How Do I...?

I want to let customers send me a question or provide information not collected at the time of booking. I also want to let potential customers whose schedule does not mesh with mine contact me directly for a one-off scheduling request. Is this possible with the free plan, and if not, which is the lowest paid level for which it is possible?

Unfortunately, I noticed that the Polish currency (PLN) is not available as an option for payment processing. This is crucial for my business, as most of my clients are based in Poland and prefer to pay in PLN.I kindly ask if there are any plans to support PLN as a currency in the Stripe integration, or if there is any workaround available. I am having trouble figuring out how to create duplicate available times under 1 user. Example I want two 10:00s, 10:30s, 11:00s and so on. Any help would be appreciated. I have also tried scheduling it under Group as well. Thank you

Hi everyone, does anyone know how I resolve this?The calendar I add bookings to and check for availability is me@work.com The MS Teams account I use for the meetings is me@home.com  So I create Teams meetings as WORK but then try and access them as HOME. Access is denied as I am not the originator I cannot see how I can login with my work doman for meetings to sync with calendar AND login with a different microsoft account to be the originator of the Teams meeting.Any help would be gratefully received, thanks Al

I have a paid account on Calendly and want to cancel my account before it renews. I pushed cancel, but it still wants to renew until next year. I do not want to continue on for the next year. I was informed I needed to click the textbox when trying to chat with someone, but it will not show up. When I clicked the troubleshoot tab, it said to make sure functional cookies were on. The cookie tab doesn’t allow me to actually click it. I need this cancelled today, please, without renewing this year. 

When I start to reschedule an event, the program sends it out (updates) before I’m done! How can I stop that from happening?

I see others have previously inquired about this and I’d like to drive home the feedback and ask that it is pushed with priority to your dev teams/product teams.I have found Calendly to be nearly perfect in every respect save this one. All of my meetings are weekly, and each week I need to remember to go in and REBOOK all of them for the following week.Several user notes here:I want to be able to, from the booking screen where I type in the users name/email, set the meeting to Repeat → Weekly and set the date until which this weekly appt goes (with one of the options to be indefinitely). In the meantime while this feature is ironed out, I would appreciate the option to ONLY send the Reminder email 24-hours in advance - not a ‘confirmation of booking’ email. This way, my patients don’t know exactly when I rescheduled them in for the next week, only that we have a set weekly appointment that they will receive a reminder for every week at the

Is there a way to add more than 10 questions ? I use that part of the intake for booking a call to get a comprehensive idea of some things to be discussed in the meeting. If not yet, id love to suggest this as a feature. or some intrgration thats like google forms or something but within the booking page for calendly meeting.

I have synced by google calendar and my Calendly account.   I can see that they are synced because my conflicts on my google calendar do not show up as meeting options in Calendly.  So clearly Calendly is reading my google calendar. I have also selected this particular google calendar for Calendly events to be added to. But when a meeting is confirmed in Calendly, it is not appearing in my google calendar.  How can I fix this?Thank you!

I have added new times for availabilty. But calendly still shows only the former Times. How do i update the times?

Goal: trying to get data analytics on a funnel view of when users a) visit my page b) what % of them drop off or end up booking c) source which website they’re coming fromContext: I came across this help center article and i’ve done the following1) Add measurement ID on Calendly for the integrationQuestion: do I need to embed Calendly on a personal website to get the analytics or can the data from my calendly page just populate on Google Analytics? After adding the measurement ID on Calendly, I checked the Realtime data reporting tab and didn't see anything populate.

Hi Calendly Community,I’m completely locked out of my Calendly account and hoping someone here — maybe a Calendly rep — can help or point me in the right direction.Here’s the issue: I originally created my Calendly account using Google Sign-In (with my personal Gmail). Recently, I set up a Google Workspace account for my business. Now, when I try to log in using Google, Calendly redirects me to the Workspace email — but it says “no account linked” and blocks me. I never set a password on my Calendly account, so I can’t bypass Google Sign-In to get in. I’ve already emailed support but haven’t received a reply yet. I just need help regaining access or setting up a password so I can log in again.If any Calendly team member or experienced user sees this, please help!Thank you so much.

I'm having an issue with the Calendly scheduling system. I’ve set specific hours during which people can call and book appointments. However, I’ve noticed that some time slots are disappearing from the system, but I’m not receiving any notifications by email or within Calendly itself. How can I find out who scheduled those appointments?

Hi! I use Calendly to schedule private fitness sessions.  I also work at a few studios providing private, duet, and group sessions.   I would like my clients to have one booking link (preferably Calendly) to access all of my booking options.   I have booking links for the other studios that I want to include as options on my Calendly booking page. I have tried a few options, but I don’t like how clumsy they are.   I appreciate any suggestions that you can share with me.

The biggest compliant I have is it’s too hard to organize and find things.Is there a way to create folders/groups without those dumb colors?The problem with colors is that they’re not even labels so you have to remember what each color means.

A client scheduled an appointment with me and invited another person, inadvertently mistyping their contact’s email address. There used to be a way to edit the email address, but I cannot find a way to now. Any suggestions? 

Hi Calendly team, I’ve seen multiple threads, including one from 9 months ago, where users asked about integration with Google Business Profile to enable the “Schedule” button that appears directly on search results — similar to platforms like MassageBook, Acuity, and Square Appointments. At the time, it was mentioned this request would be forwarded to developers. Is there any update or timeline for this? The lack of this feature is really limiting visibility for local service businesses like mine. There are forum posts dating back over two years asking for this functionality. I love using Calendly, but I’m now seriously considering switching to a different platform just for this feature — and I know I’m not alone. Is this something you’re actively working on, or should those of us who need direct Google integration start looking elsewhere? Thanks in advance — transparency here would go a long way.

Hello Calendly,I read around extensively and could not find an answer to this question. If I missed something and am replicating an often asked question I apologize in advance.I have a Standard plan and want to do something I thought would be easy...however it certainly is not. :-(I want to make a Group event with meeting time slots on specific calendar days. I’d like to preset those slots to accept varying numbers of participants. For example,Three 30 minute slots in the morning that only accept one participant One 1 Hr slot following those that accepts 5 participants Multiple 30 minute slots following that one hour slot that only accept 1 participantThis seems like a legitimate usage case to me but as far as I can tell thus far, it is not possible. I’ll be so happy to be proven wrong. :-) The only work around I can brainstorm at the moment is to have two different events and use one for the multiple participant

Our admin has left the company and now the connection from calendly back into Salesforce is not updating any records.  I have tried to resync orgs with my new credentials as admin but have not been successful with updates.  

I’ve scheduled availabilty through August and the times and dates are saved and showing on the back-end of calendly, but when I click “View booking page” it says there are no times available.
