Chaque mois, je souscris à un forfait de base, et j’apprécie la facilité d’utilisation ainsi que les fonctionnalités proposées.Cependant, un point pose un réel problème technique et commercial : l’absence du franc suisse (CHF) comme devise sur votre plateforme. En tant que professionnelle basée en Suisse, je dois facturer mes clients dans leur devise locale, ce qui est essentiel d’un point de vue économique et réglementaire.Le fait de ne pas pouvoir proposer le paiement en CHF crée des frictions :Impact sur l'expérience utilisateur : Mes clients suisses doivent payer en EUR ou en USD, ce qui entraîne des frais de conversion et des variations de change qui ne sont pas à leur avantage. Perte potentielle de clients : Certains clients refusent de réserver en raison de cette contrainte, ce qui nuit directement à mon activité et réduit l’efficacité de Calendly

I use Calendly to schedule language testing appointments. Basically, I need to be 1:1 with the student for the first 15-30 minutes. Then, they are on their own for a written test. I want them to book an appointment for 1 hour and 15 minutes so they know how long it will take, but I want to move onto doing other 1:1s while they are doing the written test.  Right now, I have it set up in Free/busy rules to allow students to “book over” other appointments. But, sometimes I end up with three people arriving at 9:00 (until 10:15). I instead want only one 9:00 option bookable, with the next option being 9:30, not 10:45. This is what happened before I started the “book over” setting, so I was sitting there with dead time waiting for the next appointment. Is there another or better way to adjust the settings? I essentially want the booking page to look like:9:00-10:159:30-10:4510:00-11:1510:30-11:45 …. and so on I know as a workaround I can add an event that can’t be booked over after so there

Hello,Can anyone shine some light on the process for signing up using the nonprofit rate? I sent 2-3 emails last week to support@calendly with my info including my non profit document but I have not heard back despite my emails being read (I track them). On the ticket response it is listed as closed even though NO ONE at support ever reached back out to me. I was hoping to get my account back up again by the top of this month and the lack of response is throwing a wrench and is frankly a bit disappointing as a former premium user. I would like to be again so I am not sure what the issue is in getting the non profit rate. Maybe I am missing a step to claim the discounted rate?

Even though I have made myself available on Wednesdays for appointments, Calendly does not allow me to schedule appointments that day.  What do I do?

Hello! I’d like to edit/delete the copy on my booking page that says Pick a time and date and below Web conferencing details… etc. I’d like it all to be in my native language. Can those snippets of text be edited or perhaps removed?  Thanks for a great product. Best Kristian 

Is it possible to place a hold on credit card funds via the Stripe integration until we are ready to invoice and collect payment, or is the only option for payment to be made at the time of booking?

HI, we’re a Robo-advisory and wealth Managment app and have integrated with Calendly, as a feature, we want our users to be able to easily schedule an expert consultation within the app, so they can quickly get targeted financial advice. our UX design allows the users to pick which financial advisor they would like to book consultation with and then proceed with picking the available date and time slots available for that advisor, my question is how would we implement this with Calendly? what is the specific event type and configurations?  and what is the development considerations we should keep in mind  Thanks,  Abeer

Hi,I would like to have my Calendly managed in a way so my clients can book with mein even weeks at 09:00-10:30 and 11:00-12:30 and 13:30-15:00 in uneven weeks at 0930:-11:00 and 12:30-14:00 and 15:00-16:30.How can I organize this?Thanks for your help. Marco    

I’m finding dealing with Calendly to be extremely confounding and very frustrating. I’ve been using the service for a year and suddenly told by people that they get an error message, “No Openings at the moment.” I have no idea what the *&^%^% that means.Also all my mediation session options are “off” and require turning “on” each time I go on the www.calendly,com/soundmindsmeditation link!!!It’s causing me a lot of stress and distress as we enter the height of tourism. Why is this happening all of the sudden?! Additionally it’s very frustrating that Calendly has no customer service that is clearly comprehensible and easy to follow. It’s all very cumbersome. I need someone to contact me and tell me what’s going on!!!I send a email request days ago for help. Nobody has responded!!! It’s been many days! 

There are days when I want to allow one type of event to be scheduled but not another. Example: I want to allow a 30 minute checkin call but not a 60 minute business review. Is there a way to block only the business review events on specific dates?

Hi all,Our venues are bookable per 2 hours. Is there a way to adjust this to make it more user friendly? As in, bookers don’t have to book several timeslots separate but can just select “want to book this room for X amount of hours”? Thanks in advance!

I love Calendly and have used it for many years, first in the free version as my business got started and now as a paid user. The #1 feature I see missing is Minimize Gaps, the ability to show only the available slots that are directly before or after other bookings so that you don’t login in the morning and see four bookings with an empty slot between each as I currently have booked for tomorrow, and not quite enough time to ever make it out for lunch! Of course, one can manage this manually (create a ‘filler’ event on the linked calendar,  and then delete it or move it around as events get booked. But of course one could schedule with clients manually as well if one had the bandwidth! This feature is so crucial in order to be able to offer broad booking availability, adjust as things get full, and not have to worry that you’ll end up with a day that you’d never schedule for yourself that it prevents me from being able to recommend Calendly more broadly (my hair stylist, for instance,

Hi, I am a trainer and will have training of multiple Day's but 1 day per month. SO if I have a training that will be in total 5 day's it will take 5 months  How can I set this good in Calendly. I do use Standard PLan

Our nonprofit all share a calendar (I also have 3 other calendars) and I have linked all of them to calendly.  That went pretty smoothly and I was so excited to start using it BUT then I realized that all of the events in the shared calendar show up on my calendly as not available.  Is there a way to change that so that I can either add time slots to calendly or I can choose what events don’t apply to me?

I need to fix a problem with my account and I am trying to get support to do this. the chat bot keeps saying that I cannot access 24/7 support because I don’t have a paying account, but I do. I pay it every month without fail, yet, now that I need support, I can’t get to the support I need because the chatbot doesn’t recognize my account as a paying account. This is troubling as there is no number to call to speak to an actual person, to help you get to the 24/7 support. 

Can Calendly help in managing or any aspect of an E-Commerce store?

Some of the dates and times entered for availability are not transferring correctly when I share the link in emails.  Initially set up was for 9:00-5:00, M-F schedule. Switched to a date/time specific schedule.  Updates show in Availability but not when I share my booking link. I created a new schedule hoping this would fix the problem. Now Calendly is requesting that I select the event type whenever I click on the Availability screen.  I only have one event. How do I fix this?

I set this workflow up and I am not getting the notices. I did change it to be when meeting is booked vs ended. Has anyone else had similar issues? At first I said immediate notice then I changed to after 5 minutes.

I love using Calendly, and I appreciate how it streamlines scheduling. However, I’d like to suggest an improvement to the availability logic. Currently, Calendly allows for buffer times before or after meetings, but this doesn’t fully solve my use case. Here’s the issue:• I often have back-to-back meetings (e.g., two 1.5-hour meetings) with a short break in between (e.g., 30 minutes).• Calendly treats this break as available time for booking, which can result in an unintended “marathon” of meetings without a real break.• If I enable buffers, they apply uniformly to all meetings, which isn’t ideal because I do want some meetings to be scheduled back-to-back—just not indefinitely. Feature Request:Introduce a rule that prevents additional bookings if they would create a continuous block of meetings exceeding a set duration (e.g., 1.5 hours). How do I create a meeting type that only offers times that are available on my calendar, as well as on my team member's calendar?  She already connected her calendar to Calendly, but now I need to reference it for one particular meeting type.  These meetings are offered to our clients so that my team member and I can both meet with a client at the same time.  

Hello,I am interested to know how to setup my new account, and to which plan should i upgrade.We have counseling clinic and we have consultants who work with us, the consultants will have their calendar linked to us, so we can have their availability, and they can get their schedule ones someone booked. Do we need an account with few seats or 1 seat only?  Also, Do we need to provide an access for each consultant or we just need to link their calendar to our account in order for us to confirm counseling with them? Can we have different prices for each consultant or we need different even for each?
