Subscription Clients

I have several services that are subscription-based, 3, 6 or 12 appointments. Is there are way to limit how many times a link can be used to book? Or some other way that I can create a limit around clients booking their appointments.

How to set max number of meetings per day, across event types

Hi.  I have already set limits for my various event types.  However, I would like to limit the max number of meetings, including all event types in any given day. For example, if someone books one of my 4 hour timeslots, I want nothing else to be booked that day.  But right now, someone else can book one of my 90 minute slots in the moring.Can I set an additional rule, and how do I do that?

Hello-  I am looking to connect a contractor with a customer.  I would like to send to the contractor first where they tell the times that they are NOT available, then it goes to the customer to choose from the remaining available times. Is this possible?

Booking page design / layout

I would appreciate a new or adjustable design / layout for the initial booking page. When multiple event types are offered, the page looks confusing. I think a liste-like formation with smaller buttons would be more eye-catching and easier to handle than the actual ones.

client phone number prior to this update july 2024

hello,i’ve used calendly daily for the last 4+ years. i really like it, until now. i was able to roll with udates and changes, however, the fact that i can no longer click on phone numbers to directly call or text clients has my workflow totally upended. i often need to directly communicate with clients quickly and this communication is critical to what i do. is there a workaround for collecting phone numbers that are still linkable / clickable?  on another note, the new GUI format for viewing booked appointments seems totally upside down to me. the client entered info is the most important to me and you’ve pushed it to the bottom of the page , and made the font smaller. the meeting location and host info is absolutely the least important to me, as i’m the host , and those types of details stay pretty constant for me. the customer info is what most important for me to view easily. in other words, i really miss how appointment details appear to me from all other previous versions of cal

English:It's about colleagues from department 1 being able to see what appointments have been booked in department 2. And the other way round too. So that a consultant can always switch between the stores. The background is that we have two stores in one building. One is a goldsmith's, the other a specialist wedding ring store. It would be very nice for us if we could book appointments on both websites and save them in two different calendars in one Google Calendar account. So that all colleagues can immediately see what has been booked and where.Is that possible? I need help. Every time I schedule a meeting my calendly is using the same location link for every interview or recording i do. I have to ask the interviewee to leave and resend a new link. I get this for every interviewee. the code at the end cannot be the same. I dont know if its a calendly issue or streamyard issue.

Is it possible to make my primary link a single-use link?

Hello! I have a questions and I’m hoping that the Calendly Community may be able to offer some guidance. I have an event set up for interviews, and I use the primary link to send out to candidates so they can book time with me. I would like to have it set up so that, once a candidate uses that link, they can’t use it again. I know that users can generate a single-use link, but I have to do that individually for each candidate, and I’d prefer to keep this process as automated as possible!Is it possible to set up my event in such a way? I hope this makes sense!Thanks for any advice you can offer!

We use calendly to book our demos for our product and for the most part it works great however the emails that come out of it are very hard to understand. I am able to modify the calendar invitation emailBut we get another email that is prefixed with New Event: that we can’t seem to control the contents of.And we also can not get the post meeting email to sendAny good doc on this or tricks?

PayPal Integration Error

Hello,  I am unable to connect PayPal with my Calendly. Every time I try I get the message that my account needs to be verified. PayPal says it is verified and that it is a Calendly issue. Please help. I have been trying to do this for about 2 weeks already. I been in contact with PayPal and nothing can’t be done\.

Feature suggestion: Over-ride availability toggle when employee reschedules / schedules an event

Sometimes we are happy or need to meet with a customer outside our standard hours. I believe we can schedule a one-off event for these, but a quicker way to manage this would be an “override availabilty” button during the scheduling or rescheduling from an employee login. This ensures all of the correct information is gathered and presented, as these normal events have had a lot of time in to setting them up. Example in point, for an event type we have no availability this evening. However, we need to move a customer from next week and they can come in tonight. We can’t reschedule them to tonight without changing the availability of the host. We are happy to see them tonight, as we are rescheduling them. If there were a button for us to over-ride availability and book any time, that would be helpful. This would leave all other events untouched, and would only override for this one-off booking. It would also keep all of the details of the event correct. Example crappy photoshop. I can’t

Can I check someone in for a meeting that they booked in person? I see there is a feature for “no show” but I would like to know if the person actually showed up for their meeting and at what time. Would be great to be able to check them out as well as they leave. If they were not checked in I would like the booking to be marked as no show.

J’ai configurer 5 séances jour sur une plage horaire de 9h-13h / 14h-19H . si par exemple j’ai déjà 2 RDV le matin (10h et 11H) je souhaite bloquer 9h et 12H. Idem pour l’après midi si j’ai déjà 18h et 16h en RDV je voudrais bloquer 14h et 19h par exemple. C’est pour vraiment optimiser mes rdv et de ne pas avoir trop d’attente  Merci

Hello. In all my other event types I am able to customize a simple link for my clients and prospects to use but on the round robing one the option Event Link usually available in the section Options of the Reservation Page is not there. Is there a solution for that?

I have two events on my account where people have the ability to schedule time in my conference room or in one of my shared offices.   It seems when someone schedules time in the conference room, the system automatically blocks off the same day and time in the shared office.  How do I fix that?

Diffrent time zones

How do I make sure that emails reminders are showing my clients time zone and not mine ? Both reminders and calendar invites is in my times zone, even tho I have the setting, they calender should being viewed in their own time zones. This is a nightmare admin wise, I need to manually rebook them, because they are showing up on the wrong time.

schedule not reflecting availability

I have a set availability for my schedule with the exception of some date-specific times but for some reason, my events don’t follow these times once I preview them. I’ve even checked them on a different device and it still looks the way that it looks on the previews. I only have one schedule with my work hours so I don’t understand why it’s not working correctly. I don’t have my Google calendar linked either because that was causing a whole other time conflict. So I shouldn’t have anything conflicting or changing my availability.  latest times available for this day that show up when i’m editing it ^^^^ the latest times it shows during the preview (should be up until 6 pm as shown in my previous image) ^^ earliest times for this event on this day^^ earliest times during the actual scheduling (first image does not include any 7 am times)  scheduling all begins at 10 am but all of my days scheduled start at 7 am and end at 2:30 when my availability says otherwise and doesn’t follow the
