How Do I...?

I am familiar with Acuity and the scheduling override feature is one thing that’s really missing from Calendly and I would love to see it added.To illustrate the situation: I have an appointment type and my general availability is 10am-2pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On my calendar I also have some standing events that I may or may not attend (such as networking events) and I might be blocking time off to dedicate to working on different tasks. I am talking directly with a client to get them scheduled and I agree to meet them at 4pm on a Tuesday. I happen to have a 4:30pm networking happy hour on my calendar that day and a time blocked off for project work 2-4pm. In Acuity, while I was signed into my own account, I could schedule an appointment, and select whatever date or time we agreed on. I would get a warning message that would tell me I was outside of my normal hours (the 10am-2pm) and had conflicts on my calendar. I could acknowledge the warning and confirm that I still wante

Is there a way with your current update to add a one-off appointment time. For example, I need to open up next Tuesday for 12:00-1:00 pm. This is usually my lunch hour. By the way, this is something that I need to do frequently. Block as well as add additional appointment times. Please tell your developers that not being able to do this simply and easily due to the new update is beyond frustrating.

How to export contacts to create a mailing list in CSV or other? 

God, I hate this app. It's like this company is actively trying to keep me from figuring it out. I've never found something so poorly supported. Every video tutorial needs to be updated, buttons are missing, menus are gone, piecemeal speakers are filmed at different times, etc. There are endless links to more tutorials with other versions. It took me forever to find this forum because the chatbot (also useless) wouldn't let me pass. Does corporate even try to use this app from ground zero? Hell no, they don't. They're clueless. No one cares about releasing current documentation. Things I want to do: Integrate Zoom. It's hooked up, yet it will not import my current recurring sessions. Some integration!  Where's the documentation on this? Calendly is explained by those who built it, not for first-timers.  Set up meetings! Where's the video for this with current menus and buttons? Do I schedule in Calendly or Zoom? Nothing makes sense. No videos for this either. I want a widget on my webs

Is there a way to override availability to book an appointment on behalf of a client when buffer times or other blocks on outlook calendars are preventing them, especially when using managed events?

I have an Outlook client software calendar, and several Exchange Outlook calendars with different business partners?  Want to sync it all together and utilize Calendly.  Is there Microsoft tools to sync the Exchange calendars into my Outlook client software, and then simply sync Calendly to my Outlook client.  Or is syncing the Outlook client and each Exchange Outlook account to Calendly directly.  Though with that method my Outlook client will not show everything?  If possible would like to get them all synced into Outlook client and Calendly, and have each Exchange client only see calendar items for that specific account. Is this possible.

Is it possible to have 2 different logos, where some forms use one logo and other forms use another logo?  Possibly personal or business?  Or is the only way to do this is to create 2 different Calendly account with different email addresses and have them both sync with the same calendar?  Use Free version if only one form, and paid version if you need multiple forms.

Hello, I had 3 meetings via my calendly, and just scheduled another meeting via another person’s calendly.Then my 2 meetings I already had were rescheduled automatically to the next available day with the earliest available time.How can I turn off this feature? It’s very rude to suddenly reschedule meetings so this makes me look back. Please turn off this feature, or atleast give an option to turn this off.Took a look in the settings and did not see any mention of this auto-rescheduling I want to turn off underScheduling settingsDaily limit3 eventsSet the maximum events allowed per day.Please tell me where to turn this feature off if possible. If not, please show me how to set up my calendly to avoid getting auto-reschedules on my own calendly where business partners have schedules a meeting. 

Hello.  I am unable to edit my Availability. This occurs both on the website using Windows 10 and on my iPhone. On iPhone I can locate the Availability tab and navigate as usual. However, the changes I make to my calendar do not sync. On Windows 10, Availability tab, I cannot locate anything to make an edit or locate date override. I see it’s been given a new term, however, what is explained in the Tutorial does not show up on my account.Using the Tutorials and Community Forum also gets me nowhere, as my problem does not  appear in search. The Chat option is not available.This is Extremely Disappointing and Frustrating and causing more time and effort, not less! 

Hi Calendly team. I have a wonderful and very useful idea that could help us customize even more our bookings with our own customers : Add the option ''Minimum notice'' in the ''Customize once and share''Context : sometime, I wish to have an URGENT meeting with my customer. I want to book them a quick meeting (24h-72h), but I CAN’T use my ‘’event type meeting’’, since I have a ‘’minimum notice’’ of 7 days (I wish to keep 7 days, for REGULAR meeting, to keep control on my agenda). I would recommend that, for those URGENT meeting, to add the option to customize once and share a unique link, and choose and customize that ‘’minimum notice’’ for 1 day, per example.Note : I know there is the ‘’One-off meeting’’ option, but I also have a limitation here. I want my meetings to me booked by an ‘’’event type’’ meeting, so my customer could have access to the meeting reminders I have put in my ‘’event type’’ meeting (the reminders are NOT available using the One-off meeting application)I am thank

He hired the annual plan to connect my calendars and ask him next.Calendly schedules meetings according to the configuration that you create on the platform and these schedules are displayed on other associated calendars. If I add an event to my calendar, for example, add a shift and then it could be reflected in the calendar and why eliminate a schedule that I have added to my calendar or solely manage the schedule and reflect it in my calendar?thanks

Dear Calendly,Is there already a update about: Booking multiple sessions at once?In the history of this community chat: I’ve seen that this topic is already asked multiple times and you are working on it.Can you please make it more urgent to solve this matter, as apparently so many are asking?My clients have mentioned that it is very inconvenient to have to book every session from scratch (meaning they have to fill in their name, email address and phone number). It would be very much appreciated if they can fill in their details once and then select multiple dates/times.Thank you so much. 

There was an excellent suggestion four months ago to enable users to set meetings to start at 5 minutes past the hour.  What is the status of the availability of this feature, team Calendly?  Use Case:I often have hours in a row of virtual meetings but I don’t need a 30 or 60 minute break.  What I do need is 5 minutes between meeting for quick follow-up or a bio break.  As it stands now, I am either showing up late, asking for a couple of minutes for a pit stop, or putting unnecessarily long and unproductive holds in my calendar from time to time. The current setup is inadequate because if I set 25 minute meetings, it puts them at all kinds of odd times (e.g. 1:45, 2:10, 2:35, etc.).As much as I like using Calendly, I will look for other options if this capability is not provided.  That’s not a threat (hey, I am only one user); rather, it’s an indication of how much I value the capability for the way I run my calendar.Thank you.

 I have morning hours set up for Friday but only the afternoon slot is showing.

The current edit details function for a scheduled meeting does not appear to allow editing of the meeting description itself, which includes the attendees. Occasional errors are made when 3rd parties are scheduling meetings on one's calendar that require correction. Is there any way to edit this description for a scheduled meeting? I can find no means of doing so on any of the menus for existing scheduled meetings. Please advise

I can see plenty Of requests dating 9+ months from UK users asking for a basic feature/setting enabling the week to start on Monday (the first day of the week.) Why has this not been implemented? Is Calendly even working on this?

We are changing our name, which means that all of our users will have new email addresses and new calendars to sync with.   What is the best way of handling this?

Hi, I have added a Calendly link to my linktree on Instagram and when I follow the link, it brings up the calendar first and the description of the call only comes after the call has been booked.Is there a way to have this the other way?? I would prefer a potential client to be able to read the description before they consider booking.I hope this makes sense!Thanks

I recently switched from three event types to two event types, each with a different schedule. I successfully deleted the third Event Type from the main page (by clicking the setting button in the Event Type window, then clicking “delete”.) However, when I go to the side bar/drop down menu to the Availability tab, in the section where it says “Apply to these event types” - all three original event types are still there, including the deleted event type. If I make any changes from the Availability tab, it messes up all event type availability. 

Is there a way to give a time limit for when someone can reschedule the meeting? It would be very helpful to be able to set a limit to not to change the date/time within 24-hours.Thank you!
