How Do I...?

I am trying to add the Calendly in my custom web page. Everything is working fine but I can’t see any Calendly fields. Can somebody help me?

I wanted to share some candid feedback regarding the new calendar layout. Unfortunately, the current design feels like a significant step backward in usability. The entire screen is now cluttered with various event types, and the edit panel on the right is very difficult to navigate—especially with limited space and so many visual distractions.Previously, having editing tools on the left side or available in a full-screen view made it much easier to focus and manage events efficiently. I strongly urge you to consider restoring the full-screen editing option, or at the very least, allowing users to choose between layout modes based on their preference.This new interface significantly impacts productivity and ease of use. I hope the team will consider user feedback seriously and offer improvements soon.

My Outlook no longer syncs with Calendly.  I have read the help areas and the previous suggestions.  I only have Calendly syncing with one calendar so it’s not a sub-calendar issue; I uninstalled and re-installed the Outlook app on Calendly and received the green notice that the calendars are connected.  In Outlook, I checked all of my scheduled meetings to make sure they are marked as busy.  Calendly isn’t showing my historical nor upcoming meetings as blocked.  What else can I do?  

I am encountering an issue with Calendly while attempting to schedule appointments through automation for my organization. Hi there community,I work as a consultant across several clients and have been using to manage  my availbility across several work and personal calendars. Recently, the IT Dept/Administator at one of my main clients has blocked Calendly Access to the Work Calendar, saying it poses a security threat (due to its read/write access). So now, my Calendly subscription is rendered pretty useless, because i cannot share my availability link with anyone because the link is no longer an accurate refelction of my availbility.   Is there anything I can share with the IT dept about extent of read/write access that Calendly has?My understanding is that the read access is mainly just to check for busy/free time availbility.Any help would be appreciated. Hi, I’m a little confused around buffers and how they interact with the end of the scheduled work day. I have a 15 minute appointment type with a 30 minute buffer after the event. My end of work day for the business is 5:30pm. But someone was able to book an appointment at 5pm even though the buffer would put the end of the event (including buffer) at 5:45pm, which is past 5:30pm. Does that mean buffers are not taken into account when looking at whether an event can be scheduled at the tail end of the workday? Is there a solution for ensuring someone can’t book a certain kind of event past a certain time of day other than making my working hours earlier for all events?  Thank you.

Dear Calendly Developer Team,Love the innovations; please keep them coming. A request: Could we please see (again) on the webpage (as before) which voters voted for which times in meeting polls?Meeting polls to find a mutually agreeable time to meet used to show (as of yesterday) which person voted for which time spot. This is useful to know because some meetings can’t happen without certain key persons involved. Other meetings can happen even with a low total meeting turnout if the right subgroup can be available. The detail of who voted for what is valuable to see for all the times. Today though, when I look at meeting poll results details on the Scheduling webpage https://calendly.com/app/scheduling/polls/user/me (hiding the full URL for obvious reasons), the totals of [total votes for each time spot] displays in the sidebar feature, and separately I can also see [all of the people who might have voted for an time on offer] but not [which voters can attend which specific time spots]

I have set my working hours in calendly and added them to each of my events.  It just came to my attention that calendly is not making my availability accesible to clients on most days.  In fact I can’t find much rhyme or reason to why it does on some days on why it doesn’t on most other days.  I have cross checked with my google calendar to look for conflicts and there are none.  I even just removed the max # of appts allowed ot see if that was a contributor to the problem and that didn’t seem to help either.  There are days that I should absolutely have availability and calendly says I don’t and that there is a conflict when there isn’t.  Help!

Tips on customizing availability, adding qualifying questions, or auto-inviting team members?

I have an issue of automated email confirmation to invitee has not been sent. Some of my event sent out confirmation Email to invitees, but some never received. It creates confusion and increasing “no show”.I could not figure it out how to fix it. I could not see setting within workflow either. Please anyone give me advice.Thanks!Maki

My clients usually make and pay for bulk bookings but have stopped because of the Captcha “I’m not a robot” grids appearing on every booking after the first 2. I really need to get this turned off immediately please as I’m losing clients, bookings and payments. Thanks

hi,i’m struggling with the From email address the participant receives after booking a meeting.my current From email shows a hotmail address but  I want it to be from my website domain. How do I do this? 

Hi,I have had a client say that when she booked through calendly she accidentally put in the wrong email address. Instead of .com she put in .cimShe emailed me confirming I still got her booking and I never had. Even though she put in .cim I’m guessing I still should of got the reservation? She then said the payment has come out of her bank account. She used apple pay.  I got paid out from stripe today but it didn’t include hers. What is my next step? Thanks.

I book my clients in for them on the Calendly system, but increasingly I’m finding that the recaptcha system is kicking in and it’s quadrupling the time I need to book my clients in!  Sometimes the recaptcha (like today) went through TEN screens to finally let me book the client in!  Is there any way of switching this off? Otherwise Calendly is getting canned. 

Hi all,We have invited a colleague to Calandly to add him to an event. With all other invites, the colleagues could register and we could add them to events. But with this one colleague, he continuously receives the attached error: We have no idea how to make it work. Our IT Administrator has checked the Azure settings (for whats it worth) but still the same issue. Please help!

Our organisation has a complex multi calendar set up used in multiple organisations and in most updates, we are thrown into chaos as the user experience is changed causing mass confusion with our customers. What may be seen as an improvement causes us hours of back end problem solving and work arounds. Thanks

 This new interface significantly impacts ease of use. If I was not required to use this product, I would have stopped using it when this new layout went into effect. It takes twice as long to schedule multiple meetings now. The Edit buttons on the far right of the panel are harder to navigate. Everything is less visible. it also will not allow you to copy/paste multiple guests into meetings the way it used to. What is the benefit to this re-design? how does it make anything faster, smoother or more functional?I would have appreciated an option to keep the old, functional layout or to chose this cluttered, less efficient option.Please consider reverting back, or allowing users to chose their layout option.

We’re currently facing a recurring issue with the Zoom and Calendly integration. We use Calendly to allow students to book sessions with our education experts, but in many cases, Zoom links are not being generated as expected.Despite asking our experts to reintegrate Zoom with Calendly, the problem persists. As a result, we’re having to manually create and send Zoom links, which not only disrupts our internal data tracking but also significantly impacts the student experience.This issue has been ongoing for some time, and although we’ve reported it before, no resolution has been provided. It’s becoming increasingly frustrating and is affecting our operations.Has anyone experienced something similar?

Over two months ago I started a conversation that is now closed to comments. It was related to “New Book Follow Up Meeting”. Since then I have been trying to engage with the issue support people and they have not idea about my issue. Can I please talk to a person that can respond to UI issues that were omitted from the last major upgrade? 

Ical calendar was already added , since before new additions were stopped in 2024 but it has stopped syncing now.I can see the calendar added in my Calendly settings, but it’s not checking my availability from this calendar.

I have several events each year. Unfortunately, while Calendly allows me to pull in all my event calendars to avoid double booking, it doesn’t allow me to pull in my event logos. This confuses my clients since all the event promotions use the event logos, except for my calendar.When will Calendly be fixing this oversight?Has anyone found another way using event logos to bring clarity to your clients?

I am our organization’s Calendly admin. I deleted an account for an employee who no longer works for us from our Users list, but the page still works, and people are scheduling appointments with someone who no longer works here! How can I permanently delete this account?
