Why are these orange exclamation popints showing up here?Is this just because there are not a lot of scheduling availabilities for these round-robin events?Why is there no documentation of this or inline helper text?Of note, when I click the alert it just takes me to the event’s routing logic configuration page, and when I check the events page, there ae no alert symbols.What are you trying to tell us, Calendly??? It is December and folks are noting on their calendas e.g. x-mas/new year’s vacation this month, so this seems a plausible reason, however, I can find NO documentation detailing what the waning indicates.Any ideas?Thanks!

We've encountered a limitation with the Calendly-Zoom integration that’s impacting our team. The Zoom Meeting Summary feature, which significantly improves our Support team’s operating efficiency, isn't automatically enabled when meetings are scheduled via Calendly, despite being configured as such on the Zoom-end.Zoom Support confirmed that this is due to Calendly not passing the necessary API parameter to auto-start the meeting summary: Upon further checking, for meetings that are scheduled using calendly, they use our API to schedule a meeting for the user. I have made certain dates unavailable on my calendly calendar, deleted hours avail for each date and they are still appearing as available 

I have used Calendly for some years now - both paid and free. I am currently on the free version but I have had meetings booked into my diary during times I am busy or unavailable. I have removed my calendar and added it back in but this hasn’t done the trick…Any ideas? Thanks in advance! 

Hello -Most recently, I started to receive errors every time I try to reschedule an event. 

I would like to be able to reschedule an appointment that is with someone specific in the round robin with someone else without having to go back through the round robin. Example: A person is out sick and they can’t make their appointment and I would like to reschedule this with another person in the round robin without canceling and rescheduling. I would like to pick a specific person and for the link to the meeting to not change (teams meeting). I just need to move to another person (Time, date, location the same).

Hi,24/7 Email support option is available on all plans.However, I do not see any menu option or anywhere it shown.Where and I do I g et access to this email option, so that I can send my requests/issues, please?As an aside, I am new to Calendly, and while there are so many good things to so, it is very challenging on basics such as 24/4 email support option not visible and details on cancellation (not deletion) of account not shown anywhere.   What is the cancellation policy please, if I am on a monthly plan?Thanks,Ram   

Hi! I have it set to where my invitee can schedule a meeting with me by paying for the event. They first choose a date/time and then it takes them to payment. I see a payment in paypal but I did not get any confirmation or notification from Calendly. And I don’t see anything scheduled in my meetings/calendar on Calendly?

I have changed my availability on Calendly web version. It is linked with my webpage. On Calendly I see changes but I cannot see them on my website. On website I see the old times of being available. I copied and pasted at Worldpress Elementor the link given by Calendly with a hope it will update and new time slots will be visible but it is not helping. How I can get the new availability visible on my website. I will highly appreciate a help. 👍

Hello,In my Calendly application and on the desktop, it is indicated that I am not available from November 29, 2024 to January 2, 2025. However, the calendar remains open for my patients and they can continue to make their appointments (I work as a therapist). I am currently in mourning and cannot see anyone.All unavailable days are correctly highlighted in blue. What is the cause of this problem? Is it a bug? Hello, everyone.I have created four events, each corresponding to a different room. I’ve set the available times but what happens is when someone books, for example, room 1 - 6 o’clock, rooms 2 and 3 don’t have the option to book for 6 o’ clock. How can i bypass this?

How can I create a calendar with several meeting locations (6)  on a trade show booth?We need to have the option to have the possibility that an attendee can book e.g. a 3 pm meeting for location 1 and still then have for the 3 pm time slot the option to book a meeting for some of the remaining 5 locations.In my standard version I face the situation that if the 3 pm slot is taken there is no further choice offered.Many thanks for your recommendations

I am unable to re-book  scheduled appointments since last Thursday. When I try to re-book an existing appointment. It shows me invalid page of the host.There has no workaround since last thursday pretty frustrating. Any fix ? raised ticket no resolution.

Hi I have an up and coming event set up for 28th November but for some reason is not showing in scheduled meetings. All my other events have shown up on this tab. I am trying to access bookings but can’t get this detail.

I would like to request that Calendly remove reserved meeting times from calendars that have yet to be confirmed within a predetermined amount of confirmation notice. For example, if 2 p.m. is a reserved meeting time, but it has yet to be confirmed within a predetermined advance notice (say, 2 hours beforehand), it’s automatically removed from your calendar.

This is not for the email reminders or workflows, I see this right up front because everything I can find is talking about that.When Calendly creates an invite to a meeting and places it on my calendar, that invite does not follow the default 15 reminder notification setting I have set up in Outlook to give me or the invitee a 15 minute notification. The below should have 15 minutes selected.  This example was created using my Event Name: 15 Minute Meeting and the invitee chose Zoom as the option if that is useful information. I do see the same behavior from the other event types as well, but I can not find what setting to adjust to correct this. For context, whenever I manually add an appt in Outlook it automatically popualtes this field and I have confirmed the default is set to 15 minutes 

Hello, here is my problem:I have a team of 8 people who all have their own personal Calendly and Zoom account.We need to create one Calendly link to share with clients. The client clicks on the link and goes to the calendar page with day and times available. The availability should show all times available within the 8 team member’s calendar.When the client chooses a day and time (or person if that’s an option) it will coincide with that user’s (1 of the 8 people) Zoom account. Confirmations, reminders, etc. will go to client and the team member whose time was chosen for the meeting. Is this possible to achieve?
