How Do I...?

Twice I have had someone book a meeting with me and Calendly creates four meetings that are all identical. Can anyone help? Support is not available in a timely way. This is a bug which is not listed as a category that I MUST choose.

Hi,I'm experiencing an issue with buffer times not being applied correctly between my 30-minute 1:1 sessions.Here’s what I did: I set up a 30-minute event type. I added a 10-minute buffer time after each session in the "Limits and buffers" section. However, Calendly still allows invitees to book sessions back-to-back with no break in between. I’ve double-checked the settings, saved everything, and even tested the booking page — but the buffer time is still being ignored. Could you please help me resolve this issue?Thanks in advance!

Hello there,I would like to remove a buffer from an existing meeting.However, Calendly is not giving me any options to remove the buffer from existing meetings.This support article on Calendly's website seems to indicate that we are allowed to remove buffers from existing meetings, but it seems like that support article is outdated because it no longer matches what I see when I log into Calendly’s website.Is there any way to remove a buffer from an existing meeting?Because that support article didn’t work for me, I went in and removed the buffers from this particular event type, but Calendly still shows the buffers attached to all of my events that have been scheduled with this event type.Thank you!Scott

i just noticed this today - Calendly email is including a summary of the meeting at the top of the email, but it’s always wrong. It’s wrong with 2 clients, and I tested it with myself and it’s also wrong. The subject shows the correct time of 2:00 pm, the body shows the correct time, but there’s this little box at the top of the email that shows the wrong time of 3:00 and asks if this is correct. I click thumbs down and nothing changes.   

Can someone help me with why my calendar only shows 1 of the 3 days of my event to register for.I have a Summer Series that will be June 2-3 from 1-5 and then on the 4th from 1-6. I have input the dates and they show on my calendar; however, when I click the booking link, it only shows availability to register for the 4th.This summer series will take place every week in June. The first 2 days will be 1-5 and the last day will last until 6:00.

After our free trial finished, calendly started to cancel appointments on it’s own. Is there a way to fix this, or do I need to pay to fix this?I know for a fact the invitees didn’t cancel meeting, neither did we.

I have had several instances when a client responds to a reminder about a virtual meeting, to cancel the meeting, but I don’t receive the message, only to show up to an empty meeting. I understand the email address is a no-reply address, however if they don’t notice (or aren’t tech savvy), they reply all the same. Is there a way to change the reply email address, or some other way to resolve this?

I saw this asked on some older forums, but is Calendly planning to add a feature that offers a pay-what-you-can option? Right now I have to specify what my clients pay when they book, but I want to offer an open pay scale with a baseline/minimum price. Having to specify the price for each level on the scale requires me to create different events for each pay level, meaning I have to share multiple links. Being able to leave the price open would eliminate a lot of steps for me and my clients. Would also love the ability for clients to pay one price and book multiple dates, so I can offer packages. Thank you

 Many of my clients do not have a Paypal account, and while Paypal does work with debit cards using the Guest Checkout option, this is not obvious to the user when booking with Calendly, because the only option is a button that says “Pay with Paypal”.   The user has to click on it to get to a screen that offers a debit card option.Paypal offers customizable payment buttons.   Some of the options make the debit card option more prominent.   They can also process ApplePay options.   Could these be added to Calendly’s Paypal integration? 

I am pretty sure the answer is not possible but here goes: How do I print our robust workflows including the email and text content for each workflow and the associated logic for each.

everyone is over-thinking this much needed feature. OVERRIDE means: if I click on TROUBLESHOOT - I should be able to MANUALLY SCHEDULE any hour/time on THAT DAY. Regardless of appointments. Then CONFIRM. MANUAL OVERRIDE. of the DAY.It’s that simple - Troubleshoot > open MANUAL DAY SCHEDULE - warning of double-booking > ACCEPT. This seems very easy to implement, do you think we’ll see this feature soon? Love calendly - true time-saver. Thanks!~JC

We are looking for a solution to create an appointment that would become a job assignment that we could then assign to one or multiple people within our company. Ideally, the job assignment would also have the ability to add tasks or subtasks to the main assignment with each task or subtask having the ability to be marked as complete and then the main assignment marked complete once the whole job is done.We also would need our customers to have the ability to book appointments that we could then assign to a team member.

Is there a way to lock a booking page to a specific timezone? Every year in May, about 40,000 people attend a conference that my organization puts on. It’s in Central Time and we are constantly trying to schedule meetings during the event. The problem is that we are on Eastern Time in the office and people are traveling from all over the world. It would be GREAT if there was a feature to be able to lock a booking page to a SPECIFIC time zone so that everyone booking a time to meet in person would automatically have this go to the correct timezone on their calendar. At present, there appears to be no way to lock the timezone other than to the one you’re currently in. I even tried changing my timezone on my laptop and my timezone on my account and it still doesn’t work. I can’t be the only person with this issue, right?

 Olá Davi.Certo, é que no momento trabalho sozinha mas utilizo mais de um e-mail: o pessoal, o do escritório e agora em época de imposto de renda acabei de criar um e-mail exclusivo para testar o Calendly. Mas não sei a implicação de vincular (e se é possível também) colocar essas 03 agendas no Google Agenda no Calendly para visualizar tudo em um único calendário.Porque só nessa semana me vi em apuros controlando essas 03 agendas separadamente, vi alguns vídeos e hoje mesmo estou tentando saber da possibilidade de juntá-las, mas não sei se isso acarretaria em sair do plano gratuito. Mas pra mim que estou sozinha no escritório pelo que fui acompanhando parece uma ótima ferramenta já que os clientes podem fazer esse agendamento sozinhos (mas eu não liberei por causa das outras 02 agendas).

I want to offer a Calendly link to a large group for rotating daily jobs. Getting members to commit to four jobs at a single daily event. Like sign up genius. I need four members of this large group to sign up ahead of time for four separate jobs at a meeting we attend daily. The offer should show the four jobs and which have been taken and which are still open over a length of time ( month or more). Can Calendly do this?

I am a private tutor and want to set up 15 minute slots for 50 parents to make an appointment.Which payment option do I need? I think the free option only lets me invite one person.Will the standard tariff let me do this?Also, will I be able to send one invite out to all of the parents at the same time?

I need to remove the location from my appointments because I now only offer online sessions. At the moment, I’m not able to delete or remove the location myself.Can an admin do this for me? I have potential clients book consults with me via Calendly. When it shows up on my google calendar it shows their full name. I need this to be initials or something that protects their identity. I would still need to know their name in the background but not to be visible on my calendar. Is there a way to change this?
