Can I give reason why a appointment was cancelled in the automated mail?We are large event venue, and we often can viewing request from events that are to small, which we unfortunately can not accommodate. So we have to cancel these appointments. But to not be rude we want to give them reason. Can we automate this in a variable that host fills in?

I have integrated Calendly with our Salesforce, currently we are testing to make sure it fits our needs. However, new meetings are not creating any leads or contacts on Salesforce. Can you please let us know if we are missing anything?
I had booked a phone call with MiracleBox today @ 3pm ct. I never got call. I tried to schedule a new call and completed form & entered payment information. It said my phone number was invalid so it wouldn’t let me proceed to pay. Do all phone numbers have to be registered to Belgium company? Does that appy to me? How do I fix this? I have received confirmation on the new call coming up, but it won’t let me pay. Please help as I have been trying to get customer support from Miracle Box for 2 years now.Wendyh825
I have a paid Calendly account, collecting payments for various events with Stripe. I need a way of ensuring that one or more Group events’ slots are always scheduled even if no one has purchased a seat.E.g., is there anyway to lock a group event’s slots even if no one signs up? I want the event to run, with a Zoom session scheduled -- even with zero bookings.Someone asked a similar question here []But the answers were insufficient. The requirement seems simple enough. I’ll describe the situation in greater detail with an example approximating my situation. I have multiple paid Group event types with 20-50 attendees max per slot, 1-4 slots per week - all held over Zoom. I need to ensure these slots (maybe 20 per week total across all Group types).I also have multiple paid 1-on-1 types of lower priority that are from 8am to 10pm daily. Those function fine, but I don’t want one of these clients being able to book when a Group event should be on.I don’t care if a Group event has zero book

I would like to know, if there is a way where I can limit the number of reservations an invitee can book per calendar month ?Thanks
I need to make an event that requires exactly two people to sign up per time slot. When one person books, they get an email confirming that they signed up but stating that they will get a final confirmation or cancelation of the event no later than 48h in advance. If 2 people sign up, they both get a final confirmation that the event is booked. If only one person is signed up 48h before the event, that person will get a cancelation email giving them the option to pick another time. How can I do this?
I’d like for my clients to book me for between 1 and 14 days. I don’t know if it’s possible to customize things to facilitate this. Or if there are any hacks or work arounds if not.
Hi -When somebody signs up for one of my events in Calendly, how can their first name, last name and email enter automatically be added into the Systeme.io contacts? Thanks.

I have an event set up for one on one bookings at 30 mins intervals. i did this because at the time of setting up I had one person to complete the booking however now I have 2 so I would like to open the calendar so I have availability however because its a live event I want it to sync with the bookings already received. How would I got about this?
Hey Team, Ive set up work flows with booking & reminder text (and email) messages. I then added a *required phone number Box (question) below the name and email box’s.I thought this was the correct procedure for each client to automatically receive a booking text. But… when I scrolled down the page I noticed another phone entry box called ‘Text message phone number’ (not a requirement) that I can't remove due to the workflows.Obviously, I can't use both of these, so what's the correct procedure for a client to receive a guaranteed booking text? Many Thanks
Outlook has this amazing feature where you can start meetings 5 mins late. So meetings are like 1:35 - 2pm instead of 1:30-2pm. I wish Calendly had this feature!See screenshot
Question/IssuesI am attempting to schedule interviews with different people with multiple people (not always the same) directly from my schedule poll, but once I book the first meeting, it closes the entire poll, and I can no longer book directly from the poll results. I need to schedule 8 separate interviews with all/most of our team that completed the poll. So I have a schedule poll completed with 6 of our team members. I want to book meetings with different people of the one (active) schedule poll. Anyone know how can I do that without having the pool closed at the first booking? Also, is there NO way to actually contact support with a paid subscription? I tried the horrible “CAL” and waited 30 minutes for a response from “Product support expert” which never came. As a new customer, am I missing something or is wasting time with a truly horrible BOT the only paid support option?
Hi, I would like to use Calendly to offer city tours. I offer three different tours.Tour 1: 10:00 - 13:00Tour 2: 9:00 - 13:00Tour 3: 17:00 - 21:00However, the tours are not always on the same days, my offering is changing according to several factors (other projects, weather etc.).For example, I would like to offer Tour 1 in the calendar next Friday, Tour 2 on Saturday and Tour 3 on Monday, but then only Tour 1 on Wednesday the following week.I have found the option of creating individual dates, but these don’t appear in the calendar, they just can be used as an invite link. However, I want customers to be able to see when which tours are taking place in the widget that I embed on my site.Is that possible? Thanks a lot for any hints on this topic.
Hi all. My question is in regards to the booking confirmation display shown for Collective event types. In this specific example, I am wanting to schedule a follow-up booking page with myself and 2 other users. The settings are currently set so availability reflects independent user settings and select ‘hosts will always attend’ option. The description also notes the 3 individuals the client can expect to be in attendance.Upon choosing a date and inputting booking information, 3 issues we’re experiencing:Confirmation display is only showing the meeting with one host (myself) and not 3 hosts in attendance, like we want. The topic and email subject is “X meeting name with [my name] + 2 others on X date” This is lesser of an issue as the email subject might be too long! Confirmation display page and email shows the attendees of the event as being one host (myself) and not multiple hosts on meeting. The calendar integration settings, like for google Calendar, do not include all hosts as “
Calendly is not reading busy events on my Outlook and Google calendars.I have followed the instructions in the article, “What to do when you're available but should be busy.” Thus, I have confirmed that my calendars are within my Calendar Sync page. I also have confirmed that the events in my calendars are assigned with a busy status. But, Calendly still is not reading the busy events in my calendars. I clicked on the link to “reach out to our support team”, but that page does not allow me to enter any information. What can be done to fix this problem? Thanking you in advance for helping me resolve my problem of Calendly not reading busy events on my calendars.
Hi,We use Round Robin events for our client training sessions. We have about 100 event types in total for them to choose from. The people assigned to each of those event types will vary based on their area of expertise.I want a feature where I can create ‘skills’ for the team members. We could designate which host can speak Spanish, which host can lead Government calls, etc. This way when customers book, we can ensure they are only looking at the availability for people who meet the criteria. Currently I have to make separate pages which duplicate the exact same events but with a subset of the pool of hosts, which is quite difficult to manage. Its becoming an issue on where to show the pages as well. I could see having the customer answer custom questions when they try to book the event that would lead them to use the bucket of hosts with a particular skill.
The Reconfirm flow is great to limit no-shows, and get more certainty on calls happening. However, since rolling this out in our process, we have had a big share of confirmed users who did not show up...Unfortunately, it seems that because of the one-click design of the function, antispam/virus bots that are more and more active in inboxes are triggering the confirmation instead of the user. This is an occurrence that even marketing email platforms have to combat with unsubscribe links. This would be easily fixed by requiring the user to click a “Confirm” button on the linked web page, instead of just inferring confirmation on link open.Has anybody else noticed this issue?
We run a luxury lifestyle showroom and offer clients scheduled appointments through Calendly. We schedule one appointment at a time to provide our clients with privacy and a uniquely personal experience. With our current staff, we can accommodate only 3-4 appointments per day. When a client books an appointment, that time slot becomes unavailable to others. Unfortunately, we often experience no-shows or last-minute cancellations, which is unfair to us.We are considering implementing a cancellation fee but offering a one-time rescheduling option.Do you have any experience or suggestions regarding this approach? Do you think it will cause frustration among our clients? please share any stories..
Like the pictures show, I go to share an event, but because I cloned it it is showing the wrong event. I can't find any way to edit what it shares anywhere.
Hi there,I have linked my Google Calendar to Calendly so that my customers can book appointments with me. I have now noticed that appointment confirmations that are automatically sent to my customers do not have my address as the sender, which I specified on Calendly, but the Googlemail address of my personal account, which unfortunately sounds anything but "business".Is there any way I can change the sender email address of the Google Calendar? Or can I transfer my current calendar to a new Google account and delete the old one?I am grateful for any tips!
I work in two different cities. I prefer not to set up set days as City A vs City B (so I'm not having unfilled days in the slower location and pushing bookings out in the busier location). I typically only open one appointment a day and once the first appointment books, I'll make the opposite city as unavailable for that day and will open subsequent appointments in the booked city. I'd love to automate this as I'm busy enough that my schedule changes quickly now. Is it possible to add an "if/then" type code to the bookings? Aka "if city A books on day x, then city B becomes unavailable on day x and two more open appointments are added to city A schedule". Thanks
I have several 1:1 events where I need to change host. Is there a simple way of doing this without recreating an event? The events do not have any active bookings so far..
