Hi, I want to purchase the TEAMS plan.I have the agencys google calendar where I want the meetings to be scheduled, but in that calendar 2 sales representatives have access.I want to use the round robin option so both can have their meetings, my question is, I should only pay the agencys account in the teams plan and only select 1 seat and then invite the team members or do I have to add more seats for each sales representative?

Issue: All events are being created with person B as Organizer even if person A creates the calendly meeting link. Impact: Person A then cannot shift the meeting Tried: If I remove person B, then A is Organizer. When I add B, then they are Organizer again. I want A to stay as Organizer. Details: Collective event typ, using Google meets, B is super admin(me). Both are in the same team

Hi Calendly! There are 3 of us on our CSM team. We have created a team round robin page for clients to book their implementation call. Round Robin seems to be the only way to distribute. We are not looking to distribute but show clients a “combined” availability. So, the client is shown a “team availability” if you will. Based on the time they pick, would dictate who the appt gets set with. I don’t think this is possible, please advise. I have watched videos, read articles, and I am fairly certain this set up is not possible. TIA!

I am embedding my scheduling form on my web site. My web site has a black background.  I am using the Calendly embed code but a white background keeps on appearing behind my entire form. And since my website is black, the white form looks terrible.  There is a SO question that addresses this same issue. Hi,My firm offers 1 hour meeting slots.  My working hours are 9am to 5pm and I need a 1 hour buffer in between all meetings.  I would like to limit my meeting slots offered to be only 10am (first meeting), 12pm, 2pm, 4pm (last meeting) OR 10am, 1pm, 3pm (for those others in our office who leave earlier). How can I set this up in calendly?  I only want people to see these meeting times, nothing else?  Also, knowing that calendly stacks buffer times, I would set the buffer time to 30 min so that the buffer before and after the appointment end up being 1 hour.  Is this do able in calendly? ThanksJennifer

Hi,I have two health studios at different locations. Both have 1 availability at a certain time. For this, I created two event types per location since within the same event with different locations if one gets selected, the other cannot be selected either. I came to know later that calendly doesn’t allow for different events (1-1 event types) to overlap. Here is what I want:- A person comes to the website. Selects 21st August at 9 a.m. from one event (location) and books the same.  Another user comes, selects another event selects 21st August and still sees the option to select 9 a.m. Currently Calendly hides it and treats is as overlap. Please advise as to what is the best and fastest way forward for this. Incase it’s to change the event into a group event, is there any way that I can simply change the event type that already exists?

How can I add certain email IDs that are always included when someone books a slot using the calendly link?I want certain people to always be in the meeting sort of keeping them in CC for all bookings?

I need to add 2 users, 3 calenders to one event and allow it to show availability of the 2 users? It’s for a mortgage broking business, having the calendar on the website but want it to show availability of appointments with two users if that makes sense? So if a client books online they would be able to select between advisers or if oone adviser was unavilable they could select the other.

NEED more ability to move events to other Teams or Members. I read the guides. But somehow missed where we could not MOVE events between teams or team members. This is a MUST. Also, NEED the ability to over-ride availability for a specific event, such as a checkmark that says “ignore availability and always show as available for this event.”

Hello, how can I offer my executives times with my Calendly account? I have 3 executives calendars I manage and want to be able to share a link for people to pick a time that is available for them. The issue is, the times it offers only comes from my calendar (the executive assistant). Is there a way to choose a different calendar? 

I’m encountering a challenge with setting up custom availability in Calendly when integrating multiple calendar accounts. While I can connect my various calendars, I’m having trouble configuring distinct availability rules for each calendar. For instance, I’d like to set specific working hours and appointment slots for my work calendar and different availability for my calendar.Has anyone successfully managed to create custom availability settings for different calendar accounts in Calendly? Any tips on how to properly set this up or workarounds you’ve found useful would be greatly appreciated. Also, are there any best practices for managing overlapping or conflicting availability between multiple calendars?Thanks in advance!

I reviewed all the options for single use link, and it’s pretty manual. I am sending out an email to 100+ clients to book a consultation event, and need the single use link to be Auto Generated instead of manually having to: (1) generate a link, (2) copy & paste 100+ links.I am also using a routing form to enable clients to choose whom they want to meet with, and based on their answer, they would be directed to the right booking page. ​​Can we limit the booking to a single use (single book) once the routing to the event takes place? If we leave the booking open, customers will spam our calendar with multiple bookings using different booking information, and we really need to limit this. At the moment, we manually share a single-use link with each client, but it is time-consuming.

The availability that I have put in my calendar is not showing up on the customer page.Example I have marked my availability for Wednesday but on the sign-up page, Wednesday is greyed out. 

Appointments visible to all group members 

I have check a few similar post and none seem to really link with my request so posting this question. I would like to setup an Event type (30 min meeting) on a registration page. The catch however is that I need the Event to basically check 3 persons calendars (3 google calendars) when displaying availability (they are in two different time zones). Is this possible and if so how? When a meeting is booked can it go to the specific user calendar based on the time selected?

Every time a meeting is booked, I get an email with the scheduled meeting but no google meet link. it says : ''We couldn't add the Google Meet meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event. Contact your invitees or update the calendar event to add video conferencing details.’’ Any ideas?

Hi everyone, we are on a Zoom and Calendly organization. My own email was listed differently in Zoom than what Calendly was expecting and now it says I’m “not part of your Zoom organization” but yes I am now. So the question is...how can I get Calendly to refresh the Zoom integration so that error message goes away? Thank you, Neil

When I export a list of cancelled calls, how do I export the person who cancelled and the reason? The report only shows "host" or "invitee". It does show the reason if the invitee cancels, but it does not show it if the host cancels it.  We have multiple people that fall under “host” that can cancel and we need to see who is doing it most frequently and what the reasons are in an exported list.

Hello Calendly Team, It would be very helpful to have an ability to duplicate One-Off Meetings.  For example, I have 5 people I need to meet with (separately) over the next 3 days, and the priority of these meetings takes precedence over most meetings on my calendar, so I make a One-Off that overlaps on lower priority meetings that already exist on my calendar. Right now, I have to manually recreate each One-Off. I’d love if I could duplicate the One-Off with a unique link for each of the 5 people. Thank you,Jose
