Hi everyone,I’m admin in our Calendly, but I have not created the event. I want to add new people to the round robin in the event, but I don't have a button anywhere to add them. Is the problem that I have not created the event? Thank you and best regardsMarcel 

Hello, I have received a link from my boss to schedule a meeting but once i click on it i receive this message at my calendly profile: “This account does not have access to this Event Type.”What can i do to make it work?Thank you in advance

I see how to add variables to the subject line, but would like to add specific phrases and have space between the variables. Now they all run together.  Any ideas?

I understood from this thread that based on the geographic location of the IP I am using calendly I should see the start day of the week accordingly. Unfortunately that is not the case. I see timezone as “Eastern European” and it matches my current time. Based on the VPN I use, I can visit calendly from Estonia or from Sweden for example but I still see start day of the week as Monday which should definitely be not the case in these regions.The mismatch with the start day of the week can actually cause incorrect bookings if users are not careful. It would be very much useful if I could set this setting permanently based on my need. 

Iphone app not working - can’t book anyone from this. iOS 18.1 but was recently the same with previous version. Your system is saying my google calendar has an event that is taking out several days on my calendar and I can't schedule. Obviously a crisis in a business. I dont have anything on my calendar. Yesterday it worked fine. What is causing this. I have spent hours trying to sort it. 

I'm having an issue where my availability shows as "Unavailable" to clients who try to book an appointment, even though I've set it to be available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. There are no events in my calendar that would interfere with these times.

Hello, I would like to create a calendar with multiple options. The videos and responses I am able to find seem to be an older version on calendly which does not address my question. I am under the standard solo plan.  I need to have ONE link in which a client can select the type of meeting they want to have. I have already creted the different schedules for the three different options a client can select. Yet, when going to scheduling settings and available hours, I can only seem to select ONE schedule. The result is I only see ONE option in the calendar that shows the times and days for that schedule.  Below the image of what I am trying to accomplish  

Hi thereI am new to Calendly and while setting up i was meant to click on Personal and not Teams.  I am now on a free 2 week Teams Trial.  Was just wondering if I could change it to Personal while on the trial or whether I need to wait for the trial to expire.  Thanks

Hello! I want to use Calendly to set up small group webinars for visitors to my website, but I’m having issues with availability settings. I need to manage multiple time slots for group sessions without conflicting with my other scheduled events. Has anyone figured out a way to optimize group scheduling with Calendly? Any guidance on setting up consistent, non-overlapping time blocks would be a huge help!

When I accept an appointment it shows up in my Calendar my my Calendly upcoming events is always empty.  Why do none of my events show, it has to be the correct username or they wouldn't show in my Gmail calendar.I have many calendly events in my calendar but when I log in to calendly with the same email, nothing shows.  Also I get errors stating that Calendly has not met Googles safe browsing guidelines and it blocks me from logging in sometimes.

Is it possible to set an automatic record for the zoom session booked with calendly 

I want to link the calendars of all my events so if a day is reserved on one day the same day is blocked on all calendars of my events. Advice? Thank you!!

We are using Calendly to let customers browse the open appointment slots and choose their preferred time for their appointments. I expected to give them a link to my booking calendar, then they would choose an appointment that they preferred, and no other customer would choose that one. What I have right now is- all of the different customers can choose the same appointment, and none of them are even aware that they are adding themselves to an appointment with someone from another company. How do I make the appointment unavailable to other company’s users, while allowing them to add several of their company users to the same appointment?    Just to give an example to make sure it’s clear. I pick 10 time slots in a week when I’d like to have appointments. I set up Calendly with those slots available for appointments. Je souhaite insérer dans mon automatisation email (ActiveCampaign) un bouton avec le lien calendly pour que mon prospect puisse enregistrer l’événement dans son agenda. Problème quand je créé un événement sur calendly et que je le paramètre pour une date précise et un horaire précis. Calendly propose que les personnes qui cliquent puisse choisir une date et l’horaire. Alors que je veux simplement que les personnes utilise le lien calendly pour enregistrer la date du webi dans leur agenda. Est-ce que une personne à la solution?

How do I change settings to list view so clients don’t have to click into every day to find something that works for them? 

Has Calendly automated themself right out of business?The chat bot will not connect to an agent. I have tried for hours over multiple days. The Outlook plug in is no longer functionally working. Mind you Office 365 now has this functionality built in so the the outlook plugin connector is Calendly’s bread and butter and I cant get support to answer. There is also no where posted an email or telephone number for them.  I have been a customer for years, but as soon as I find a replacement I'm jumping ship.

I have an event that I would like to share it with another Calendly user so that they can edit the event. I have tried using several names/emails/links but it says “member not found.” What is the correct format? I’m on the free version, but I’m not adding seats. I’m just trying to add someone so they can edit the event.  Additionally, does anyone know if Calendly is working on the language editing option?

Is there a way to set a minimum notice rule for a certain day of the week, that is different from the other days in the same event type? I would like to be able to set the minimum notice for Sundays as two days (so that I know in advance if I will have Sunday off work), but leave the minimum notice for Mon-Sat at 4 hours, for the same event type. Is this possible? 

I have been unable to log into my Calendly account for months. Every time I try it asks me to log in through my Microsoft365 account. When I finish the verification process and return to calendly it says I am using the wrong method. No other method has let me sign in.  I have tried emailing support multiple time but gotten no reply. I tried using the Chatbot support but have not gotten help since I cannot login. There is no other way to contact support. Somehow it let me log into this community with my credentials because I didn’t need to verify my account through Microsoft. I am beyond frustrated and would like to cancel the subscription for myself and my company.
