Hey Calendly team,We've been going back and forth with Zoho support about the two-way sync issue. Right now, there's no way to connect Zoho Calendar to Calendly for full sync, which makes it tough for teams like ours that run everything through Zoho.Any plans to add native support for Zoho Calendar? Hello,Is there a way to block when folks can schedule an appointment. For example, is there a way or setting to ‘ghost’ or make your availability unviewable during the times of like 12am-4am? Without having to manually toggle events as ‘secret’. Our organization is trying to combat an issue of ‘fake’ appointments being created during these times and ensuring that our employees time is not taken up by appointments made by bots. I would love to hear any possible solutions or practices others have implemented.

we only have one schedule calendar for Calendly and yet randomly it will allow more than 1 person to be scheduled for the same time and date.   twice it has allowed 3 different people to be scheduled at the same time slots.  we do not use another calendar both for our own convenience but also for keeping things simple for this app.  most of the time this does not happen but when it does it creates a big mess with clients who expect this to be a very easy process.please provide some guidance. Thanks 

It seems like there are several threads with related questions but not exactly this one, so my apologies if this has been answered elsewhere.I have multiple events on my calendly (15-min, 30-min and 1-hour meetings), and I would like to limit the TOTAL number of meetings people can book in a day, regardless of the length of the meeting. For example, if I want to limit my meetings to no more than 3 per day, even if those three meetings are 3 15-min meetings, 1 15-min and 2 30-min meetings, or 3 1-hour meetings. Let me know if any one has any thoughts. Hi. Less than a week ago, I had been posting that “one” of my two webinars, which I’ll abbreviate as “Webinar 101” just totally went wonky. It suddenly stopped showing for me and any potential registrant. Not only that, it also showed a date that I never even created for Webinar 101! Someone even signed up for that wrong date. I had to remove that person, refund that person, and luckily, that rogue date is not showing anymore. But NOTHING shows for Webinar 101 anymore, not even under Booking, or for me.  It had all been working all of April very smoothly. The other webinar called “Webinar 201” has been fine as far as scheduling with registered customers. From a guy here who had been kindly helping (before my posts here disappeared and I now get “Access denied” ???), he gave me the email to contact Calendly Support. My Calendly account is set to use Google as my login.  I need to work with a marketing team and they need a password.  But Calendly keeps sending me the verification code and it is not showing up in my email on-file.  Is there another way to get my Google unlinked and set up a password without losing my account?

I’ve been testing Calendly for the past two days and was actually planning to upgrade to a paid plan after the trial – mainly for the Google Ads integration. Everything is already set up and successfully connected to Microsoft Exchange.My first test yesterday worked perfectly. So I replaced Microsoft Bookings and made Calendly fully live on our website, which is currently receiving around 300 clicks per day from a running ad campaign.Today, however, I’m getting an error page every time someone tries to complete a booking – right at the final step, after clicking the "Schedule Event" button. Hi [Support Team/Helpdesk],I’m trying to raise a support ticket, and the Help Centre mentions that it can be done via the chatbot. However, I do not see the chatbot icon on my screen. Could you please guide me on how else I can raise a ticket?I have two concerns related to my calendar: Blocked Calendar Still Getting Booked: I’ve tried blocking time on my calendar, but I’ve noticed that meetings are still being booked during those slots. I’m not sure if the block wasn’t saved properly or if something else is causing this. Calendar Visibility Settings: I’d like my calendar to automatically reflect as Busy when I have an event, and Available during open times. However, I’ve noticed there’s no option for it, especially when meetings are scheduled directly via email (not via Calendly). Is there a way to configure this so that my availability status updates properly regardless of how the meeting is scheduled? Thanks in advance for your help.

It would be wonderful if  the times you have marked as available in Calendly would be reflected in your Google Calendar, even if you don't have any scheduled meetings during those times, but in a visually different way to distinguish them from confirmed events.

There are auto generated emails when a client books a meeting via calendly that go out to the Meeting Host.  Is there a way of changing the format?  I am searching but have found that the initial confirm to the host cannot be shut off with Teams subscription.  Please confirm.  Thanks.

For example, instead of inserting the actual data, the reminder shows this to the invitee:Hi, Invitee Name. Does anyone know how to organize the events on the home page/dashboard? I have several events for the same client and want to group them together. The Help Center said to click and drag but nothing happens when I try to do that. 

I run a business and use Calendly for clients to book in meetings, I have 10 different event types and I have set each one to max 2 per day. The problem is because the event types are all different, there’s nothing stopping more than 2 being booked each day. I have set 30minute buffers but don’t want really long buffers as it means clients have very restricted time slots to choose from. However, I also don’t want more than 2 events to be booked in a day! I don’t think there’s an ideal solution to this yet. But I think my best option is once I have 2 events booked on a day, I change my availability to “unavailable” for that day, so no other clients are able to book a slot. My question is, would this cause the already booked events to be cancelled? 

I have organized the days and times of my appointments, but inexplicably days and times appear that were not selected by me. How do I correct this error?

Today I hosted an event with 80 attendees, but I as not able to act as the host in Google Meet. Only as a participant.  I am the owner of the Calendly account and use the same email for my Google Meet.  Is the higher number of attendees an issue? 

Today, Tuesday May 13th, 2025, was when I, as the organizer, was supposed to run my Webinar 101. From a notice on Google Calendar, there were FOUR paid registrants. And the Zoom link YET, NO ONE SHOWED SHOWED UP. Not only that….I got NO INDIVIDUAL EMAILS representing each of the four that were shown on my Google Calendar to have signed up for today, May 13th. Not only that, because I got no individual emails for each of those four, I also didn’t get to see their two questions each which they would have filled out when registering.   Not only that, on my Meetings page, today’s Webinar 101 wasn’t even showing for today.  Not only that, it was shown that I have a May 20th availability for Webinar 101 and one person signed up. BUT THERE IS NO MAY 20th WEBINAR for 101. But there is one for my Webinar 201 on May 20th. Yet I could NOT remove May 20th for the Webinar 101. Not only that, the Booking for Webinar 101 only shows May 20th, when I clearly have May 13th for 101, and May 27th for 101.

One of our events includes buffers on the Outlook calendar, but we don’t want it to be there. Anything that I have seen in here has said that Calendly was working on this, but that was 8 months ago.I have 2 events in Calendly where one of them does this and our newest one does not.

I have done gaining on 7 weeks of two different successful webinars every other Tuesday using Calendly to get registrants...UNTIL NOW!On a page on a website I own, I have posted a link to Calendly for the Introductory Webinar I teach every other Tuesday, and a different link to Calendly for the Advanced Webinar I teach for the other Tuesdays. Back and forth. Each link HAS worked for seven weeks for registrants to sign up for, and pay for. What has worked is that I am doing a “Custom” scheduling. That means I make all days UNavailable for both, but create “Specific dates” availability for every other Tuesday. Again. that has worked for 7 weeks.
