Trying to figure out how to do that thing? We can help.

Calendly assigned an event to a host who had an Out of Office event in Google Calendar for the whole day. I checked the following: Google’s Out of Office events don’t seem to have a free/busy configuration. I assume they are treated as Busy by default. Our event type in Calendly doesn’t have any free/busy override for that host. Is this the expected behavior?Any workaround for these cases? I’m considering adding a separate all-day event explicitly marked as Busy instead.
HelloI used calendly during a few months and il was ok I was able to limit the number of event ( booked on calendly) to three a day. Since last week, al though thé limit is set UP in m'y type of event section, calendly keeps on proposing availabilities over the limit. Have I made something wrong since then? Thanks Laetitia
I look after a group of people, that use Calendly for scheduling. It seems recently a bunch are showing as ‘hasn’t connected a calendar’, however their calendars are in fact connected and have been for some years. When I log in to check the user group there are several that show this - has something changed recently on the Calendly side to trigger this? Noting this is not the normal error response, when a calendar has disconnected. How do I fix this, and stop it happening again?
Hi everyone,I own a beauty salon with 4 beauticians, and I would like to know if Calendly can support multiple team members with separate schedules. Can I set up different calendars for each beautician, so that clients can book appointments directly with the person they choose? If so, which Calendly plan would be best for this setup?Thank you in advance for your guidance!
I work at a university, and they asked me to find a free scheduling tool that allows professors to reserve eight different specialty rooms for events. Is it possible to set up eight separate specialty labs in Calendly for this purpose?
Is there are way to tailor the wording in the invitee details field. e.g. we need this to say CM Name, CM Email so it prompts our team to enter the right persons details - they find it very confusing?
We have group training events. Sometimes people come along when not expected (or change their date) They have the link from a colleague. This is fine, but we want to add them to the event to show they attended and then they will receive all the automated workflow emails afterwards. How can we add them in?Today’s example is that 3 people attended todays event when actually they booked last week and were marked as no show. They used a colleagues link and joined with them today. Colleagues are booked on and receive the evaluation form, link to digital resources and follow up check in workflows, but the 3 people won’t get anything. Do i have to manually email them or is there a way to add them in even after the event? I can’t seem to find an option for this but really need it.Thanks
Is there a pre-auth only option coming for Calendly? We need this badly.
Our team has our Zoom accounts linked to Calendly as a scheduling format option. The problem we are each encountering is that if a Calendly meeting gets canceled through Calendly, Calendly doesn’t automatically delete the Zoom call that was attached to that meeting. The Zoom call still shows up in our Zoom accounts. So when we log into Zoom, the Zoom calendar lists an upcoming Zoom call that is no longer happening, and we get reminders to connect to the Zoom.I saw a post in the community from four months ago stating that this issue had been resolved, but we’re still experiencing the issue. Can it be fixed so that the associated Zoom calls get automatically canceled if the Calendly event is canceled?Thank you!
WARUM????
Im currently using Calendly integrated with Google Calendar, which plugs into my CRM. Right now events are being created in Google Calendar using big long crazy random strings as the event organiser. For eg lkmeh01p1bst3m6rn0acrfqge0@group.calendar.google.comThis is causing problems in the CRM because the CRM only shows bookings associated with assigned emails. So, put simply, unless the event is booked and my email is listed as the event organiser - I dont see it!Which means I am not seeing any booked calls in the CRM which is a huge problem!I would have thought that I could simply edit the event in Calendly and add my own email address but no - that doesnt seem possible.I can see other customers asking for the same thing in other threads so I know Im not alone with this. Is this something that can be sorted out ASAP?TLDR - I need to FORCE an email into an event type in Calendly so it can be matched with Google Calendar and my CRM.
Anyone know how to contact customer service or support? The Chat box seems permanently out of order.
This idea was illustrated in another thread.I find I’m needing this feature too, with some urgency. Is there an update on this feature, please?
I need to be able to sell packages with people then booking the session without payment. So, applying a discount code. How can I do this? Or an option to not pay for the session? not as a secret clone, but properly
I have partnered with a health & fitness brand that promotes businesses like mine,The process is:A user finds our listing on their site There’s a coupon code displayed on the listing page The user clicks the coupon promo, which takes them to our calendly form They would then need to enter the code which we then identify so to give them a discountI know calendly doesn’t have a coupon feature in the booking form, so wondering what is the best way to handle this. Would I just have a free text field? note it doesnt need to validate the code as its just for our reference.
I am setting up an event that I will be charging for, but I would like to be able to set up the ability for a coupon code to be used (which will reduce the price for those with the code)Is there a way to make that happen in the platform?
I’ve seen people ask about offering coupon codes and this workaround. I feel like this is unfeasible.Coupon codes can have rules about expiration dates, number of uses per person, number of uses overall, etc. They’re also easy to communicate and can work across my Stripe products and be managed in one place.I don’t feel it’s reasonable to make multiple versions of all of my events and try to keep people from only using the links once, etc. I also want to offer different discounts to many segmented groups, and I can’t do that unless I make more dupes, etc.Is there any way to escalate this feature? I think I could sell so many more of my consultations if I could use a coupon code.
Hi I’m looking after our team’s calendly which is used to book coaching sessions I was wondering since it uses stripe is it possible to accept afterpay since we’re approved for it and use it on the other products on our site. Can you set up coupons to discount with? Is it only stripe or paypal, can you have both options at once running?
Hello! I am using Calendly for consulting sessions. I would like to offer a 20% off discount code to current members of my online community. Is there a way to do that?
Hi! We’d like to offer time- and use-limited discount codes for some of our events as part of promotions. Is there a way we can do this without having to create multiple products at different prices and manually tracking the uses? Thanks!
I currently use Calendly for internal staff who book clients into my calendar and I use my own bespoke booking system for clients who want to book in with us directly (i.e. they go on our website, click to book an appointment, choose their appointment time and pay for the service either at the full rate or a discounted rate on the screen or if they have a discount code, they enter this and the RRP price reduces accordingly). They pay £83 or £147 to book in but I offer discount codes of 20% off and also other codes to sell for a flat £60 or £90 etc. I have around 100 re-useable codes and tens of thousands of one-time codes. I also have third parties selling our service (such as Groupon) and so I want to give them a special code whereby they can book the £147 service for £0 – these clients receive the one-time use codes. I am looking at changing our CRM and other services to Zoho One and since our bespoke booking system is no longer supported, I will be stopping using that once I’ve b
Hello,This is our slow season and we really need to offer a discount code. Has anyone figured out how to do this? Presently we are receiving funds via Pay pal however, we are open to ANYTHING...HELP!
I am offering package deals for my event types and would like to allow my invitees to book multiple dates for a discounted price. How can I do this?
Hi, I am a little confused about this & the interface has changed. I had three meetings schedule this morning, not more than 15 minutes ago. I go to Meetings on the left and it says I have no upcoming meetings. The three I have scheduled I did get an email confirmation for them. They occur on 10/16, but do not appear anywhere.Really confused here! What gives? I tried refreshing many times, and navigating away from Meetings & going back but they do not appear there. These events are integrated with my Google calendar and it has added them there. Is this a glitch? It’s just me and I am on the professional plan. Any help is appreciated.
Is there a way to separate branding? I started using Calendly to manage availability between personal calendar and business. I’d like to have some event types show my business branding and others show my personal branding. I’m on the standard plan. thanks!
