confirm they will be present.  I.e., 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, the invitee receives a text asking them to confirm they will make the meeting. The user's response to confirm, reschedule, or cancel the appointment would be sent via text to the host, as would a message indicating no response.  

Hi, I offer an initial session that comprises of 2 appointments. Payment for both appointments is made when the client books the first appointment. How do I set it up that the client can book the second appointment without payment? At the moment in Booking Page Options I have selected Links On Confirmation Page for Schedule Second Session...unfortunately when the client clicks the link it looks for payment again. Is there a way for the link to the second appointment to have no payment required. I hope this makes sense.   

Hi community, We have 2 new sales reps starting and they’ll both be using the same Zoom to service their calendars. The issue we have is that the emails relating to the Zoom are being sent to the Zoom account email and not to that of the address used on calendly.For example - when someone cancels their meeting Zoom sends a notification that the Zoom meeting has been deleted. This goes through to our Zoom email address which is a third entire email address altogether.  Is there a suggestion of how we can get the rep’s email onto that Zoom event? Like is there a way to add them automatically to the zoom invite as an attendee? So when it cancels they get cc’d in?  Kindest,Jessie   

Hi guys,we need a meeting poll that has the setup capabilities like the 1-1 and other meetings. Meaning: allow continuous scheduling 2 weeks in advance and with more options than 40. Our use case is requesting & booking services with a confirmation flow when working with contractors all over Europe. Here we ask people for 3-10 time slots when they have time for an appointment and then let a technician or us confirm it.The reason is that these guys need to order spare parts, optimize their routes for efficiency and a technicians brand know-how. Otherwise this doesn't work.Existing solution: 40 options is not enough, we need a ongoing option that shows this e..g 3, 10. 14 days in advance, the existing solution does not appear in my meetings (!)  I feel like all of calendly is built around the idea that there must to be one date selected without ever thinking about a step in between... Can you let me know asap if this would be implemented? We expect at 1-10k users of this in the next

Hi there,I am using my business email address, which is associated with my work calendar, to sync with Calendly. This way, my work calendar will reflect my availability correctly in Calendly.I tried adding permissions in Google Calendar under the email address, but it's not working. It says my email address is connected, but it's not showing in the availability section or showing my Google Calendar.

We do in-home consultations, can the invitee’s address be set to the location? 

I offer prospects and clients the opportunity to meet in person or virtually but I’m going to be traveling and would like certain dates to only offer virtual meeting location options - is this possible?Many thanks for your consideration!

Hi, I've used calendly for a few months now and in the beginning it worked al fine. Google calender is integrated and when someone makes an appointment it appears in my google calender.But now I've a double booking! There was already a appointment in my google calender and somehow calendly didn't 'see’ this.Can anyone tell me how to prevent this in the future?Thanks!

I have to setup a small meeting conference with several participants, depending on my availability. For instance I can meet at 10.00 with 3 guests, at 10.30 with 4 and at 11.00 wilth only two. Is it possible to set this up. I did seethe time options, but how and where do I enter the maximum number of participants for each time?

We are hoping to use Calendly for scheduling our candle pouring workshops in our retail store. More often than not, a couple signs up for two spots together or one friend registers for the group attending. From what I gather, there is no solution to this right now. Is there a plan to implement a feature like that, that would allow people to register for multiple attendees at a time and have the quantity subtract from our available limit?

Calendar invitations are being sent from my email address, but Calendly is using its own smtp server.  Since I have SPF records in my DNS, the recipient’s server is rejecting every calendar notification, since it doesn’t come from Microsoft’s servers.  There does not appear to be a way to fix this.

I have an independent contractor who provide a consultation service for my clients. I have a standard account, she has one of her own for her separate business. Her Calendly is connected to her calendars for her business and personal obligations.  I want her to be able to schedule meetings for my clients, taking into account her various availabilities.My schedule is not relevant, only hers and the client.What is the best way to accomplish this? Thanks,John Mekrut

I want to include a checklist of topics (form) for a client to review prior to the meeting. The goal is to remind the client about the range of topics we can provide advice on and for us to understand what might influence their life now and in the near term. I would then get this information sent to me ahead of the meeting. Ideally it would go out with the reminder email 24 hours prior to the meeting.  Other than linking them to a third party fillable form I don’t see how it can be done within Calendly.  Is there a solution I am missing?  

In the documentation for one-off meetings there is this note,“Note: The name of this meeting will not appear in the title of the calendar event that is created for this event. E.g. if you name this meeting “Quick Chat” that name will not appear on the calendar event. What will appear on the calendar event is [Invitee Name] and [Host Name]. The meeting name will be shown in the body of the invitation.”Can someone from Calendly explain to me why the calendar invite is set to “[Invitee Name] and [Host Name]” and not the event title?I do not understand why this is “hard wired” this way as it is a horrible experience for my customers when I try to use this.At minimum, could there not be an option that we can select whether we want the event title or this “[Invitee Name] and [Host Name]” to be the title for the calendar invite?This seems very strange that the name of the meeting is not used as the title of the calendar invite.  Are these not the same thing?Please help me understand.  Honestl
