Town residents will have the opportunity to setup 10 minute meetings with one of the 2-3 people working in the assessors office on specified days.  I’ve setup a calendar with available time slots on appropriate days.  Resident #1 signs up for 9:40am - 9:50am with assessor #1.  How does resident #2 sign up with assessor #2 or #3 that are still available for the same time slot?   I don’t want to have the resident viewing 3 different calendars for availability.  I’ve been able to figure out everything else so far with Calendly.  Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello,On the Meetings page, the meeting times next to the colored dot are all in EDT. Below it and grated out are the times in my correct time zone. This is very confusing. Since this information is for me shouldn't my time be displayed prominently. It works on mobile view, where only the meeting time in my correct time zone is displayed. How do I fix this?

Does Calendly still require full access to Office 365 - Outlook Calendar? Meaning Calendly can read the actual event data on your calendar instead of just checking your availability?  

We have an active showroom where clients just walk in to see us and sometimes need to wait. I’d like to utilize a familiar platform for onboarding them while they wait and was hoping Calendly had a solution for an instant appointment or waiting list. We love the calendar ability so it just seems to be a natural fit for the other as well..

Hi everyone 😀We offer 1:1 consultations for our customers and use Calendly for scheduling. The challenge is that our calendar is filling up quickly, making it difficult for customers to find available slots.We do not have a fixed number of consultants, and customers can choose whether they want the consultation in person, via Teams, or by phone.Is there a way to extend this in Calendly? Ideally, we would like to increase the maximum number of simultaneous bookings — for example, from 1 to 2—so that more customers can schedule appointments at the same time. I did not find a clever way to do this so far - any ideas? 

  The organizer name is auto generated, instead of showing my name.I’m using google workspace and a domain. Is there a way to fix this?

Dear all, I like to use Calendy very much. But I have to cases, where I found no solution to it. Hopefully you can help me? Move meeting to a nother day. I have two fixed days a week where customers can book meetings with me. But Sometimes it is necessary that I move these meetings to a nother day with a nother time. When I tried, I can’t select these other days. Is there any solution? Move meeting to a nother time: I drive to my customers often by car. Sometimes it is necessary, to move a meeting (duration 1h) by 15min or 30min due to delay. This is not possible, too, because calendly informs, that this is not possible. Why doesn’t calendly partner with Instagram so we can use their Book Now button? I’m thinking of going elsewhere since all other major calendar services are listed and not insta!

I am encountering a 500 Internal Server Error when attempting to create a one-off event type using the Calendly API. I sometimes need to book a Calendly event that ‘shouldn’t ‘ in theory be bookable.for example,that’s within the buffer zone of an existing booking,or outside my set available hours,or already has an event booked on my Outlook calendar (ie not booked thro Calendly).So I make the changes that should make the event bookable, for example, I reduce the buffer zones or change my availability or mark as free the Outlook event… and then I wait, and wait, and wait, for the changes to take effect and for the slot I need to show up as free.I refresh over and over, but the troubleshooter still shows the slot as ‘calendar’, or ‘buffer’ or ‘duration’, for ages, then suddenly it’s available. Is there a refresh interval ? How does it work?  In the meantime I have to sit and watch it so that I can book it the moment it shows as free, ie so no one else can book the slot before I do. I didn’t time it but this evening I think it took about an hour, usually it’s more like 5 - 10 minutes. I have a standard

I would like to push my scheduled Calendly events to different add-to calendars based on event type. I upgraded my subscription from the free - basic plan because the Pricing Page  said I’d be able to connect up to six calendars. Why can’t I do this?

Hello!I have a workflow that sends a custom email notification to users right after they cancel a booking, and I noticed that users are also getting this Cancellation Notification when they reschedule.This is causing a lot of problems, because my Cancellation Notification says something like “we reviewed your application and cannot help you”, so when someone reschedules and gets this message gets confused and sometimes even offended.I get that a Reschedule is a Cancellation + New Booking, but I don’t understand why Calendly works this way. There is a “Right after an event is rescheduled” trigger in case I want to send a specific notification for that, so I don’t know why Calendly sends a different notification.Anybody could clarify? Hi All, I need to collect additional information because invitees are mostly B2B customers.According to the documentation of calendly I can use custom invitee question to get the company name. According to the Stripe documentation, I can force collecting those information by providing parameters within the integration, but I have no control or config about how calendly creates the payment links. Questions:Can I also use custom questions for collecting the billing address? Are those additional infos(company name, billing address) also submited to Stripe( where I need them) ? Can I set additional parameters for the stripe integration to force billing adress etc. ?

Love the managed event feature. However, we need to create private booking links for my organization and there doesn’t seem to be a way currently to toggle them as Private Only. 

Is Calendly going to adjust the reschedule settings so we can choose to disable rescheduling within a chosen amount of hours of the appointment, to ensure clients cannot reschedule at short notice?I was previously with acuity and they offer this as an option. it would be so useful!

My All Day Events created in Outlook for Mac were not showing up in Calendly and one of their CSRs just showed me how to mark an All Day Event as Busy in the Google online calendar.  That’s a manual two step process.What I’m trying to find is how can I get Google Calendar to mark All Day Events to BUSY by default.  I can’t seem to find that info anywhere or I’m overlooking it.Thanks!~Robert

I need help with something. I am a meeting host and I use google calendar with to manage scheduling meetings with my work colleagues and I use calendly to allow clients and those outside of the organization to schedule time to meet. I am going to a conference and I don't want colleagues to be able to schedule time with me so I have blocked myself as busy on my calendar. However, I want clients and prospects to be able to schedule time with me at the conference. What do you suggest that I do?

Hello, Does anybody know how I would have a different experience (or Event type) based on the email address of the user?  For example, I would like to provide a link in my email signature where people can book me. Ideally, that link would have the user first confirm their email address which would then give them the type of Event Type(s) that I have set for that internal user. I have an Event Type for my boss (more availability and hours) that’s dramatically different from someone that reports to me. I’d like to be able to provide one link, or few, instead of sending one each time a different person emails me and proposes a meeting.

Hey all, is there a way that I can have two different settings for availability?  Here is what I am looking for.  I have two different businesses that require different availability hours.  I coach teens at night and I want my evening hours to be just for them.  Day meetings can be open for the adults I meet with.  So if I set up two different 30-min meeting links, could they pull different availabilities?  Thanks for your thoughts.

I just setup my calendly account. When signing up, I connected to my google calendar account and it suggested a list of calendars I could pick to check for conflict with - I selected only one of them. I’d like to modify that and pick some other calendars from that same gmail account. I cant figure out how to do that. When I go on the “calendar sync” tab it shows me my gmail account but not the different calendars I have within it. I tried removing the the account and reconnecting it but when doing that the I am not proposed to pick which calendars within my gmail account to use!
