I have the standard plan. I offer different services, but can only take a maximum of 2 clients at a time. How can I set up my availability to limit the number of clients at a time?
My colleague and I are trying to upgrade our account. We select the plans and the seats and enter our credit card information we get this error:We have returned to our account setting and explored every tab and can not find any address/zip code options. We have emailed the listed address and have received slow response. Can anyone please help resolve this issue so we can upgrade our plan?
The topic was closed on another thread but the issue remains. I am certain I’m not alone in requiring this feature for my money’s worth. A work around takes time. Time equals additional money. A service such as Calendly is based on saving time, and thereby money. Thanks
Hi there! How can I limit maximum number of 1 event per month?I’ve seen articles that this feature is already available, but I don’t see any “New Editor”Thanks in advance!
Hi,I have different event types with regular availabilites throughout the week. And I would like to have one event type which is only available for 3 day in March. If I use the “date-specific hours” (does not matter if only for that event ytpe or for all of them, my calendar shows all days, except for the ones I chose the availability for. What am I doing wrong and how can I have only specific days and times for this one event type? Thanks in advance!BestNadja
comment changer le dimanche en lundi comme 1er jour de la semaine ?
Is there an administrator only account? I will not be having events created to me but will be managing users, events, etc. This was asked a year ago and the answer was no, hoping for a different answer now as it does not make sense to pay yearly for an admin only seat.
Hi, we allow customer to book meetings, which we limit to 2 per day, but we want to have a limit of 1 on Mondays. How could we do that?
Hi! I’m a behavioral designer helping a partner pilot a “pre-scheduling” intervention that leverages defaults to increase student attendance a advising meetings.I’ve been working with student advisors that have a:A caseload spread out across several different schools, 4 “engagement periods” where they go to visit different schools for the meetings with different dates for each school within each period. We first wanted to simply tell students to book all their meetings in one go at the start of the semester. I looked at every possible way to do this on Calendly with no luck.Routing forms could send them to different booking pages, and confirmation pages could chain-link them to the next booking page. But in order to show students only their specific school’s dates within each specific engagement period the advisors would have to create 4 different event types per school. With 6-7 schools per advisor, that became unwieldy. We are now trying a “pre-scheduling light” version of booking t
Hi, The last three meetings that people have scheduled with me, they have not gotten calendar invites and they have not gotten meeting emails. This will cost me money, I’m considering switching services. This just started this year, I’ve never had a problem before. What is the best way to contact the hlep desk to get this issue resolved? what is their direct email / contact?
If we set the minimum notice to 1 day, it’s possible to bypass this notice using the reschedule link inside your invite. I don’t think this is the normal behavior.
Hi Calendly community, I have a ‘regular’ paid subscription account for a small venture I have been setting up. I have been perusing the help section, tutorials, etc. and have spent a few days setting up event types. But I keep hitting snags around availability, mutual exclusivity, individual vs. group, etc. I’m hoping someone can help me with “ah, here’s what you want to do!” because I think my use case is fairly straightforward. The concurrency/exclusivity is driving me batty trying to figure it out.The behavior I’m looking for is this:I have three event types-- “Short” (3 hours), “Medium” (5 hours), and “Long”(7 hours). They are all available at a time-- let’s say 5pm every day. They are mutually exclusive. So a person can choose one of those three. When they do so, it renders the others unavailable to book. I have set up these three event types. On the Calendly.com/mybizname page, it starts by showing the three and it says “please follow the instructions to add an event to my calen
I just setup my calendly account. When signing up, I connected to my google calendar account and it suggested a list of calendars I could pick to check for conflict with - I selected only one of them. I’d like to modify that and pick some other calendars from that same gmail account. I cant figure out how to do that. When I go on the “calendar sync” tab it shows me my gmail account but not the different calendars I have within it. I tried removing the the account and reconnecting it but when doing that the I am not proposed to pick which calendars within my gmail account to use!
Hi everyone, One of the features I really like about Calendly, is the workflows specifically sending reminders, and follow ups. This works great for the Calendly events that participants schedule.I was curious if it’s possible to create a fixed recurring event within calendly as I would do with my native calendar (e.g. google calendar)? That would allow me to use the awesome workflow tools for all of my eventsThanksErik
Hi everyone,I'm exploring whether Calendly offers a scheduling feature that lets two external parties share their availability and coordinate a meeting without a host actively managing the call. Here's our scenario: our team manages a customer reference program where we connect a customer with a prospect (or two customers) to discuss their use of our product/features. We’d like each party to independently enter their available times into Calendly so that they can find a mutually convenient meeting slot—without me having to coordinate or join the call.Does Calendly support this type of self-coordinated scheduling? If not, are there any workarounds or similar features within Calendly that could help achieve this? Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello,I am using the Free Version of Calendly. When a customer books a meeting in my calender, he only gets a confirmation that the meeting has been booked, but the Microsoft Teams Link is missing.I have checked the settings and Teams is succesfully connected within Calendly (see attached screenshot)What needs to be done, that the Teams link will automatically sent with the confirmation mail. Thanks for a quick replyThomas
My Google calendar is not synced with a new event I created. I have checked multiple forums and have done everything that has been suggested: deleting calendar and adding again; choosing the event for availability; making sure my appointments show up on the calendar as busy; cleared my history and data, etc. And the calendar does appear when I try to set up a one off meeting. I’m stuck.
Our users are receiving invites from countries where our services are not available. This information is posted on our site but some are not reading all the details. Is there a way to limit or auto-decline invites from certain countries? As an aside, these invites we are receiving are not spam. They are legitimate requests but we, as a company, cannot help them. Let me know if my explanation is not clear. Thanks, Sam.
Hello,I’m sorry, here I am again with a question. I'm trying to make the caleder work as good as possible so I hope you can help me again. Is there a way to set a multiple events on a certain day. Example; on saturday we are with 6 or 7 persons working in our store, so we can handle more appointments. At this moment I can only set a maximum event limit for the whole week. Is there an option to have the saturday or any other day offer more availability in a group event.
Is there any update on whether Calendly is going to add a feature where someone can view availability without actually booking an appointment? I get that you can just have someone go in as if they are going to book an appointment and use that as a way to see when you’re available, but it would be MUCH more useful if there were a way to have them see a week or day view that shows where your availability is (in a when2meet.com fashion). I’m a professor and the purpose of this is that most of my colleagues use Outlook as their exclusive calendar and many meetings are scheduled simply by checking folks’ Outlook availability. For my admin to check mine requires going through a rather clunky process of fishing around in my calendly with one of my current meeting scheduling options. It would be far more useful (and less confusing) if when I were asked to provide my availability for a meeting I could simply share a Calendly link that gives the week or day view I mentioned above. Thanks!!
Hi,.Whilst I’ve linked my Calendly to my Google Calendar, the meetings in Google Calendar aren’t syncing. It looks like I’ve go no upcoming meetings and am fully available which is inccorrect. What is missing in the integration?
How can I ensure that if we allow each customer to book 1.5-hour appointments, we maximize the number of bookings during our opening hours? I want customers to start booking right from 10:00 AM instead of 10:30 or 11:00 AM. Sometimes, this difference results in losing up to two bookings per day, which is a waste of revenue.
I would like the option to check whether an appointment has made a purchase or not, in order to gain insight into what percentage of appointments result in a purchase and what percentage do not. How can I view/fill this in?
Merci
Hello. We have had a few instances where clients have booked their meeting while traveling. This defaults to their current time zone, which we understand will happen if it is not frozen in the booking settings. In the past however, once they returned back home it would automatically synch back to their current time zone. The past couple meetings we have had miscommunication and issues with was due to that person say being back at home in Pacific Time, but receiving all communication as if they were still on Indochina Time. Has anyone else experienced this or how do we set things up to ensure everyone is going to see their correct Time Zone when it is actually time for the meeting?
