We have a round robin event among 3 different team members that is 30 minutes long with a 15 minute buffer after the meeting. However, one of the team members is routinely booked backed to back (to back) without the buffer. i.e. meetings at 9, 9:30, and 10. How so, please and thank you.
Hi -For the last 2 days I’m getting an error when trying to set up my Google calendar sync that the “Google servers are unavailable”. I see this has happened to others in the past. What do I do to fix this?
Create the impression of high demandYou might want to adjust your availability so it doesn’t look like you have too many open slots in a row. By automatically hiding some of your available times, you can make sure your schedule looks busier, giving the impression that you’re in high demand and always on the go.Why it’s important to look busy:As a new business owner, building your brand and earning trust is key. If potential clients see too many open slots, they might assume you’re not that busy, which could affect their decision to book with you. By showing a busier schedule, you create the impression that your time is valuable and your services are in demand. It can also add a sense of urgency and exclusivity, encouraging people to book with you before your spots fill up.Can you develop this service as soon as possible?
Hi there I am having issues with a slot being available, when I have saved a date-override to make me unavailable. I have checked the issues that other topics have given, and still can’t figured it out. I haven’t connected any calendars to sync with my Calendly. Any help very much appreciated! Thank you!
Calendly Error! preventing me and my team member from logging in. I can’t even get ONTO the login page!We just upgraded to the Teams plan and I was just added. Now we can’t do anything. Please HELP!!!
The very simple “availability” access is gone and now replaced with the “Holiday” list. I had dates and times blocked on my calendar for all events, and it’s now missing. And I’m unable to add date over-rides. I’m sure someone at Calendly thought this was a good idea, but please re-add this very simple way of blocking your calendar/availability. And for people with multiple calendar/events, going into each event to block availability is too much work. I’m sure someone on the Calendly team thought this would be an upgrade for Users, but it’s the complete opposite.
I’ve cleared my cache. Still no luck. I am a member of a team. the other team’s calendlys work. I was invited to join but when I attempted to integrate ZOOM, it gave me that error message
The Calendly link on my Google Business Profile does not work on Chrome. I get a Page Not Found page. However the same link does work on Safari and it also works if it’s placed on an email. Before anyone asks, yes there is availability and the event is turned on. And yes I have updated Chrome. Can someone please assist?
Hello,I’m based in Vietnam. My clients are in Europe and USA. When I share my link with them, my timezone is shown to them and not their local time. I have read as many articles on this forum as I could find about this and taken all the steps I read, but still no luck sorting it out. My settings are as such: If anyone knows how to fix this issue I would love to hear from them as my clients are getting annoyed because of the resceduling...even though I keep telling them ‘’Don’t forget to pick you local time zone!’’ before booking. Many ThanksKG
Hello, I used the application to record my unavailabilities and I realize that they are not active. I looked by connecting to the calendly web and indeed none are taken into account. Do I have to enter them again via the web? Or is there a trick to synchronize?
Up until recently synced Calendly meetings would show in my Outlook calendar in their allocated times, with a buffer simply showing as unallocated time. For example, two 1 hour meetings from 12pm would show up as two 50-minute meetings: the first starting at 12pm and finishing at 12:50pm, and the second starting at 1pm and finishing 1:50pm.However these buffer times are now showing up in my Outlook calendar, in between these meetings (as if they were meetings themselves. The ‘meeting’ description provides the following information:This is an automatic 10-minute buffer that was created after your Directioneering: 1:1 Coaching Session (Virtual) event. Edit or delete this buffer: https://calendly.com/app/scheduled_events/user/me?period=upcoming&uuid=6785dc0e-de44-4cda-9d92-f628853ddac0 Please note that editing this buffer time in this calendar will not sync changes back to Calendly. To make changes that will be reflected across all of your Calendars, make your edits in Calendly. Is the
Bonjour! Est-ce possible de mettre un lien vers Teams pour les rendez-vous en ligne? Je n’utilise pas Zoom.
more than setting up the spanish language for me, i want spanish to be the launguage my clients can book and see availability in my link and of course the invitation / confirmation to the meeting be in spanish too.
I am setting up a round robin event for my team. We all need to have visability to everyone’s events. In the event that someone is out, we will have to have another member of the team communicate to those folks who have booked appointments. We have a distributed inbox and calendar. I’d like to invite this email so all events are copied on the calendar. I don't want it to check that calendar for conflicts, as it won’t matter as long as the individual team members are avaliable.
I have buffers set 30 minutes before and after scheduled meetings. I just updated my event so people cannot schedule indefinitely into the future. All of a sudden Calendly has begun adding the buffers to my calendar. See below.I want Calendly to buffer meetings but I do not want to see these buffer times on my calendar. It never did that before but has started doing it. How can I stop this?
I need the option to block certain emails to prevent them from booking a meeting. I saw multiple posts on this and thought I would add my voice to the growing number of complaints. We need a way to prevent certain designated emails from booking a meeting. This seems like a fairly straight-forward request, and it seems to be falling on deaf ears. Please seriously consider this.
I figured out how to schedule “time off” on days and partial days I’m not available, but…If I want to only block part of a day, it only gives me one time frame! Like 9am-12pm, but what if I need to also block another portion of the same day???It doesn’t give me that option any more!I want the OLD CALENDAR VIEW BACK, please!
I work in a university office and my academic advising staff and I all have a round robin calendar for scheduling individual appointments with students, integrated with Outlook and Zoom. It seems to be working well overall, but for only one member of the team, every time she is set up with an appointment it also shows up on my Outlook calendar (as a meeting between the student, the advisor, and me!) What the heck is going on, and what do I have to reconfigure to stop it?
Just as the title says, if I open the event poll on a smartphone browser like Chrome, it just shows the first three dates. It's basically like the desktop view, just that scrolling doesn't adds further events to the end of the list. Since most people nowadays use their smartphone to browse, that seems to be a major oversight to me. I am astonished that I didn't find anything about that problem on here.
Hi. Is there a way that I can have access to all of my team’s Calendly calendars? For instance is there one central place where one can see everyone’s availability if they share their links?
Hi.I’m new here and thrilled to use Calendly. However, is it possible to PUSH a reminder, for our customers who don’t book their meetings, following my email offering the UNIQUE LINK to a private meeting ? I see that reminders are possible for an event already booked… but is it possible to push a new email after X hours, when my client do not book is meeting ? This way, it would be super effective since I would not be obligated to make a follow up on them.If this not exist : I recommend strongly to add this add-on in the meeting setup AND/OR in the workflows. Thanks! Olivier
When I choose the option to turn off the Calendly branding it is not working and leaving the Calendly branding on the scheduling and booking pages. Any thoughts out there? Thank you!
I created an event with a max attendance of 5. it got booked out fairly quickly so I decided to increase the number of available places but it doesn't work. also for some reason the Calendly contact us page doesn’t load anything either. Is it possible to increase the number of places available after an event has been fully booked?Cheers
I have a group of employees that I make available for customers to select a session with. However, I want to create an event that the hosts select and are assigned to. Specifically, we are going to have open houses and I want the employees that normally are booked with customers to be able to go in and select a scheduled open house and it then assigned to them and populates their schedule like the sessions with customers. I create an open house event with time, date & location, and all of the employees are eligible for it. The first one to schedule it has it assigned to them, so that is on their calendar and the sales rep hosting the open house can see which employee will be at their event. Any thoughts? I have not quite figured this one out yet.
I am having issues to when I try to schedule a appointment.It’s a 404 error.Any solutions?
