I want my invited users to only be able to view and edit events that are set up for them advance—not to be able to create new events from scratch. Is there a way to turn those permissions off?
I would LOVE, as the company IT support/operations manager, to be able to set individual users’ links, add their Zoom link and set their availability through the admin area instead of having to log in as that user. My company owners & senior staff have their admin or me handle things like this and it would be so much better and safer to be able to manage this from the admin side. Any other things you’d like to be able to do as an admin?
Does anyone know if it is possible to have the scheduling event in two different languages?Example:I have one in EN that is linked to EN version of my business website I need on in CZ to suit Czech speaking customers linked to CZ version of my business websiteThe point is that it would be pointless to link EN form to Czech website that would mean a bounce rate for those who do not speak english. You’d think in 2024 this would be more straightforward but it is not. I dont see this feature anywhere.Anyone can help?ThanksM.
Dear Calendly Team,I hope this message finds you well. I've been using Calendly for scheduling appointments, and I find it incredibly efficient. However, I have a feature request that I believe would greatly enhance the platform's functionality.I often schedule appointments with clients who are located in different areas, and it would be incredibly helpful if Calendly could incorporate a location-based scheduling feature. Specifically, I envision a function where before offering available time slots, the client would be prompted to enter their address. Based on this address, Calendly would then offer available time slots tailored to their location. For example, depending on the client's city or zip code, Calendly could suggest different days or times for appointments. This would streamline the scheduling process and ensure that appointments are conveniently scheduled for both parties.I believe this feature would greatly benefit Calendly users who work with clients in various locations,
Hello everyone,Question: How to Display Country-Specific Call-to-Action Messages on English Forms?I'm setting up an English form in Calendly and would like to tailor the call-to-action messages based on the prospect's selected country. Specifically, I want the form to display different messages for prospects from the United Kingdom and the United States. Both versions of the form are in English, but the country selection should trigger the respective CTA.Has anyone implemented a similar feature? How can you ensure that Calendly dynamically adjusts the messaging based on the country selection on the form? I'm also using Pardot for this process, so any tips on integrating these platforms to streamline this functionality would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your insights!
My invites are being sent via email, and unless the recipient opens an attachment (with a warning message) the acceptances don’t appear in their calendar. I watched a video where there was an option to change to calendar invite rather than email invite, but that option is unavailable to me. Can you help please? We are getting missed appointments.
Hi.I’ve just joined Calendly and have managed to create a couple of one events successfully.I now want to create an event that happens once a month for the rest of the year. Is there a way of doing this or am I best cloning one event and adjusting dates accordingly. Many thanks for your help
For example: a Professor with Office Hours. 3 hour window. Nine, 20 minute slots. How do we prevent one student from taking up all 6 slots for that day?I have upwards of 100 students vying for 27 slots every week.Creating 9 individual events and sending 9 individual links for each day is not going to work.
Dear,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express a suggestion regarding the integration between Gmail and Calendy. As an avid user of both platforms, I believe there is an opportunity to enhance the user experience by introducing a new type of Gmail notification on Calendy.Currently, Calendy provides notifications for upcoming events and meetings, which is incredibly useful for managing schedules and staying organized. However, I have noticed that there is a gap when it comes to integrating email communication with calendar events effectively. My suggestion is to implement a feature that allows users to receive notifications on Calendy based on specific criteria within their Gmail messages. For example, users could set up notifications for emails containing keywords related to upcoming meetings, deadlines, or important discussions. This would streamline the process of managing emails and calendar events, ensuring that users never miss important information.I believe that
Hello everyone, Unfortunately, my customer does not receive a confirmation or appointment invitation after booking. I receive the information undeliverable. I tried with 3 email addresses. please help me.
Is it possible to add an existing shared event type (in this case, a Round Robin) to a team page?
need to be able to access long links, the short links will not send through our ats SMS system.

I am also looking for a solution to adding hosts to a collective meeting that are not part of my company. I don’t mind paying to add them to my Calendly account, even if they are already Calendly users with their own account, but what I do mind is how much access they have to our entire account. For context, our non-employee hosts are authors of the programs we sell on our platform; they are not technically part of our company, but they do need to help train subscribers to use their programs. A combo training team would ideally include someone from our company and the author (who is not part of our company). Since these authors are not part of the company, they should not:See the list of contacts from meetings they’ve helped to host (to prevent them from directly emailing those subscribers) See a list of other users in the account (which include our staff emails and other author emails) Be able to create their own meetings See the Contacts, Workflows, Integrations & apps, Routing
Hello. There are multiple times that we are scheduling meetings for our clients that contains multiple people. When we do the poll meeting links and send to our clients, why arent we getting a notification back that they responded. Is there a way to be notified that the invitees have responded or do we have to remember to go back to check each time we send out a scheduling poll?
We work at an organisation with with 3 financial advisors. Our office only has 2 meeting rooms. We also hold meetings online on Teams.I was wondering how we could set up our account so that clients can’t book an in person meeting with the 3rd advisor if the other 2 already have them booked in to meeting rooms.Following this, in the event that the meeting rooms are taken, we would need to keep online meetings as an option.Any help would be appreciated!
How do I get rid of this little tab thing in Chrome? It just showed up for the first time today. I don’t see a way to turn it off in the extension. Absolutely do not want this thing hovering over every single page. I’ve clicked the X and it just keeps coming back.
I use to add meeting notes to past events. where can I find them? is there a way to include them in the exported excel file of the past events?
I want to make an event that shows my availability, but doesn't allow bookings. I've been looking, but there doesn't seem to be a function like that.If there's not, I'd also appreciate an alternative on this problem.
We recently switched from MS Bookings to Calendly and love it so far. We are using it to help us manage appointments at our warehouse and only allow our partners to book 7 calendar days into the future. With MS booking all of the appointments became available at midnight for 7 days into the future. We didn’t necessarily like that but we are also getting feedback from our partners that it can be challenging with Calendly because the appointments open up as the time happens. For example the appointment for 4/23 at 8am opens up at 8am today (4/16) and so forth. They would prefer that they all open up at one time like 6:30am on 4/16 for all the appointments on 4/23. Is that possible?
Hi,Could you let me know if a Zoho CRM integration is coming to Calendly?
People are replying to the Calendly reminder txt, but I do not get those, where are those going and how can it be routing to me? People are responding to those to reschedule or send info and never get it.
Hi - I was able to apply a buffer to only ONE day on my calendar but I want the same one hour increment to appear as unavailable after EACH appointment slot. Can someone please help?
I asked this during the office hours session, but didn’t get answered. Is there a way? Molly Neville12:08 PMI have a question on invites sent....on the one on ones, the event goes straight to the invitees calendar, perfect! On the Group Meetings however, they have to add it manually to their calendar/download it which creates confusion...it also sometimes warns them that it could be an unsafe attachment which scares them. Is there a way so the Group invites work the same way as the one on ones?Sent to Q&A
I am trying to schedule a 1-day event (photo shoot) with an AM session that runs 9-12 and a PM session that runs 1-4, with 30 spots per session. I was able to create my event and the time-blocks show on my calendar, but on the booking page, the clickable options are 9:00 and 1:00. I’m afraid this might confuse my clients as they might not realize that the 9:00 option actually goes until 12:00. Is there a way to show time-ranges on the booking page? Ideally, the booking page would have: 9:00-12:00 (30 spots available)1:00-4:00 (30 spots available)
