Hi everyone,Does anyone know how to modify the email sent to my customers after they confirm an appointment with me?I've changed the title and description of the event on Google Calendar for my customers, but I can't change the generic email with information I don't want them to receive.Thanks for your answer.

Date overrides that I set for February, March, April, and May all just disappeared resulting in people scheduling events at times that I had previously blocked off.  I have no idea how this happens, but it has broken my trust in the application.  I shouldn’t have to check once a week to make sure my unavailable dates are still unavailable. Coming back from a trip this week and wanting to set my appointments later in the morning to readjust to the time-zone, Calendly opened up an early appointment for tomorrow that was clearly blocked off before this week. The appointment was just scheduled earlier this week making it obvious that it wasn’t open before (it would have been booked already). I don’t know what to do about this.

Is there any plan to create an event type that acts as both a round robin in terms of availability and a group to allow multiple attendees? Are there any known work arounds?   I work in a training department where a team of trainers host group trainings that multiple clients can attend. These trainings are (for the most part) recurring. For example, Group Training #1 is offered on Mondays and Tuesday at 10am and 2pm.Because we can only assign one trainer as the host of an event, the event can only be offered for that one trainer’s availability - 10 & 2. Additionally,  if the trainer wants to change their availability or switch topics with another trainer, we must create a new event which creates a new event link. We don’t want to create multiple instances of these group events because we currently use our Calendly landing page (for now). We hope to embed our event links in our own landing page soon, but are concerned with the maintenance of updating links each time trainers would l

Can I use my free google account for the calender and my payed google bussiness account for Google Meet videoconferencing? I can't find it, it looks like its linked...

Hey, I’m getting the “CALENDAR” troubleshooting code on this link:  But that user’s calendar has no overlapping events:  The settings are set for no buffer:  And the user set those events to “free” anyway. But the time is still blocked. Also note - the same times & same settings apply for the availability Wednesday 7/3, but those availabilities are pulling through without a problem. For some reason 7/5 is blocked but I’m not finding the reason.  What else am I missing? What might be preventing that time from showing up?Thanks for your help!

Hi all, As a tattoo artist, I want to send my clients a link via Whatsapp with 2-3 pre-chosen appointment options so that they can only choose between options I suggested and not all free slots in my calendar. I am aware there is a way to do this in an email but cannot find a solution for Whatsapp / Messenger. Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi I have had 2 clients tell me today that they have booked in an appointment for 4 or 5pm, I am receiving this information as a booking. That part is all good. But when they get the email confirmation, they are getting notified that the meeting is booked for 14 hrs earlier.For example the client booked in for a 3pm call on Friday, their notification says the call is 5am Friday. The have booked calls with me before and never had this problem.The only thing I can think of is that I may have sent a one time link, instead of the normal ongoing link, could this be a problem?Can you direct me as to how i can check and correct any errors in the ‘one time’ use link?ThanksKatie

Can I remove the requirement to enter an email for a contact? Several of our clients do not have email and only have phone meetings. But I can’t put them in as a contact since they don’t have an email. Help.

Is there or could there be a way to send a mass text message out to people who are signed up for an event. I use calendy to book in person networking events and it would be helpful to be able to go into the app and send a mass message out to people with updates. For example my last event was a hike and I found it would have been really helpful to send out updates about parking and where they can find me and how to identify me at that moment. Would this be a possible feature to create? and have the ability for people to respond, even if there response only goes to email or something?

My team (2 people) need an agenda that allows the client to choose whether they want to meet via google meet or in person but calendly doesn't allow me to create a group event with more than one location. Can you help me? 

On one day I have appts set from 9:30-10:30a and from 12:00-12:30p. The first (1 hr) event was created directly on my calendar and the second (30 min) event through Calendly. Both my 60 and 30 min meeting events have before & after buffers of 30 mins.My Calendly SHOULD show the 11:00-11:30a slot as free BUT the troubleshooting tool shows the 11:00 slot is unavailable due to an after buffer. That makes NO sense. I’ve only ever set 30 min buffers, so there should be no legacy buffers messing this up.To add to the crazy, the 10:30 slot is correctly unavailable but due to a before buffer - it should be unavailable due to an after buffer. AND the 11:30 slot is correctly unavailable but due to an after buffer - it should be unavailable due to a before buffer. We use Stripe to accept payments on our Calendly appointments - but we have to use separate Events for those used by USA customers and our European customers.  We list the price in USD for the American Event and EUR for the other. I use Zapier to transfer the registration date to google sheet. All data transferred is correct except for the time. It is 7 hours ahead each scheduled event. I have calendly checking two calendars for conflicts. I primarily need calendly to check my personal calendar for conflicts, but I do not want my personal email address or my personal user name to appear anywhere on the calendar invites that customers set up. I only want my business name to appear on the invitations to customers. 

I’m using the free Calendly for a while and I’ve changed the language to Portuguese but when I send/share the link to my client all the text continues in English. Is there a problem or calendly works in this way?Thank you.

It’s closed for discussion now, but it needs to be discussed again. I don’t think the Calendy staff understand the significance of CalDAV and why you would want to integrate Calendly with CalDAV type calendars.Let’s start here: CalDAV is a protocol standard, it’s not a type of server. Here’s where you can read about CalDAV. There are a ton of email solutions out there - Gmail included - that support CalDAV. So, for Calendly NOT to integrate with CalDAV, you’re eliminating a ton of potential customers. Including me. My business stopped using Microsoft Exchange in 2021. I was a paying customer of Calendly, especially through COVID when I used it extensively. When we transitioned off of Exchange, I guess I didn’t realize that calendly did not integrate with CalDAV. We host lectures all around the country and we’re missing a small feature in the round-robin event.Let’s say I have 5 hosts on a round-robin event. 3 of them are available at the specific time, our Meeting Booker, wants to arrange a lecture at the venue we’re talking to.I would like the Host to be able to see which of the 5 hosts are available at that time and eitherA) select the host who will do the lecture, between the three available onesor B) at least be able to see who’s available at the given time, before booking. Reason is, the venue we do lectures at, often have a very good relationship (or occasionally a bad one) with our Hosts and being able to decide “Okay, we send out your favorite guy” or “Ah, only Brian, who you hate, is available that day - how about we go with tomorrow, Susan’s available there.”

I am the client from China and would like to use Calendly. But I have an issue with sync to my outlook calendar. Example: client asks me by email if we can meet later today. I want to be able to create the meeting so that the client doesn’t need to do anything. But I have buffers which will prevent a meeting being booked same day. So currently I have to go and edit the event type to remove the buffers, then book the meeting, then go and re-add the buffers.I’d love it if I could choose to override the buffers when I create a meeting on behalf of clients.Calendly simplifies the whole process of booking a meeting so I really want to be able to use it for all meetings, not just ones that clients book far in advance.Perhaps what I’m asking for is possible but I haven’t figured out how to do it yet?

I want to set up a collective event type where I have one host that always attends and then it rotates through two other hosts each time. Basically I want to be on each panel and for Calendly to choose two other hosts for the event from the round robin pool (and not just one). Is it possible to edit the number of hosts chosen from the pool?

I am the account manager for our Calendly account - I have 6 colleagues who sometimes I need to reschedule Calendly bookings with and we also have a “round robin” set up.When a client originally books a Calendly appointment, this goes into my colleagues’ diary but if I log in to reschedule (at their or the clients’ request) the updated appointment is not reflected in my colleagues diaries. I wondered if this was anything to do with Calendar Sync settings in the Connected Calendars sections so I checked and it is only my calendar which is connected - is this is the issue?  If so, does that mean they need to log in and sync their calendars because I don’t know their passwords?Any help or advice would be appreciated.
