Our users are receiving invites from countries where our services are not available. This information is posted on our site but some are not reading all the details. Is there a way to limit or auto-decline invites from certain countries?As an aside, these invites we are receiving are not spam. They are legitimate requests but we, as a company, cannot help them. Let me know if my explanation is not clear. Thanks, Sam.

Hello,I’m sorry, here I am again with a question. I'm trying to make the caleder work as good as possible so I hope you can help me again.Is there a way to set a multiple events on a certain day. Example; on saturday we are with 6 or 7 persons working in our store, so we can handle more appointments. At this moment I can only set a maximum event limit for the whole week. Is there an option to have the saturday or any other day offer more availability in a group event. 

Is there any update on whether Calendly is going to add a feature where someone can view availability without actually booking an appointment? I get that you can just have someone go in as if they are going to book an appointment and use that as a way to see when you’re available, but it would be MUCH more useful if there were a way to have them see a week or day view that shows where your availability is (in a when2meet.com fashion). I’m a professor and the purpose of this is that most of my colleagues use Outlook as their exclusive calendar and many meetings are scheduled simply by checking folks’ Outlook availability. For my admin to check mine requires going through a rather clunky process of fishing around in my calendly with one of my current meeting scheduling options. It would be far more useful (and less confusing) if when I were asked to provide my availability for a meeting I could simply share a Calendly link that gives the week or day view I mentioned above.

Hi,.Whilst I’ve linked my Calendly to my Google Calendar, the meetings in Google Calendar aren’t syncing.It looks like I’ve go no upcoming meetings and am fully available which is inccorrect.What is missing in the integration? 

How can I ensure that if we allow each customer to book 1.5-hour appointments, we maximize the number of bookings during our opening hours? I want customers to start booking right from 10:00 AM instead of 10:30 or 11:00 AM. Sometimes, this difference results in losing up to two bookings per day, which is a waste of revenue.

I would like the option to check whether an appointment has made a purchase or not, in order to gain insight into what percentage of appointments result in a purchase and what percentage do not. How can I view/fill this in?

Hello. We have had a few instances where clients have booked their meeting while traveling. This defaults to their current time zone, which we understand will happen if it is not frozen in the booking settings. In the past however, once they returned back home it would automatically synch back to their current time zone. The past couple meetings we have had miscommunication and issues with was due to that person say being back at home in Pacific Time, but receiving all communication as if they were still on Indochina Time. Has anyone else experienced this or how do we set things up to ensure everyone is going to see their correct Time Zone when it is actually time for the meeting?

It’s tax season, and will be until April 15th. I have Saturday availability until then, but post-season I am closed on Saturday. Is there a way to schedule Saturdays starting on April 19th as being unavailable without changing all of the prior Saturdays, without having to change them one by one?

I have been using calendly for a little while now and been really happy with the way that it all works. the more ive been using it something ive been struggling with is making sure people book sessions back to back. exampleif i have space for booking on a monday from 8am-8pm i might have someone booking in at 8am and then the next client will book in at 11am and the last one books in at 6pm. with this is spreads out my day so i would like it to only open up slots either side of a booking. does this make sense?

Hi,I am new to Calendly. Currently I have free trial of teams and after that I will be moved to Basic Free Plan. I know in basic plan i can have only 1 one-on-one event. My question is in that existing one on one event, how many meeting bookings can i take for my clients ? Thank you 

Hello,  I am new to Calendly and I am am having issues with confirmation emails being sent out to clients who have used my booking page. I am connected to my Microsoft Outlook calendar and I receive a calendar invite/email confirmation correctly, but I then also receive an undeliverable message indicating that the confirmation email/invite has not been delivered to the person wishing to book. Any solution? Thanks!

I have subscribed to the Standard plan. Normally, we have dynamic requirements - when there is a need we add seats and users. That part is absolutely fine.  However, it would be really nice if you also add an option to remove user and free seat while removing suers itself. That would save time for users like me from having to go to users - remove and then go again to billing and remove seat.  Hope you can consider this request :) Otherwise, loving Calendly.

I’d like to drag and drop to reorder single- or multi-select options in routing forms and meeting intake questions. A button to sort alphabetically would also be nice.

Hey everyone, We’re setting up a Calendly round-robin link for our onboarding team and what we want to happen is whoever is booked via that round robin is also made the Hubspot deal owner. Any advice on how to do this? Je le découvre après plusieurs jours à découvrir votre produit en croyant que j’étais dans la formule gratuite. Et dans “facturation” je n’ai pas “changer de forfait”. Si le but est de vendre un forfait payant que l’on ne veut pas dès le départ, c’est rater.

The Group Event is how we schedule our candidates for phone interviews. The recruiters call the candidate within the window. I’d like to make the Group Event also be a shared event. Round Robbin allows one candidate to rotate through the hosts (we’ve done this before, but at the time it was only the tradition setting where we’d set a timeframe for a call and an interval of time). So I’d like to do a Group Event + Round Robbin Event. Is this possible and if so what is the workaround to get to it?

Hi, I’m currently using Calendly to allow mentors to share their availability and let external users book mentoring sessions. Each mentor has created their own Calendly account, we have configured the scheduling settings together and embedded in our website Since our business model charges a fee per mentoring session, it is crucial for us to track when a session has been booked. However, with the free plan, we are unable to capture this information directly on our platform. I am considering upgrading to the Standard Plan and would like to confirm whether it provides the necessary features to track scheduled events for multiple mentors. Specifically, does this plan offer a way to retrieve and centralize booking data across different accounts? My subscription ended last week and It's been 2 days that I'm trying to make payment for my subscription but it’s getting declined every time from every credit card.This is Very URGENT to me. Even after many mails I haven't Heard back from your team which shows a lack of speedy service from Calendly’s end. 

I have a standing event type for a training that I do. It’s set up as a group event so that once someone picks a time, others can sign up for the same time and join in on the training. Of course, I have a couple days minimum notice required so I can make sure I’m available for it.However, once the meeting is actually on the calendar, I would love to allow people to sign up for it right up to the last minute, or perhaps cut them off a half hour ahead.  Right now the event shows up as full once my minimum notice time passes, even if it actually has 20 slots open still.Is there any way to allow additional attendees to an already-scheduled event to skip the minimum notice?
