How Do I...?

We are using a round robin event for leads, distributed across about 5 team members. We round robin based on available time to give the potential client the most options. We need the ability for team members to limit their availability. Some may want as many meetings as possible, some may want to limit to 2-3 per day or per week. I have seen this requested a few different ways, but am I correct that this functionality is not available presently? 

Hello,On the Meetings page, the meeting times next to the colored dot are all in EDT. Below it and grated out are the times in my correct time zone. This is very confusing. Since this information is for me shouldn't my time be displayed prominently. It works on mobile view, where only the meeting time in my correct time zone is displayed. How do I fix this?

Does Calendly still require full access to Office 365 - Outlook Calendar? Meaning Calendly can read the actual event data on your calendar instead of just checking your availability?  

We have a few different event types and each event type has a group of users that get assigned via round robin. We want our AE’s to be able to click a button in Salesforce (one button per event type) and generate a single-use link for an event type. My understanding though is that the Salesforce integration does not support/come with single-use links. Is this true? If so, are there any workarounds/alternatives?

After created an event, I added many questions with answer type is “Single Line”. Question is:Is it possible to set the type of answer field to “Number” and auto accept/reject the booking based on the that number (Ex: accept only if the number is equall or less than 100). From the number field as mentioned above, can we do the sum calculation on that number field of all booking in a day.

Hey there,  is it somehow possible that my college shares his calendar with me so I can see whom he was an appoinment with? Or do I have to use his login-data in order to see his full schedule? I would like to see the names of specific appoinments so I can synchronize it with an extern list. We are setting up a routing form with the input style set to first + last names, and these fields are set to required: However, when the form is embedded, the field label just says “Name” and doesn’t have the required field asterisk, despite being required:How do we get the form fields to display as intended? After booking via LinkedIn a timeslot the customer get a invitation/ confirmation Email. The subject line is filled out but the email Message is empty-  in the very beginning when I made the setup it works once proberly.Got anyone an idea how to solve this problem? Kind regards,kaisen  

Having to log in and to download invoices is very cumbersome. I would this is to be automated and would prefer to receive invoices via email. How can I set this up?

I am going to do some joint meetings with a colleague and want in incorporate her calendar so clients can book meetings with both of us together. I can’t find any answers on if this is feasible. Do Iupgrade to a team account and add her to my account as an additional team member - can I create an event for a client to book with both of us? upgrade to a team account and invite her to join a team under her own account - can I create an event that books with both of us? do something else?Thanks,Angela

Hey there, Is it possible to keep fully booked events visible for customers?We organize Workshops that are planed once a week. We are fully booked for the next 3 months. So, customers checking dates think, that the are no dates within the next 3 months. So they start calling in, to check if this is true or if 'this calendly thing" doesn't work. Best Stefan

I am seeing a very weird thing with calendly. Whenever I use someone’s calendly link to book a meeting, and they are using zoom - the event does not automatically get added to my office365 calendar.  I get their email but I have to manually add to event to the calendar. I have missed a few meetings that I scheduled using someone’s calendly link because the event did not automatically get added to my calendar. I have synced my calendar with both calendly and zoom. I have also added “notifications@calendly.com” to the safe sender’s list.  Not sure what else to do. 

We have an active showroom where clients just walk in to see us and sometimes need to wait. I’d like to utilize a familiar platform for onboarding them while they wait and was hoping Calendly had a solution for an instant appointment or waiting list. We love the calendar ability so it just seems to be a natural fit for the other as well..

Under Calendar Sync options, it does not allow you to add events to more than one calendar. When a new event is booked, is there a ways to forward that invitation to custom emails?

The challenge is that our calendar is filling up quickly, making it difficult for customers to find available slots.We do not have a fixed number of consultants, and customers can choose whether they want the consultation in person, via Teams, or by phone.Is there a way to extend this in Calendly? Ideally, we would like to increase the maximum number of simultaneous bookings — for example, from 1 to 2—so that more customers can schedule appointments at the same time. I did not find a clever way to do this so far - any ideas? 

HelloWe are setting up a calendar for our internal weekend support people and since we may schedule who is on weekend support 6 months in advance in one sitting, that is around 48 (8 per month * 6 months) confirmation emails that will get sent out in matter of a couple hours. That is just an overload of emails. Is there a way to NOT send out the confirmation email? I did not see one but I feel there needs to be a way to toggle that on or off. Thank you.
