I can't find the option anywhere. I have created different events and workflows…So it should work. But how do I test it? I can't find the option of a “fake appointment” anywhere.

 I have two event types. Can have a different availability schedule for each one>

Hello,I’m a newbee…On my linked calendar (Google) I only want Calendly to consider my “appointment schedule” as busy.  Events and tasks should not be considered busy blocked out time.  How do I accomplish this? Thank you.-Elizabeth

Hi, First of all, I’m sorry for my English :  I’m French :DI have a space calendly owner trouble.I’m working for 2 clients and I have a free version of calendly :My first was Emmanuelle, she has a pro calendly, she could share it, but I took mine. It was easier for the beginning.2 days Ago, my second client, Céline, add me on her pro.Till then, she has everything from me, also my Emmanuelle’s schedules.On the settings, it appears that I’m the only owner of my Emmanuelle’s schedules. I have no possibilities to lock Céline from it.I also have pro options, also for Emmanuelle. And Céline thinks that’s it’s not fair to pay for my other client.So, Emmanuelle told me that she could add me on her pro. But I worry about having everything open for her to (Even Céline’s one). What do you think about that ? Does anyone had some stuffs like this ?Thanks for all <3   

I presently use Momence for my bookings which is a crm but wanted to get away from it but it does allow me to add the bookings if someone shows up to my class late or I forget to add them ahead of time, I can add them later.  Makes a big difference for me.  Also would like to change the time of an individual group event if it needs to be changed for that specific day.  I love calendly with everything else but if that could be added, then it would be the cats meow. If not, I have to move on.  Thanks for listening

I am a therapist with a busy schedule. Most of my clients book their own sessions via my website.  I have been using Calendly for years now, and I’m happy with it.  But you could make he happier. 😏I am often fully booked for 3 or more weeks in advance. But only at the beginning/middle of a calendar month. As we approach the end of any calendar month, there are typically a large-ish number of session slots available in the next month. In other words (and I know this sounds crazy but) a non-trivial percentage of my clients simply don’t click the “View next month” button. I’d like to make it easier for them to book sessions into the “next month”. Off the top of my head, here are some ideas:Give us a configurable option to either display the current month OR the first month for which there is actually availability. I would like to inquire about the possibility of integrating other currency options into Calendly. From my perspective, the current limitation is quite restrictive. While I appreciate and enjoy using Calendly, the inability to transact in my own currency poses a challenge in tracking payments and confirming appointments.This limitation requires additional manual effort, whereas other platforms seamlessly handle currency transactions in my currency. I am curious why Calendly does not offer this feature?From the client's perspective, it adds another layer by redirecting them to an external site for payments and adds confusion.It would greatly enhance the user experience if currency integration (other than $, € and £!) could be included within Calendly. Strange problem: I have five Calendly workflows (all are automated emails).Some have zero formatting (some have a couple words in bold) but all workflow emails sent through Calendly (via Gmail integration) are delivered completely formatted, from top to bottom, in both bold and italic... and it looks absolutely goofy. So, how do I turn off this excessive formatting? (I would use the chatbot to open a ticket for this... but I cannot get any Calendly chatbot to load in any browser I’ve tested. Likewise, the “cookie settings” button does nothing, nor does the “leave feedback” button; I have attempted going through those “what chatbot?” steps already)

I need Round Robin events that allow for multiple invitees. Calendly cannot currently provide this, so this is my formal request that this feature be added to the system. My company uses Calendly primarily to schedule training for our clients. Up until now we’ve been teaching group classes (5 invitees) but we’ve only had one instructor, so the Group event type has worked great. But now we’ve hired a second instructor. Our preference is that the classes be divided equally between the two instructors, but the Round Robin event type does not allow for that, so I’m going to have to either do a lot of work manually to make that happen, or design some complex routing forms to try to mimic the functionality. If this feature is coming out soon, great. If it’s not on the development road map, please add my request to the list of new features requested.

Currently, the timezone dropdown does not include Puerto Rico. While Bolivia shares the same timezone, displaying it as the only option creates confusion—our prospects may mistakenly assume we are a foreign entity rather than a local business.Adding Puerto Rico to the dropdown would be a simple but impactful change, improving clarity and trust for our customers.

Hello We actually see an increase in “i dont got an mail or invitation” Situations ending up in finding the Invitation in our Meeting Partners Spam Folders. We are sending invitations, not e-Mail confirmation.We dont have the problem sending manually Invitations or E-Mails, we are not flagged in any way… Some guys having the same issue? how to solve?

Hi,I have a meeting type that gets booked regularly, but I also need to have appointments not originally made through Calendly shown on Calendly's calendar/meetings page.  Is there a way to add appointments that happened yesterday or earlier to the same meeting calendar?  I've seen the "go into the booking page manually" answers, but none of those say if you can do that for past days or if it's only for the present day and future days.If I can't add old appointments to that calendar, is there a way to import my Google Calendar so those appointments show up on Calendly? (When I make manual appointments through my google calendar, I use the same meeting links and invitee info in the same format or just duplicate that event and change the date and time, but it doesn't pop up on calendly even though those manual times are blocked out as taken from my booking page)

I am experiencing an issue while trying to connect my Google meet agenda. Each time i attempt to connect, i receive the following error message: “there is a problem accesing your %{calendar_name}. Please try again. Does someone know how to fix this?  Best regards 

We have team events scheduled using round robin scheduling that are seemingly being rescheduled to other team members without notice. Is there a way to see how/why an event was rescheduled so we know if it was rescheduled by the invitee or by an admin?

Hi,Unsure how to request this but was told by support that it was requested in the past.I have multiple event types that I need specifically posted to individual calendars, for example, a “Phone Screen” needs to be posted to a specific internal calendar so it does not get in the way of my current Zoom candidate screens since Calendly does not allow double booking. I need events to post to specific calendars so that multiple people can see them and prepare for calls when branches handle the screening of a candidate rather than myself. Currently, I just have everything post to my main screening calendar and copy over events manually which is really a PITA and with the addition of more branches without this feature my availability will tank.  Any progress on this type of feature of specific events posting to specific calendars to allow overlap?

I’ve seen many recent posts about Calendy users wanting a waitlist feature, and I wanted to see if there’s any updates on whether or not this will be coming to the platform soon. I have been using Calendy for the past several months to meet with my clients for premed advising, and recently there has been an increased demand to to essay-review for medical schools. I would love if Calendy had a waitlist feature so that I (and my clients) could track their status on a waitlist for 1-1 essay revisions, since that takes time.  Since Calendy doesn’t have this resource I’m currently looking at other websites to fill this need instead, as other Calendy users have stated.

Hi! I just spent quite a lot of time trying to find the calendar view in the availability tab, which I had just been using two days ago. I see from the updates that the UI changed yesterday. I would really like the calendar view back, if possible!

Hello! I know this has been reported as a feature request before, but I did want to echo the request to add a blocking feature for specific emails. Our team manages training sessions and a lot of times we have users who will no show or cancel last minute sessions numerous time when other users are having to schedule weeks out. Since Calendly does not offer a waitlist option or a blocking option our calendars quickly get booked months in advanced to then be empty day of.  Thanks much!
