We have a custom cancellation message that gets sent out on any cancellation event, but it is only intended for the cases where _we_ need to cancel an event, not for cases when a user cancels. The notification is confusing in the latter context which requires its own suited cancellation confirmation notification. Is there a way to issue context-relevant cancellation notifications based on whether a cancellation is triggered by us or the user?
HI all,I would like to be able to see who has accepted a meeting within the platform, but cannot seem to find where this is shown. Please can someone help with where I should be looking. Thanks in advance,Tom
Hi there - I need to view meeting poll responses in a grid rather than on a calendar or as a list. Often, I’m scheduling meetings with a variety of external partners and need to apply some “if-then” logic (e.g. if at least one person from each partner organization can come, the date works), and the list or calendar view makes this difficult. Is this possible and if not, can it be added please?
What does this mean as it prevent me for moving further into my scheduling
Can I give my web developer access to Calendly without purchasing a monthly user fee?
Hi, I have a problem: I have synced two Outlook calendars with Calendly. A work one, where the booked meetings appear, and a secondary one to avoid double bookings from my personal calendar. The work email is fine. It syncs properly; blocks windows where there are conflicts etc. But the personal one does not sync properly: if I book a meeting on my personal calendar, it becomes unavailable in Outlook, but it continues to appear available in Calendly. I’ve tried booking meetings from my phone and my desktop in case it was a device issue, but those all work fine w/Outlook while the Calendly issue persists. I’ve deleted and reattached the Outlook calendar profile. I’ve deleted unnecessary additional sub-calendars in case that was impacting things (saw that as a fix in another community discussion), but the issue persists. I’ve shown the visuals of what I’m seeing below.
Hello,I have my outlook calendar linked to my calendly account. However, when the information appears on my calendar it is not showing me any of the customers information and simply says the name of the event and “1 of 2 spots filled” I need it to show me the customer name and company name that I requested in the invite I sent them. Please advise. Thanks!
How do i block cancelled and No show?….I only want to see events that actually scheduled to take place.I don’t even know what Default includes, but it doesn’t block no shows, only cancelled. Also, why doesn’t the option show up for me to just cancel an event...even after the time has passed.
Bonjour, Je n’arrive pas à rentrer de description, quand je suis dans “plus d’option” et que je commence à taper dans l’encart prévu pour la description du calendrier, mes lettres s’effacent systématiquement. Pouvez vous m’aider ?

SUBJECT: 3 Coaches Sharing 5 Event Types Across 7 Locations (Need Help Choosing Teams, Groups, or Round Robin)Hi there! I’m the Calendly admin for our coaching team inside a multi-site industrial laundry company. We have 7 depots across Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky. Our territory is split into North Region and South Region, and each depot has an assigned coach who visits once a month on standing “road days.”Right now, we duplicate the same events for each coach (resulting in 60+ events). I’m working to simplify both (1) our coach landing pages and (2) our team scheduling page so employees can easily schedule the right session in the right location.I’m trying to determine whether Teams, Groups, Round Robin, or a combination is best for our use case. Our User SetupUser A (Director) – Indiana-based; visits all 7 depots monthlyUser B (Coach – North Region) – Michigan-based; visits 2 northern depots monthlyUser C (Coach – South Region, also Admin) – Indiana-based; visits 3 southern depots
Hello,I am trying to figure out how to filter for PAST events of those who attended vs those who did not.So, I am trying to filter from PAST events vs Current/Future Events AND I am trying to filter from those who Attended events vs Those who (signed up but) didn’t attend. Is any of this possible? Right now my filter for contacts seems super limited. Thanks,Betsy
Sadly, this continues to occur randomly each week. It seems like MS continually changes the SID of my calendar so it continues to get disconnected.I know this is also happening to other users as well, as they cancel the appointment I set using their Calendlys. So I’m hoping someone can answer how to solve this once and for all? As a single MS365 user I have no sway with MS, so going that route is a non-starter.Honestly, I’m at whit's end here, and while I love Calendly, I can’t have important customers booking meetings when I’m already busy with other important customers - the “my Calendy disconnect from Microsoft again” excuse has run it’s course :-(Shawn
successful service businesses need a waitlist. period. we love calendly because it is flexible and easy-to-use for both us and our customers, but the lack of ANY waitlist functionality is costing us (and a lot of other businesses) time, money, and frustration.I know I’d be willing to pay a bit more for this feature, even though it seems fairly rudimentary. We’ve been told “it’ll be passed to the dev team” many many times for the past several years - why has this not actually happened when it seems to be far and away the number one request?
Someone with an email who used the free version of Calendly was accidentally invited as a user on my paid account yesterday and was then removed, so we didn’t need to pay $125/year for them. Now, they can no longer access their free Calendly account. What happened/how can this be fixed??
Hi, I have a problem with mi calendar configuration, I try to set the time for my meeting,10 minutes for each meeting, but I just have seen to set for 15 minutes at least, is possible to reduce from 15 minutes at 10 minutes? Thanks for you help.
Hello, I'm having a problem because the Teams meeting link isn't appearing in the emails sent to the organizer and the client. The Teams integration is configured, and the location is confirmed in the Teams webinar scheduling options. I don't know what other options to add. Thank you for your help.
We go to our contact’s home address for our meetings. For repeat customers, how can I get the customer’s address to auto-populate for the location?
Hi - I want to be able to verify that special emails I created in workflow were actually sent. Can you tell me if this is possible and how to do it? Thanks, Cathy
for what ever reason calendly wont let me book any appointments. it wont load and its not a connection issue.
i booked a event on someone else calenday and provided my email ID where i have calendly registered and yet it does now show in my events

Hello! The title says it all really: Calendly loads near instantly when I assign 1 to 9 hosts to the round robin but when I add a final tenth, Calendly can load up to 50 seconds and sometimes crash with a server error: Has anyone else experienced the same loading issue? I need help here. Thanks!
I'm looking for a way to categorize events. For example, I have events for adults and events for children. So I'd like a separate link for children's events and one for adults. Is there a way to do this? I have a Teams subscription.
