As recent as last week, the titles of one-on-one meetings were included as the header for the calendar invite. However, I noticed yesterday they are no longer booking that way but instead the name of the organizer is now the title. WHY???? I didnt change any settings!!!!!!!! I want it back the old way! 

It would be really amazing to have the option to add layered availability schedules.For example: I’d have my default meeting schedule (based on when I have in-office availability) applied to all event types. Then, I’d have a different availability “layered” on top that expands those hours for virtual meetings (or internal meetings, etc).Just food for thought!

Hello, One of my clients has added an incorrect email address. When I try to edit it, the box is greyed out. I’ve created a new contact with the correct details in but then if I do this, how do I add an existing booking into it?Thanks

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with the configuration of events in my Calendly account.I created all events as an administrator and then assigned them to each user in my team. The problem is that, when I access the user view or the "Team" page, these events do not appear as available. This prevents me from having a general landing page where all services and professionals in the organization are displayed.Specific example: The events are created correctly (I can see them from my administrator profile). They have been assigned to the different users. However, in the team view no events are shown, not even those of the administrator. Could you please let me know if this is a configuration error on my side or a technical issue with the platform?Thank you very much for your help,

I was added to an organisation in August 2024. i no longer work with that person or have any contact.How can I get my account back? I can’t remove myself.Can Calendly do this for me?I have opened a support ticket via the chat 3 times with no response.Don’t really want to delete my account and start again as I have my booking link in several places that are delivering booked appointments.

Hi there,do we have any updates from the product team on supporting more languages or having the ability to manually translate elements? I saw others requesting that feature before as well.The AI possibilities nowadays should make this easy for implementation.Can we expect any product update soon?  

I have integrated Zoom in my account and set it as a location in my event type, too. Still, the Zoom link is not appearing on the calendar invite or even on the email notification. I have a Teams subscription plan, FYI.Please advise on how to troubleshoot this. Thank you.  

What exactly was the goal with these new UI changes?To make Calendly less intuitive, more complicated, harder to use, and generally more confusing?This past year’s series of interface overhauls is, without exaggeration, the worst redesign I’ve ever seen in a software product.For the love of God put it back to circa 2022 Calendly. Good day. 

Is there a way to use "Workflows/Send email to someone else” or a similar feature to send an email notification to a non-host email address 24 hours before a meeting that contains the names of ALL registrants for that meeting?

I have an automation setup on several event types that sends me a text message when someone books.  For a long time, it clearly told me the name of the person who just scheduled.  Recently, it began saying “(multiple invitees) scheduled..." I’ve confirmed it’s only one person booking, with no other bookings on the same day. Looking back on my text thread from Calendly, it was working correctly on 6/20/25, and then on 7/21/25 it started with this new behavior.  Did something change on Calendly’s end between those dates?  I don’t believe I changed anything.

I am trying to use Calendly for scheduling a Youth Basketball Organization.  We have nearly 100 teams and use about 9 Gyms that sometimes need to be blocked.Is there a way to manage many gyms through 1 account?  It seems like it should be the equivalent of booking conference rooms or something for an office, but I’m just not seeing it.

I use calendly daily and it is a problem when I am asked to find a time in week 33 as an eksample. I need week number to be activated like in outlook and other proff. systems. How to activate this? Jens

I have 4 types of events that someone can schedule with me.  For example, I have full day and half day mediations.  It is not unusual for a client to request a change of date for a mediation (which can be readily accommodated) and to also request a change of event type, for example, from a morning mediation to a full day mediation. It is my understanding I cannot change the event type for a meeting that has already been scheduled.  I must create a new meeting under the new event type and copy and past the information from the old meeting and then delete the old meeting.  It would be very useful to be able to change a meeting from one event type to another already created event type.  

I’m excited about the new Duration pulldown allowing the invitee to choose their appointment duration, but the Payment amount field is still just a static number. It needs to be a calculation of a base hourly amount (eg $125 USD) x the selected Duration. Otherwise clients can book me for 2 hours (or more, depending on the options I allow in the pulldown) but pay only the 1-hour price.

I am just setting up my first meeting/event type, I created 3 different durations, but I still only get the option to set up just one price.My PayPal configuration is connected properly. Maybe I need to add the Stripe integration for this to be possible?The documentation doesn’t mention pricing...but it seems unlikely that Calendly would have overlooked such an important detail, if you charge for your time...you need to set up a unique price for each duration offered. I am grateful for any help on fixing this. I’m praying I don’t need one meeting type for each duration, I offer 4 services with at least 3 durations for each and that will look incredibly cluttered on my booking page.

When Calendly sends our SMS notification of a new booking, why is it now saying “multiple Prospects” instead of the prospects name? (BTW there’s only one prospect on each booking)How do I solve this and get the system working as it always used to, ie advising prospect name?

I am new to Calendly, but love the concept.  Problem is that I am organizing these events on behalf of my boss, so I’m wondering if I can still use this service??When I create the event I would need to have him show up on there.  When I just created a test one, the email it sent said between the person and myself, so I would need the email to show from “Karl Weiss” and not Adam Bishop.Basically, this would be great if I could organize, but he would be there as the host and be involved in the setting of the meetings and the reminder process.  We also use his Zoom account, so would be great to be able to incorporate that as well.  Am thinking we just need to connect our accounts and everything, including the Zoom account, could be connected?If anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate a response!  Thanks so much!Adam

I noticed this week that the email confirmations are very messy.  There is a lot of code listed and it just simply doesn’t look clean anymore.  Is this a recent update or something in my settings I can change?   Below is a partial screenshot:  

I keep getting these messages at an alarming volume which I’ve pasted below. In the beginning with Calendly when I saw them I just figured some folks were not computer friendly. However there's been too many to excuse now. I ask applicants on Indeed to copy and paste the calendar link in a separate browser and book a time with me to interview.
