How can I print scheduled events? I have asked previously and been shut down with the response that this is not a Calendly question, that it depends on device, printer settings, whatever. Again, I ask, how can I print Calendly Scheduled Events? Please try it and tell me ANY device, browser, printer settings that will work. I have not been successful with anything.Google how to make a webpage printer-friendly.
There doesn’t seem to be a way to reset the filter on the Contacts tab. When I filter the contacts list, I see the filtered results. Fine so far. Now I want to filter on a different name. I delete the old text, but the list does not refresh. When I enter the new name, the results do not appear. The workaround is to click on a different tab, then come back to Contacts to get a fresh list.
We have an existing round robin (2 possible hosts) set up for a specific event type. We have one intern in the office which we want to include on all meetings with the 2 hosts. Are we able to automatically add the intern as a co-host when the meeting is scheduled?
Can I extend the booking up to 7 days/1 week? For example, if my client selected June 13, I will not be available until June 20. Then, my Calendly availability will open again by June 21. Is this possible?
Is there a way to import a client list? I am switching to Calendly from another scheduling app & I would like to import my client contact info. Do I have to enter the info one client at a time?
I’m currently looking at the email notifications we send to our customers when they book an appointment with us via Calendly. We want to take these to the next level by adding things like call-to-action buttons and bespoke headers and footers with our branding however I can’t seem to find out if this is even possible, let alone how to do it. has anyone achieved this before and if so do you have any advice on where to get started?
Hello, I noticed that the organizer name in the Google meet invite is now a kind of code, instead of the name set in Calendly. It was not the case previously.Do you know why?
If you are looking to capture some of the same information on the routing form as the booking form, limiting the overhead for prospective clients is important. For example, we would like the email address field on both the routing form and the booking form. That way, if a user fills out the routing form, but fails to book, we still have a communication method for following up with them. That said, for someone that does book, it is annoying to have to put in their email to the booking form again when they just supplied it in the routing form step before.Does anyone else have this need? Have others been able to accomplish this need with third-party tools in the meantime?I sought to comment on the following post with a similar use case (stating that it is not currently supported functionality), but the discussion is unfortunately closed.
Is it possible to have two different Calendly accounts runnning simultaneously that book appointments on the same Google calendar?
Is it possible to have a joint calendly, which would be shared between organizations. The scenario is as follows: Company A has sales team members and Company B has engineers. The goals is to have a joint calendar between Company A and B. Is it possible?
I’d like to include attachments in email reminders and follow-ups.
Can I give reason why a appointment was cancelled in the automated mail?We are large event venue, and we often can viewing request from events that are to small, which we unfortunately can not accommodate. So we have to cancel these appointments. But to not be rude we want to give them reason. Can we automate this in a variable that host fills in?
Hello, I made a poll and sent this out to two collogues to test, I now want todelete these two as voters delete their responses send out the poll per usualWhat are my steps to complete 1. and 2.?If I need to make a new poll, what are the steps to duplicate the date selected to a fresh poll?Related, at what point will polling “close”?
I have integrated Calendly with our Salesforce, currently we are testing to make sure it fits our needs. However, new meetings are not creating any leads or contacts on Salesforce. Can you please let us know if we are missing anything?
I had booked a phone call with MiracleBox today @ 3pm ct. I never got call. I tried to schedule a new call and completed form & entered payment information. It said my phone number was invalid so it wouldn’t let me proceed to pay. Do all phone numbers have to be registered to Belgium company? Does that appy to me? How do I fix this? I have received confirmation on the new call coming up, but it won’t let me pay. Please help as I have been trying to get customer support from Miracle Box for 2 years now.Wendyh825
I have a paid Calendly account, collecting payments for various events with Stripe. I need a way of ensuring that one or more Group events’ slots are always scheduled even if no one has purchased a seat.E.g., is there anyway to lock a group event’s slots even if no one signs up? I want the event to run, with a Zoom session scheduled -- even with zero bookings.Someone asked a similar question here []But the answers were insufficient. The requirement seems simple enough. I’ll describe the situation in greater detail with an example approximating my situation. I have multiple paid Group event types with 20-50 attendees max per slot, 1-4 slots per week - all held over Zoom. I need to ensure these slots (maybe 20 per week total across all Group types).I also have multiple paid 1-on-1 types of lower priority that are from 8am to 10pm daily. Those function fine, but I don’t want one of these clients being able to book when a Group event should be on.I don’t care if a Group event has zero book

I would like to know, if there is a way where I can limit the number of reservations an invitee can book per calendar month ?Thanks
I need to make an event that requires exactly two people to sign up per time slot. When one person books, they get an email confirming that they signed up but stating that they will get a final confirmation or cancelation of the event no later than 48h in advance. If 2 people sign up, they both get a final confirmation that the event is booked. If only one person is signed up 48h before the event, that person will get a cancelation email giving them the option to pick another time. How can I do this?
I’d like for my clients to book me for between 1 and 14 days. I don’t know if it’s possible to customize things to facilitate this. Or if there are any hacks or work arounds if not.
Hi -When somebody signs up for one of my events in Calendly, how can their first name, last name and email enter automatically be added into the Systeme.io contacts? Thanks.

I have an event set up for one on one bookings at 30 mins intervals. i did this because at the time of setting up I had one person to complete the booking however now I have 2 so I would like to open the calendar so I have availability however because its a live event I want it to sync with the bookings already received. How would I got about this?
Hey Team, Ive set up work flows with booking & reminder text (and email) messages. I then added a *required phone number Box (question) below the name and email box’s.I thought this was the correct procedure for each client to automatically receive a booking text. But… when I scrolled down the page I noticed another phone entry box called ‘Text message phone number’ (not a requirement) that I can't remove due to the workflows.Obviously, I can't use both of these, so what's the correct procedure for a client to receive a guaranteed booking text? Many Thanks
Outlook has this amazing feature where you can start meetings 5 mins late. So meetings are like 1:35 - 2pm instead of 1:30-2pm. I wish Calendly had this feature!See screenshot
