Always trouble with these providers. Why isn't Stripe working? I can't click on it; it's not active.

I created a Calendly link that shows on my Event Types but links to someone else’s calendar?!?!? How can this happen????? What can be done about this? My business is connected to my link!!!!

I can’t imagine that I just dreamed this but maybe? A week or so ago, I saw the new option of letting people choose the meeting length. I even updated my instructions; however, I just noticed that this new feature is no longer a feature? Was I just making it up?

I have been using Calendly for years, (free version) and I have always had the sync with Google active.Now everytime I try to set up a new One off meeting, and selecting the plausible time slots, I cannot see other meetings already created on my calendar. Even worse, if I do check an open time slot, and offer those that I know are open, I cannot send the option over because Calendly is requesting me to add “hosts” which I never requested to change (from me being the host). 

I have scheduled a call with a link for one of my clients. Once I did that, I’m positive I used the correct email address because I copied it.  However, I haven’t received any event confirmation or link in my email or calendar. I need someone to check this.  Or perhaps this is a common story? Please advise.  

How can I contact support to change our organization admin? The chatbot ticketing system does not seem to work (no ticket found after creation). Chatbot itself is useless with this.I’m on a free plan and in need to evaluate the app for our use. Current admin is not working for the org nor is reachable by us.

I have several events and I manipulate the availability to ensure that I can manage my time. It works well. I would like to have one event set so that they can only book that one fr the last week of the month. How can I do that for the one event type?

I created a Calendly account for a client. Unfortunately, they accidently created another free account. Now Calendly won’t let me transfer the account to this client because their email already exists in the system. How do we go about removing his new account account and give him access to the account that I created for him? Thank you!

Theoratically, after successfully booking a Google Meet meeting through calendly, adding new meeting participants and sending the link to the new participant can allow the new participant to attend without the consent of the people who make appointments of meetings. However, what happened here is that I added another member and also informed the client that there was a new participant. But when it came to the appointed time, my colleague needed to apply to join the meeting, but the client said he did not receive any application, and my colleague could not join the meeting. Did anyone encountered this situation? How should this problem be solved?

Whenever someone use the Book An Appointment button on my LinkedIn profile I see the meeting on my calendar but I cannot open the meeting as the host. Even though the system is using my calendar, my email account, etc. I sit in the “waiting for host” waiting room like everyone else. There is no host. No one can open the Zoom session.

I’m trying to locate what components are installed into Salesforce when adding the Calendly app is added. My client does not yet have Calendly and they want to know the field mapping. Is that something that is available?

I’ve added two calendars under “Calendar settings”, a Google and Outlook calendars. I’ve set the latter as the “Calendar to add events to”. I’ve double-checked that these are checking the correct calendar under “Select the calendars to check for conflicts”, and that the events in these calendars have me down as “Busy”. That said, when checking my availability in Calendly, the events in these calendars have no effect on my availability (i.e., people see me as free). Booking a meeting via Calendly over an existing event isn’t flagged under Meetings > Upcoming, nor does this Calendly meeting show up on my Outlook calendar. Am I missing something? There seems to be no interaction between my external calendars and Calendly.

I have a user in the organization whose email is changing. How do I fix that in Calendly from the admin center?

One of our events includes buffers on the Outlook calendar, but we don’t want it to be there. Anything that I have seen in here has said that Calendly was working on this, but that was 8 months ago.I have 2 events in Calendly where one of them does this and our newest one does not.

It’s really frustrating that I first must change the settings (how many hours in the future can that event be scheduled) and then I must change my availability (adding the specific time/day that I want to schedule) and then hope nobody snags that time that I’ve already promised to a client before I go back in to add the client manually. THEN, I must go back and undo the two settings I’ve just modified and put them back to normal, again hopeful that nobody books before I get it set.That’s a LOT of steps. Why can’t I simply override my own calendar?

Hello Calendly,I read around extensively and could not find an answer to this question. If I missed something and am replicating an often asked question I apologize in advance.I have a Standard plan and want to do something I thought would be easy...however it certainly is not. :-(I want to make a Group event with meeting time slots on specific calendar days. I’d like to preset those slots to accept varying numbers of participants. For example,Three 30 minute slots in the morning that only accept one participant One 1 Hr slot following those that accepts 5 participants Multiple 30 minute slots following that one hour slot that only accept 1 participantThis seems like a legitimate usage case to me but as far as I can tell thus far, it is not possible. I am attempting to add an email to the above workflow, but it is only allowing me to add names of other Calendly users.  My understanding is that I can use any email address in the To: line.Outlook has been integrated and it works for another workflow not this one.

In this support article, it says that I can remove buffers from existing scheduled meetings.However, I do not have that capability on my Calendly account.That article was updated on December 10, 2024, which is over 4 months ago. If that was a brand new feature on December 10th, 2024, then I should’ve had that feature by now.How can I get this feature added to my Calendly account?Thank you! 

I had a paid monthly plan, after a month I wanted to go back to the free plan, but I only get a pause. I don't see anywhere that I can cancel the plan completely.  See screenshot, this is when I click on downgrade. The payment information can't be removed either. Please help me to completely switch to a free plan 

I have a set of X event types using schedule A, which works for Asia and Europe. However, for the Americas, schedule A doesn't offer any suitable slots because they're too early.I want to have two booking page links with the same event types but using different schedules. If possible, people in the Americas should see the appropriate booking page, while everyone else sees the standard booking page.How can I do that?

Hello,I have the Calendly Chrome extension set up to appear in my Gmail for quick access. Unfortunately, it’s not working correctly. When I attempt to insert a link, it only gives me one option, which is an old outdated option (15 min. meeting).  If I click on the “Edit” link, it takes me to my event types page, where I can copy the link, but I feel like that’s an few steps that I shouldn’t have to take if the extension was working properly. Is there a way to update this extension so it only shows my current event types and not an outdated one? See below - these are my updated event types.If I insert the old 15-min. link and click on it, it gives an error:I appreciate your help!

I have been having issues using Calendly and I simply want to speak with customer support. Does Calendly not provide this service? 

Hello there,I would like to remove a buffer from an existing meeting.However, Calendly is not giving me any options to remove the buffer from existing meetings.This support article on Calendly's website seems to indicate that we are allowed to remove buffers from existing meetings, but it seems like that support article is outdated because it no longer matches what I see when I log into Calendly’s website.Is there any way to remove a buffer from an existing meeting?Because that support article didn’t work for me, I went in and removed the buffers from this particular event type, but Calendly still shows the buffers attached to all of my events that have been scheduled with this event type.Thank you!Scott

i just noticed this today - Calendly email is including a summary of the meeting at the top of the email, but it’s always wrong. It’s wrong with 2 clients, and I tested it with myself and it’s also wrong. The subject shows the correct time of 2:00 pm, the body shows the correct time, but there’s this little box at the top of the email that shows the wrong time of 3:00 and asks if this is correct. I click thumbs down and nothing changes.
