Is there a way to generate a one time, use link, for each time I send out the calendly invite? We use another service to take payments. So I just need to send a link for scheduling, but I don’t want people to be able to use the same link over and over to get free appointments. Thank you
I have a user who is receiving the following error when trying to sync the Calendly. I found documentation for how a user can find their plug-in key, but 1) as I walked through the process it appears the video’s navigation of the site is outdated, as I could not find the same areas in the same manner, and 2) I still could not find a plug-in key, so I wasn’t sure if it was needed for O365 accounts. Also I am unable to access this key as an admin for my employees, and am unsure if that’s by design.
I get this error message for a date when I am free. It says it is something on my calendly system which I don’t have anything. What could be the problem and how do I resolve it?
Starting in Spring ’24, Salesforce is enforcing the ICU Locale Formats instead of the JDK locale formats:https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.icu_migration_overview.htm&type=5 This migration can break existing code and installed packages, including Calendly integration with Salesforce:https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.admin_locales_changes_considerations.htm&type=5 Is Calendly integration with Salesforce fully compatible with the new ICU Locale Formats? Is there anything we need to do to prepare for this migration?
Would like the ability to create global properties that can be used on events in the questions section. That way we can update the items in a property once and have it reflected on all events that use that property.
Standard Paid plan. Calendly branding is turned off.Booking events still have “Powered by Calendly” in the upper right corner. Meeting invite emails to contacts still say “Powered by Calendly”.
Hello,I’m trying the new book over meetings feature and it doesn’t seem to be working properly. I put it meeting name includes to allow to book over those events in my connected calendar and it still shows i’m unavailable for timeslots that I would be available for.
Is there a way to remove these two items. My client only wants his customers to see the days he’s available and request days for meeting. This is a law firm that does arbitration, so there’s now way to know how long each meeting will take. Basically, he wants them to request a day that’s available on his calendar and his staff will work out how much time is needed. I have it set for 8hr blocks, but we don’t want that to show. Attaching an example:
I went to add a date override today and I could not do it. I tried on my phone and PC, and the option was not there. This is a disaster for me, as I have irregular and frequently changing availability. This is urgently impacting me and for now I have to stop using calendly. What has changed and is there any fix? Or am I simply missing something?I understand that you can add custom days off using the “time off” feature but I need to change my available hours on a weekly basis. Picture from my phone but the same thing happens on my PC.
Hello! I’m looking to see how I can run reports on how many Calendly clicks I had versus how many people booked an appointment. Is this possible? What analytics can I pull? Thank you! Josh
We have replaced our One-on-One meetings with Round Robin event types. However, now our main page is blank. How do I get the Round Robin events to appear here?https://calendly.com/awardtravel1on1
I can see plenty of requests from UK users asking for a basic feature/setting enabling the week to start on Monday (the first day of the working week.)I want to register my frustration and my request that this please be an option in the settings. Thanks
I recently signed up to Calendly and integrated 5 different calendars. I’ve set up event types and availability. When I click the booking link for any of my event types, it opens the booking page but automatically shows No Dates Available. I’ve checked my calendars and there’s no pre-existing bookings or conflicts. The availability settings on my account and events are all correct. The time zones across calendars, Calendly, events is all set to Perth, Australia. There is a 15 minute buffer before and after each event but no limits on number of events. The Invitee can schedule up to 60 days into the future. The calendars appear to be synced properly and they’re all working properly individually. I cannot figure out what is wrong. Please help!
Hi! I tested my Calendly link & it is showing different available times (completely) then I set up. I made sure to set up my timezone correctly, and I am opening the link from the phone with the same timing. Also I set up a few different timings during the day (9-12 and 2-4Pm) which do not project in the link neither, it just shows completely unknown schedule.
How do I check that the zoom link that has been set up in my calendly is actually correct? I can’t find a way to open it to check if I need to change it….
I am trying to create a Custom Workflow that triggers an email to another person outside of my organisation but their email address isn't accepted. Any help will be appreciated.
Hi,The standard text used for asking the tel number for the SMS is somehow confusing. I have understood that it is not possible possible to edit that text (pain point that should really be fixed some day...)>> Is it possible to just add a text block in the booking, that would allow us to give more information?Exemple:((text block:)) “You have the possiblity to get a reminder prior to our meeting via SMS. To do so, add a tel number here below”.And then, the user would see your standard text asking for the tel number. Thanks!
I have the free version and will not purchase the standard version unless I can resolve the following issue. I have previously only used my Apple calendar to track my schedule. Unfortunately Calendly no longer integrates with iCal, but does with Google Calendar. What I have done is to sync my iCal calendar to my Google calendar which appears to work seamlessly. Now, in attempting to sync my free version of Calendly to my Google Calendar, I’m encountering the following issues. Utilizing the Integration & apps feature, I selected Google Calendar which took me to the Calendar Sync page. In the “My Calendar Account” section my Google Calendar associated email address is displayed. In the “Check for conflicts” section of the “Configuration” section, I am presented with three selection choices of places to check for conflicts: 1.) Appointments on Facebook for Assistance Insurance Agency, 2.) My Google Calendar associated email address, 3.) Home. When I select only # 2, My Google email add
I want to send several meeting time options and not send someone my entire calendar to choose from. How do I do this?
A Calendly user asked this question 11 months ago and the admin responded that the feature might be added in the future. I am in the same situation and would appreciate the ability to allow a client to book multiple meetings for one set fee. Have there been any updates?“I am a coach and typically work with clients in 6 session blocks. It would be super neat, if a client could pay once and then book session by session until the number of sessions they’ve paid for is spent.Or if a client can book and pay for multiple sessions at a time.Is this possible or perhaps a feature coming soon?”Thank you.
I created Calendly account with my old email and started using it as the bookings sync calendar. Now I have a new email that I use as my work calendar, but am unable to change the booking sync to it from the old email. The sync is still connected to my old email only. My calendar sync configuration is as follows: Check for conflicts:New emailOld emailOld emailNew email Add to calendar:New emailOld email In the event booking options the host is simply me and no option to choose the email sync.In my profile Im not able to find an option to change my primary email. Help please? :)
I like the one-off feature where I can override availability when scheduling a one-off meeting. I want to do the same thing but be able to provide the same link (with those times that I have overriden my regular availability by still selecting a time that I am free to meet when my general availability shows that I am not) and allow them to pick first-come first serve from those times.I understand I can change my general availability, but I have a lot of recurring meetings that if needed, customers can pick from a time where I’ve overridden my availability. Nathan
When I go to reschedule a meeting. The current time of the meeting is blocked as busy. For example, If I have a 3pm Meeting for 1hr in Calendly, and I need to push the meeting back a half hour, I can’t reschedule to 3:30 because the time is booked by the meeting that I am in the midst of rescheduling. If I go to reschedule a meeting. The time the meeting is currently at should be marked as open while I’m rescheduling, that would allow me to push the meeting back or forward by a little bit to accommodate participants’ schedules.
