How Do I...?

Hi, I would like to know if there’s a way to do conditional triggering of workflows.  For example, let’s say, with the schedule call link, our clients can schedule either a demo call or a troubleshooting call using a dropdown or a radio button. But the resources that we would like to send to the lead and the customer are different. So I would like to know if there’s a way to conditionally trigger different emails with the appropriate resource based on the option selected?

Some time ago, I inquired about the possibility of creating a more suitable calendar for retail stores. To clarify the issue, I'll outline an example below: Wedding & Party Department – Number of fitting rooms and therefore fitting options: 6 Gala Department – Number of fitting rooms and therefore fitting options: 4 Mother of the Bride/Groom Department – Number of fitting rooms and therefore fitting options: 3 The current issue is that while I can open a calendar for each department, if a customer schedules a gala appointment at, for example, 10:00 AM, the system won't allow a mother of the bride or groom to book an appointment at the same time because your system assumes these are the same departments. I find this quite strange, and I imagine other businesses may face similar issues. Could you please look into this? I am otherwise very satisfied with Calendly and would prefer not to switch to another service, but this limitation is costing us revenue as we want each department to

 I got this from Microsoft through outlook and it doesn’t single out anything, can anyone confirm it doesn’t apply to Calendly? “What do you need to do?If you are receiving this email, you are currently using an email or calendar app that uses a less secure authentication method to connect to your Outlook.com email account. You will need to upgrade your third-party mail and calendar app to a version which supports modern authentication methods.”

Is there a way to stop people from picking a meeting when it’s so many hours within the start time of that meeting? For instance I don’t want people picking meetings that are within 48 hours of the start date/time. We’re a small shop and even though a time may be available, things may come up that prevent us from even seeing a notification that someone has scheduled a slot with too little notice..

Clients are able to book on my calendar for times that are already blocked.  All calendars appear to by synced.

I have Issue Like when someone schedule the meeting in calendly and type the email field be like : xyz@gmail.com or anything the meeting is booked by this also , and if someone genuinly wants to Book meeting at that time they cannot becuase of this ,So is there any way to verify email before confirming meeting in calendly .can you plz give some ways 

Hello,  I offer a service to my clients and their partners/clients across the country. To initiate the service, my clients schedule a call between me, clients (themselves), and their partners. I have timeslots for my clients to offer their partners to schedule the call. However, these slots are open to all of my clients (~15 people) at the same time. The problem is that my client check my calendar slots, offer 3 times to meet and by the time that their partner confirms, the slot is booked. Is there a way for my clients to hold slots and ensure they won’t get book but they time they are confirmed by their partners? 

Hello: I have 4 users attending a conference. During their time there they want to schedule 1:1 meetings with clients. I want to be able to create a calendar for the conference time period where each user is in a group, and we can all see each other’s Calendly calendar of meeting schedule during this time.  For example:“The Lodging Conference” October 7-10 is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm pacific each day.USERS 1, 2 3, 4 each has a calendly event for thisAll 4 users can see all 4 calendlys within this event.Invitees pick the person they want to meet with from the group calendly link. 

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Zoom meetings scheduled via Calendly. Twice now, when my interview time arrived, I received a message from Zoom saying, “Your host has joined the meeting, please join here.” However, every time I clicked on the link, I was redirected to the Zoom homepage with no meeting ID or joining link. This issue has caused me to miss two important interviews. It’s incredibly disappointing, and I hope this problem can be addressed soon. Has anyone else experienced this?

HiI’ve only set up an account with calendly yesterday. I logged in with my Office365 and was able to add my calendaras well as my two work collegues. All was working fine, I could create a meeting where calendly was checking for conflicts against mine and my colleagues calendars, and adding the scheduled meeting to my boss’ calendar. But today I’m getting the following message This calendar is currently unavailable.You are logged in as xxxxx@my_email.co.uk. This message is only visible to you.Looks like we’re unable to connect to the calendar that belongs to Nxxxxi Bxxxxxxs. To resolve this issue, the team member must connect their calendar.Neither of us had made any changes, they gave me the permission to edit on their end. What we want is only for me to manage the calendly and schedule appointments for them in their calendars. Does anyone has any clues what might be wrong?

Due to the Jewish Holiday season, I will have different work hours for each week of October.  There is no longer any easy way to “override” the regular calendar with an easy click.  For example, I don’t normally work on Sundays but need to be in my office this Sunday.  NO easy way to simply open up the Calender for a “one-off” work Sunday. PLEASE go back to the old version-it was SOO much better.  If not, I am switching to another program.

You can read my question in the topic.At the time I just can change or create just the standard times.But I need to change them day by day. And hour by hour.I don’t want to use an extra calendar just to connect with calendly.I thought calendly is the way to make everything easier. And not more complicated.

I am curious to see if anyone else besides me is having issues due to the new BETA availability feature. I wish it should have been an opt in function as it has now screwed up my flow of customers being able to reach me. I have a “day job” in addition to other businesses and rely on not only calendar sync but the ability to update my schedule during the day. The new feature does not allow me to do so and is causing a whole house of dissatisfied customers who are double booking time with the new feature and a whole host of others features. My schedule changes day to day and week to week. I am not an enterprise customer who is yet at the level where I have a main business.  I had no issues until now and I had to turn off everything and managing on my own because this new feature is not it for me! 

I have a Calendly user that left our company, so I need to remove this person from our account. There is one scheduled event with this person as an organizer If I remove her, will I have the option to reassign that event to someone else on our account, or am I going to have to fully reschedule it with the other person?(the ability to switch out organizers on scheduled event is a wish list item for us anyway).

A team shares an Exchange calendar. 2 of the team members do not want their appointments to be viewed in the Exchange calendar. With Calendly connected to the team calendar can it be configured to provide notifications of the 2 users availability throuigh Calendly?

Hi. I have a situation I don’t know how to set up., assuming it’s even possible.We have two people on our Teams account. Each of us has our own schedule, sometimes we’re both here, sometimes just one of us is, and sometimes neither of us are here. When we’re both available we want a max of two 20 appointments each hour - not overlapping.  We’d like appointments to start on the hour and the half hour.  Ideally there would be a way to divvy up our clients into each of our calendars. Also, we don’t want the clients to choose who they will be meeting with. They’ll get whoever happens to be there at the time they choose. I had hoped we could use Round Robin to make this work, but it seems there is no option for us to call them at the appointed time. Is there any way we can meet all of our needs?? Thanks for your help. 

Hi,I have a free slots in my Google calendar for one specific date.However, in Calendly, I can’t see all the slots created for that day (there no reservations).For other days, its working fine.This issue is happening from time to time in random days.Could you please help me?Thanks.

When scheduling meetings with one host, there is an option to offer multiple locations. Is that possible for a round robin event? We would like invitees to have the choice of scheduling a meeting with one of us either in-person at our site or over Zoom. Thanks!

I’m reaching out regarding the character limit for inserting my Payment Terms and Privacy Policy. It seems that my text is being cut off, and I can't find any information about the exact character limit. Hello! May I know if I can add schedule from Google calendar then it will automatically block off in my calendly?

I had an email reminding me my subscription was going to nenew.  I  cancelled the subscription. A few dayts later I had another email saying they had taken money from my account.  I contacted support and they talked me through it.  The process to cancel was longer than expected. However `I am pleased to have been promised a refund.

I am struggling with the new version. I am running weekend tours and now, when I try to add additional tour mid week, there is no option for that on my phone app. The override button disappeared. When I click on “availability” it shows my current weekend events (repetitive mode) but I can’t add any additional events to any other days.  I just figured out how to add my midweek event on my desktop ( I see “add custom hours option”) but it’s not syncing and showing up on my website. The changes I made on my desktop are not reflecting on my website. Do I need to sync a new calendar on my website since this website update?This is super frustrating. Is anyone having same issues? 

Due to the sensitive nature of my business, my clients do not appreciate any additional emails at all. So I would like to see an option where I can completely disable the email confirmation, and also the email cancellation.
