Hi all, I am beginner here, and have a question. I want to track Google ad performance whenever an appointment is booked using Calendly.  I have seen few very technical (for me) articles, and I am wondering if there is a simple way to do it. One idea I have is to create a Calendly event type dedicated to Google ads, and use that link. So, all booking on the event type are from Google ads. I do not know if it would work - or if there are simpler and direct  methods available. Thanks, Ram

Hello,6 months ago someone asked if you’re able to book different time slots on the one event calendar.As a therapist where appointments can be anywhere between 30-90 mins, this is crucial.Are there any updates on this? Is this going to be a feature anytime soon?Thanks,Anna 

Hello, I’m currently working on a project for a website called LESCO Bill (it’s a bill checking service for LESCO users), and I’m trying to set up different calendars for various teams. Each team handles different tasks (e.g., customer support, technical issues, and content updates), and I need to manage them separately within Calendly.I want to know if there’s a way to create separate calendars for each of these teams so I can keep things organized and avoid any scheduling conflicts. Is it possible to have one account handle multiple calendars for different purposes, and how do I make sure they don't overlap?Any advice or step-by-step guides would be greatly appreciated! Hello, with the Robin Round tool we have two events with two different host at the same time. But the calendar just show one event. The second event at the same time is not available in the calendar tool. So no client can book the second event with the other host.  What can I do? 

I’m logged in as my main email (XXX@gmail.com), but when I click on someone elses calendly invite, it automatically populates my old work email, which I no longer have access to.  This old work account, is no longer connected to my account.I know I can manually change it, but sometimes when in a rush i forget to, and now that calendar invite never gets to me.

This is more of a feature request, but when I’m on someone elses calendly account, it’d be great to be able to log in.  Because once I’m logged in I can see which time slots of theirs work with my calendar. Matt

Hello dear Calendly community!I’d like to setup an event (“we appraise your car”) for our two locations.The event type & description are the same, but I would like the user to choose from one of the locations. This in itself is possible, but the problem is that the two locations run on two different google calendars. It wouldn’t make sense if user 1 would book a time slot at location 1 and user 2 wouldn’t be able to book the same time slot at location 2.Is there a workaround for that?Currently I use two seperate calendly calendars. It would be way easier if we had to implement only one on our webpage. I wouldn’t have a problem with paying for two seats since two different calendars are used. Thanks in advance! 

Several of my users are having a problem with others Calendly setups. When my user (User A, office365) uses Calendly to set a meeting with (User B, Google Workspace), it will sometimes send user B dozens of event replies, confirming, denying and marking tentatively. Microsoft blames google and google blames microsoft, but this has happened to a few of my users and only when setting meetings via Calendly. Exchange says these never left our premises, so they must be coming from Calendly. Any ideas of how to prevent this?

Hello, At least three times in the past calendar year all of my events have simply disappeared.  I’ll set up the appointments, then suddenly, they’re gone and I’m getting appointments for times that were once blocked off.  Can you help please?  Thanks.

I’ve been using Calendly for a couple of years and never needed Admin rights to set up a connection to my calendar. Now suddenly Calendly or Microsoft is requiring this. How do I resolve this?“We couldn’t add the Microsoft Teams meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event.” 

I do appreciate having the calendar view back, so thank you. However, when I block off an hour, it shows up as blocked off on both the calendar and date specific hours (great!)When I add a day, or an hour, it shows up in my calendar (great!)But the hour I blocked off still shows up as available to clients for booking.The day I added does not show up as available to clients for booking.I have tried troubleshooting and it doesn’t reveal anything. I have none of my calendars (Outlook, etc) linked to my bookings, either.

Since updating to Mac OS Sequoia, when my customers book through Calendly, I can no longer edit the booking in Moleskine Timepage or Apple iCal. Timepage is my main calendar app and this has become frustrating (the same thing happens on the latest iOS on my phone and iPad. It only happens with Calendly entries though.Jobs are booked via Calendly via a Gmail account and now Gmail is the only way I can edit. But it’s too easy to delete jobs on Gmail.I basically need to cut and paste from the address field to the title of my calendar of I can see at a glance where I am going.Is there a way to turn off Read-Only?Thanks

I would like to send out all open dates to my vendor list so they can choose and book their own session time. The schedule would be alternate Wednesdays at one specific time.

How can we configure calendly calendar forms to accept booking using work emails only ( email field should reject booking from  gmail, outlook, live.com like public mail domains) 

Hello, I have a problem with my availability.I used the tool to change the availability on 20/21/22 of November, but when I share my Calendly to other people they are able to plan meetings on those days. Can someone help me?  

I have a client who is becoming addicted to my services. And though I asked her not to book she has booked me for months out. It would be very handy if Calendly would create a block list feature so I can avoid having to cancel and refund money. 

Hi Fellas,My question is very staright forward but struggling to find an answer, I have inactivated ‘CreateEventTemplate’ flow in salesforce as I want to implement a different flow when a record is created in Action object, however Calendly is still creating events (Appointment) even though flow is inactive. Any idea what could be the reason? 

Google Calendar recently introduced a dark mode, which is great. The calendly app sticks out in it though so I’m wondering if there’s a way to get it to match. If not how would I submit an enhancement request. 

Hello all,I gave my old phone to someone mistakenly believing that a factory reset had been done on it, however it turns out that it hadn’t. Unfortunately, the person I gave it to refuses to give it back temporarily for me to reset, or confirm that they have done a factory reset. I know that if a factory reset wasn’t done, one of my tabs in safari that was open was calendly and it was logged in. Is there a way to force logout on that device, or remove that device from being logged in?
