Calendly doesn’t see when I’m busy or doesn’t recognize the already existing events on my Outlook calendar?Synchronisation the other way around is okay however, and I can get new appointments from Calendly that go straight into my outlook calendar.  Yes, I already updated my schedule conflict options.

How do we remove “seats filled” from the group event title. (our reps do NOT want this listed on events they are booking with us)

Hello,It seems odd that since Calendly integrates with our google and outook and other calendar platforms, that there is no option to set up recurring meetings in Calendly.  I want to do this because I like the reminder feature in Calendly.  I think people would really like to have this option.  Thank you

Who can see the contacts feature in Calendly?If there are clients for Host A and another client for Host B, can Host A see Host B's contacts list? Can the owner view the entire contact list for all hosts in the organization?

Hi community, I have had a phone meeting come into my calendar at a time I do not have available. The client is in a different time zone, however, the time is not available in my availability. Not sure how this can happen? Thoughts?

I want to re-open this request/idea/suggestion as I think I would love to see this implemented. I typically get appointments with down time in between (more so than any buffer I add) - I think it would be great to add the ability to customize suggested or recommended times to users when they first click on a calendar or date on the calendar to try to make efficient use of the day.For example - I have 2 appointments on a Monday. One at 8am and another at 1:30pm. Instead of getting another at 4pm - I would rather it be next to one of the existing meetings as long as there is availability there on my calendar. So I would love for the user booking a 30 minute meeting to be presented with Recommended Times of 7:30, 8:30, 1:00 or 2:00 (given no buffer built into meeting setup). If they don’t want those times - that is fine, but I think this could help make my appointments more balanced and efficient in the day. It could be something that could be turned on or off too depending on user prefer

Calendar sync:From the online tutorials it looks like I should be able to use the same calendar for "Check for conflicts" and "Add to calendar"I have a Google Calendar I am trying to sync to. I have disconnected the calendar multiple times to resync it as well, but it still doesn’t work.

How do I restrict rescheduling? I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so I don’t want calendly allowing people to reschedule with me  with shorter notice than that. I saw a thread about this from almost a year ago - looks like several people have asked for this. Any updates?

It was easier for the beginning.2 days Ago, my second client, Céline, add me on her pro.Till then, she has everything from me, also my Emmanuelle’s schedules.On the settings, it appears that I’m the only owner of my Emmanuelle’s schedules. I have no possibilities to lock Céline from it.I also have pro options, also for Emmanuelle. And Céline thinks that’s it’s not fair to pay for my other client.So, Emmanuelle told me that she could add me on her pro. But I worry about having everything open for her to (Even Céline’s one). What do you think about that ? Does anyone had some stuffs like this ?Thanks for all <3   

I presently use Momence for my bookings which is a crm but wanted to get away from it but it does allow me to add the bookings if someone shows up to my class late or I forget to add them ahead of time, I can add them later.  Makes a big difference for me.  Also would like to change the time of an individual group event if it needs to be changed for that specific day.  I love calendly with everything else but if that could be added, then it would be the cats meow. If not, I have to move on.  Thanks for listening

I am a therapist with a busy schedule. Most of my clients book their own sessions via my website.  I have been using Calendly for years now, and I’m happy with it.  But you could make he happier. 😏I am often fully booked for 3 or more weeks in advance. But only at the beginning/middle of a calendar month. As we approach the end of any calendar month, there are typically a large-ish number of session slots available in the next month. In other words (and I know this sounds crazy but) a non-trivial percentage of my clients simply don’t click the “View next month” button. I’d like to make it easier for them to book sessions into the “next month”. Off the top of my head, here are some ideas:Give us a configurable option to either display the current month OR the first month for which there is actually availability. (I realize this has been discussed before in this Community.)  Instead of displaying calendar months, display the next x calendar weeks (where x is configurable). After all, to

I would like to inquire about the possibility of integrating other currency options into Calendly. From my perspective, the current limitation is quite restrictive. While I appreciate and enjoy using Calendly, the inability to transact in my own currency poses a challenge in tracking payments and confirming appointments.This limitation requires additional manual effort, whereas other platforms seamlessly handle currency transactions in my currency. I am curious why Calendly does not offer this feature?From the client's perspective, it adds another layer by redirecting them to an external site for payments and adds confusion.It would greatly enhance the user experience if currency integration (other than $, € and £!) could be included within Calendly. I offer this as a suggestion for consideration by the Calendly team.Unfortunately, I find myself exploring alternative programs due to this particular limitation, although I very much would prefer to stay with Calendly.

Strange problem: I have five Calendly workflows (all are automated emails).Some have zero formatting (some have a couple words in bold) but all workflow emails sent through Calendly (via Gmail integration) are delivered completely formatted, from top to bottom, in both bold and italic... and it looks absolutely goofy. So, how do I turn off this excessive formatting? (I would use the chatbot to open a ticket for this... but I cannot get any Calendly chatbot to load in any browser I’ve tested. Likewise, the “cookie settings” button does nothing, nor does the “leave feedback” button; I have attempted going through those “what chatbot?” steps already)

I need Round Robin events that allow for multiple invitees. Calendly cannot currently provide this, so this is my formal request that this feature be added to the system. My company uses Calendly primarily to schedule training for our clients. Up until now we’ve been teaching group classes (5 invitees) but we’ve only had one instructor, so the Group event type has worked great. But now we’ve hired a second instructor. Our preference is that the classes be divided equally between the two instructors, but the Round Robin event type does not allow for that, so I’m going to have to either do a lot of work manually to make that happen, or design some complex routing forms to try to mimic the functionality. If this feature is coming out soon, great. If it’s not on the development road map, please add my request to the list of new features requested.

Currently, the timezone dropdown does not include Puerto Rico. While Bolivia shares the same timezone, displaying it as the only option creates confusion—our prospects may mistakenly assume we are a foreign entity rather than a local business.Adding Puerto Rico to the dropdown would be a simple but impactful change, improving clarity and trust for our customers.

Hello We actually see an increase in “i dont got an mail or invitation” Situations ending up in finding the Invitation in our Meeting Partners Spam Folders. We are sending invitations, not e-Mail confirmation.We dont have the problem sending manually Invitations or E-Mails, we are not flagged in any way… Some guys having the same issue? how to solve?
