Trying to figure out how to do that thing? We can help.

I’d had several instances where clients will reschedule their meeting to unavailable days. It never allows them to schedule initially on these days, but it seems to allow it when rescheduling. Is this something I can correct, or a problem with Calendly?
We have two employees with the same events set up. On one person’s account, the cancel and reschedule links appear as expected in the event info on Google Calendar, and clicking on them on their calendar allows our admins to cancel or reschedule the event on behalf of a client who has called in. On the other person’s it does not appear. Instead, we get a link that says “Note: Should you need to cancel or reschedule the event, we recommend you use the cancel and reschedule features from your Calendly Scheduled” with a link that prompts clients to log into Calendly. How do we resolve this? As admin, I’ve looked everywhere for a way to fix this, but as far as I can see, the settings for both employee’s Calendly events are identical, so why does it work for one and not the other?
After years of no real issues with Calendly, over the last year we’ve had a serious problem with the ‘reschedule meeting’ functionality in Calendly, and I’m curious if anyone else is encountering the same and what Calendly is doing about it. Here’s the basic gist: for round robin meetings in particular, when the ‘reschedule’ button is used to reschedule a meeting (either internally or through the public ‘Reschedule’ link on the Google Cal event), Calendly will routinely ignore host working hours, existing Calendly meetings and other Google Calendar events, and book a meeting almost anywhere. That means meetings are being rescheduled during a host’s off hours, on top of other Calendly meetings and on top of other ‘Busy’ Google Calendar meetings. Obviously this results in a poor experience for everyone, especially the customer, because someone will need to call them back, explain that our scheduler had a glitch and reschedule again, hoping that this new reschedule doesn’t experience the
Hi when I started using calendly some time ago, it was possible to allow or prevent customers from canceling or rescheduling planned meetings.I haven’t found this options in the actual calendly version. How can I prevent customers from canceling or rescheduling planned meetings? Thanks a lot werner
Hi Community, I can’t seem to get a chat bubble working (the link to “cookie preferences” in my account settings doesn’t seem to actually be a link). Basically, I signed up for calendly when I was with an org, and the org itself no longer exists (so the email for it was shut down as well), so I’d like to reclaim that account with my new email address. Is there any way to retrieve that account and attach it to my new email address?Thank you,Seemant
I need some help! Clients are using my Calendly link to schedule appointments with me, and a Zoom link is created and sent to both of our calendars. However, when we use the link to enter the meeting, we are both placed in “waiting for the host to join” and I am not identified as the host! I have searched my Zoom account and Calendly account for applicable settings but have not been able to solve the problem. Who knows how to address this problem so taht I am the host of my meetings?
Is there a way to capture emails of respondents to a meeting poll
Hello,All email notifications are being rejected and not delivered to my email address. My email administrator indicates that your three IP addresses are blacklisted by several organizations due to their poor reputation, as you can see below:https://hetrixtools.com/blacklist-check/ [removed by moderator] https://hetrixtools.com/blacklist-check/ [removed by moderator] https://hetrixtools.com/blacklist-check/ [removed by moderator] I think this would explain all the problems receiving emails from the community.
I am trying to book time with someone, but the country code isn’t working. I’ve tried selecting US in the drop down and also typed +1. when I press Schedule Event, I get this response: This phone number format is not recognized. Please check the country and number.I go back to type +1 again, but as soon as I press Schedule Event it disappears and continues with the same error response. I have tried submitting via a mac, different browsers, and my iphone but no luck. Can anyone assist?
Good afternoon,From what I have been reading, it doesn’t look like there is any way to use logic, or if/then, with Workflows. I’ve considered whether Zapier might help, but I don’t think it will. So, I’m posting here to see if there is a potential solution I haven’t thought of, or a better way to achieve the below. When a client schedules a meeting, they set a location: in person at my office, on Zoom, telephone. What I wanted to do was, if they set a meeting in person, I wanted a custom email to go to them with parking instructions, and instructions on how to get from the parking lot to my office (it isn’t intuitive). I see no need for this information to go to someone who books Zoom/telephone. So, that’s use case #1.Separately, if a client schedules a telephone meeting, AND invites another person, I was hoping to give my conference line details, so that the parties can all dial in to one number, instead of me having to gather their phone numbers are do a manual conference. I can achie

Hello,I recently created a round robin team event, and iphone users can’t see the internal notes we add to events in the Calendly mobile app; they can’t even see the notes tab. On my Android phone it works fine. Are there any workarounds? We’ve tried reinstalling the app, checked for updates, and forced close and reopen. Nothing worked. 1000011545.jpg is my android phone. The other file is an iphone.
My work is scheduled via clients booking time in 1-4 hour increments of their choice and I travel to their home. I would like to have a setting that would allow me to make my whole day available and Calendly would not allow two bookings with less than an hour in between to allow for travel time. How could I arrange for this in the easiest possible way? I don't want to block out busy times for travel that might happen from a client than might book.
How do I get schedule to change once someone books a call online? It stil shows available in my system.
I have embedded the calendly for my website to schedule meetings. When someone schedule a meeting both invitee and host receive the emails. Can I change the subject of those emails to my own one or can I fully disable the default email and add custom email as a workflow?
We are utilizing the calendly paid account to monitor 1:1 scheduling between mentors and mentees. Each mentor has their own outlook account where they keep their availability updated. Is there a way to connect all those calendars to the paid account and set each individual event to check availability from a certain calendar? For instance event one pulls from or checks just calendar one, event two pulls from or check just calendar two and so on?
Hi everyone,I am using Calendly to manage bookings for a vacation rental home.My goal is to only allow guests to book full weeks at a time. Specifically, I need the check-in and check-out to always be on a specific day (for example, from Saturday to Saturday).Currently, I can only set the duration of the event up to 12 hours, but guests can still pick a start date like Tuesday, which would block the week awkwardly. Is there a way to:Force the start date to be a specific weekday (e.g., only Saturdays)? Make sure the duration is fixed to exactly 7 days?I would appreciate any tips or workarounds on how to achieve this! Thanks in advance!
We have a few sales reps with varying availability, each one covering different geographic markets. We currently ask users for their country of residence, and then rpesent them with the availability of that sales rep. The issue is that individually, our sales reps dont; have huge availability but collectively they do. What we would like to do is show all availability pooled accross all sales reps, and allow the user to choose from that, and then ask them their country of residence. Then, if the sales rep for their country happens to be free an the time they chose, they get that person, otherwise, they get automatically allocated a rep who is free an the time they chose. Is this possible?
Calendly is suddenly adding events from my Google calendar to my Calendly Meetings schedule. How can I change the settings back so I only see the events I've created in Calendly in my Meetings and on my Google Calendar?

Hi everyone, I created my first routing form recently and noticed that on mobile views—and only on mobile!—the menu that displays your dropdown choices appears at the bottom of the view when the user clicks or taps the field. This is an extremely non-standard behavior for a very well-defined and established UI paradigm of dropdown buttons where clicking a dropdown field will either expand from the field where the user clicked or in a worst case scenario, pop some kind of modal dialog. Calendly does neither here and confusingly shows the button at the bottom of the page. This should be reconsidered because it’s confusing to users and does not provide any kind of meaningful improvement to the experience. You can see in my screenshot here that he desktop and tablet-width views both operate in a standard way when clicking the first dropdown menu at the top of the form, so the mobile behavior working like this is also an inconsistency that’s been introduced for no discernible reason. Please
I’ve had prospects for several days running tell me that the calendly service wouldn’t let them book. I have checked my account, and it’s active and all integrations are connected. Anyone else having issues with the core booking service this week?
