We have a group calendar to book meetings with external customers who may be coming from anywhere in the world. We have team members who work specific days in their time zone for these meetings to ensure there are a few days/week that will suit anyone. The availability works great and when viewing the calendar I can see everyone’s slots to book. However, many days are only available outside of working outs (e.g., 9p-5a). Is there a way we could hide available slots that are outside a timespan for a certain booking timezone? I’m worried a customer might try to book, and click on a few days where all the times are awful and give up.
you keep sending me emails and it shows ##- Please type your reply above this line-##Well, there is no room to type above. I have tried to type and it is too close to your Calendly Chatbot (Calendly). It doesn't even work. Please advise ASAP. Now when I submit a ticket and fill everything out except for the one tab that asks what your issue is. It does not OPEN. So, I can’t even open a ticket request.
Wie kann ich Feiertage farblich hervorheben, in calendly?
Hello All! I am brand new to using Calendly AND STRIPE! So, with that said, here is my problem.I am trying to get clients in as a Twin Flame Coach, and I have 3 different “packages” to have them select from, my issue is how do I get them to book for the one they want, and how do I get them to get to Stripe to pay ahead before the meetings? I am stumped and confused. I’m not a huge techy person, but here I am trying to utilize it for a business. I’m here to learn, though, so any guidance on what to do and how to go about getting this done, I would be eternally grateful to you! Thank you so much in advance! Sincerely,~ Tara
Calendly contineus to bill me - and they have been billing me twice for several months - 12.77 amd 10.64. I closed my acct. that was billed. But billing continues.Makes Calendly look like crooks. Thanks - Lowell Douglas Kiel
Can you have two businesses with separate logos under one account? I have seen this question asked several different ways, but all posts were a year ago. Wondering if Calendly has made updates to make this possible?
6 months ago someone else posted this topic but it was closed. You referenced a new feature and closed it, but it didn’t solve the problem the user was having (although the feature referenced was absolutely great and necessary). Here is the topic - I couldn’t figure out how to reopen as none of it was addressed with the feature offered. Btw - love Calendly and love the notetaker functionality. Previous Post:Calendly [notetaker] leaves my meetings when we do breakout sessions, and then when we come back from breakouts the rest of the meeting doesn’t get recorded. We need a way to either ask Calendly to remain in the meeting during breakouts, or to instruct it to re-join the meeting when breakouts are over. Additionally, it would be nice to have a way to have Calendly join a meeting that isn’t on my Calendar. (Ad-hoc meetings)I say that both of these issues are should still be on the backlog. The notetaker/breakout session issue and the coming back from breakouts is more of a priority
Let’s say over the last few weeks multiple people have scheduled meetings with me. Some scheduled 2 weeks out, some scheduled yesterday. Today all those people have a meeting with me. I would like a text message to go to all of them and say, we look forward to seeing you at today’s meeting at XYZ time. Here is the link… That text should go out at 8am, even if their meeting is at 4pm. For this 4pm example, they will get another text at 3pm reminding them of the meeting. There is a feature of reminding someone 24 hours before, but that doesn’t really help as people often forget after they go to bed. Also there is a feature of reminding someone multiple hours before (example: 6 hours before), but if their meeting is at 9am, then they will get a text at 3am… which is not good.
Can I customize the information in the new link details with a free account? It is only my first name and part of my email name. I would like to change the name that is included in the meeting link.

Can the Notetaker recap emails be sent to attendees automatically? I’m not seeing an option in Workflows.
So many comments on here about this topic. Calendly replies “not available at this time” and closes the chat. Why? When? I keep telling you guys that we’ll leave and go elsehere for that function. I’ve taken out an account at Acuity that does a version of it but I don’t like having to use Zapier to connect my MS Teams there. I’d rather use Calendly but the contiguous adjacent scheduling function, (allowing clients to book in a fanning out manner from the first meeting booked in a day so there are no gaps) is too important to me! Anything coming soon Calendly? Going once, twice….
non risponde l'assistenza, ho inserito di contatti e la pagina continua a dare errori, perchè? sto usando la versione free, è per questo ?
Hi, I’m sure this has been asked before, but there has to be a simpler way of enabling conditional location availability than via routing. Here is our use case: Financial Advice firm with 7 advisers, many of whom have 1-2 days per week working from home and the rest in the office. They are availabel for remote meetings all week and in person meetings in the office. We have 5 different types of meetings - Initial meetings, plan presentations, review meetings and catch up meetings. All of these require varying levels of pre-work so we must retain these to apply different booking rules to each. We currently have the 4 admin managed events. I’ve now been playing around with creating an additional 4 managed events for these meeting types and separate availability profiles, but for remote only meetings. Fine. Then I’ve realised I need to create 4x7 = 28 different routing forms to enable clients to book meetings for:the right adviser the right type of meeting the right meeting location then f
When a client books a meeting on my Calendly and pays for it in advance, but then needs to reschedule, are they able to reschedule for free? Or are they asked to pay again? What about the new meeting package option? I’m afraid to try it because I don’t want to end up manually rescheduling folks.
Why does Calendly help suck? I keep trying to submit a question and it tells “something is wrong” without telling me what to fix. So here are my questions. Why doesn’t Calendly support iCal anymore?sAnd why when I sign up on someone else’s Calendly, it sends me a link to put in ical?
Why is an invited/active user showing as no calendar connected in the admin portal when on her side it is showing connected?
Often near the end of each month the last few days are unavailable for bookings. This is especially true if the last 2 days of the month are a weekend/holiday. If no slots are available at the end of the month it should auto forward to the next month where there are open slots. This would allow quicker/easier booking and one less click which is especially handy when driving traffic from paid sources.
Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to use Calendly to organize gaming sessions with a small group I play with regularly. I set up specific time slots based on my availability, but for some reason, a few friends told me they either don’t see the same slots or the timing looks off on their end. I’m not sure if it’s a timezone sync issue or something in my availability settings that I missed. Has anyone used Calendly for something like gaming events or group sessions and faced similar problems? Any tips on setting it up correctly would be really helpful.
Mauro
I don't know why your team continues to make it more difficult to manage things by taking away the literal space that we use to create and manage meetings. First it was with the event shells themselves, making it such that all edits had to be made on a tiny portion of the page to the right. Now when looking at the actual meetings and trying to deal with invitees, everything has again been pushed to a tiny portion of the screen to the right, leaving the majority of the screen space unusable. Why would you do this without offering an option to open the right side to a full screen? Please, please, please either revert back or at the very least, add the option to open to a full screen if you insist on keeping all the relevant info in a tiny portion to the right. I am begging you. Please. We have to seriously consider switching to another platform if you are continuing to roll out updates like this because it is so unbelievably user UNfriendly and makes our day to day so much more difficult
And that’s a problem.Does anyone in Calendly understand that we are in the information age? Speed matters. Visibility matters. Momentum matters.I used to be able to open Calendly and instantly see:* How many appointments I had today* Who they were with* What my day looked like at a glanceNow?I have to:* Click into meetings* Open individual appointments* Or export a CSV just to piece together basic infoThat’s not an upgrade. That’s total friction. If I have to *work* to see information that should be obvious, the tool is working against me.And here’s the reality most product teams miss:**People don’t leave because something is broken. They leave because something got slower.**I’m already looking at alternatives like Cal.com — not because it’s revolutionary, but because it respects something simple:👉 I should be able to see what matters **without clicking around like I’m solving a puzzle.**This isn’t about preference. It’s about workflow. When you’re running a business, every extra click co

When someone asks me to find time on their Calendly calendar and I select a date/time, the confirmation always gets sent to my gmail account and not the iCloud email that I input into the invite. How do I prevent that?
This topic has been raised a number of times and over multiple years, and always “That’d be great, we’ll take that to the development team”…. Nice lip service, but does your development team listen to the customer? Being able to put events into groups is a critical feature for many of us. For instance, in just my case, I live in Hawaii, but I have clients on every major island. I use calendly to help my clients book trainings and meetings. Right now, I can only use the service for booking on the same island that I live on, because I can’t account for the buffer time of flying to another island because it would drastically mean I have to include the same ‘buffer’ time to go to a client down the street as I would to go to a client that’s an hour flight away (plus the time to be at the airport before my flight, rent my car, and drive to the client). But if I could send a link that shows all meetings and training options to clients on Maui (25 minute flight), Hilo (hour flight), or he
