How Do I...?

I’ve created an event where there is the potential for multiple attendees from a singular registration. I am seeking a way that they can select both ‘In-Office’ but also virtual options for Google Meet and Zoom. The current issue is that if they select ‘In-Office’, it still requires a manual creation of a Zoom/Google Meeting link. Is there a better way to automate this?

I am trying to add a client to a collective event. I have made the time available, but when I go to the live calendar to make the appointment, the calendar states, “no appointments available” 

My team is distributed across multiple time zones, and I want to create a Calendly event where invitees can see the availability of all team members in one place. Ideally, they should be able to select any available time slot, regardless of the specific host. It is not required for every team member to be on every call. We just need 1 employee and 1 customer on each call. Each team member's availability is already synced with Google Calendar.Is there a way to set this up in Calendly so that invitees can book based on the combined availability of the entire team? If so, what’s the best approach?

Can I set up my team so that each individual seat is billed to a separate credit card?  The intention is that instead of me paying for all of the seats, each of my team members would be paying for their own. 

hi is it possible to select two separate dates for attendees to choose from without using date range. so only offering Monday 10th June and Tuesday 05th May without all the dates in between. thanks! 🤩

Is it possible to talk to someone at Calendly? I have a question I need answered before March 19th.  My account renews on March 19 but I am retiring in June. I do need the account until then and my replacement will need the account. Can I change the account over to my replacement? I need to know what to do prior to March 19.

I own a production studio with multiple studio rooms for rent. I have one email address, but a subcalender (google) for each studio, so I can keep the bookings separate. Currently it looks like Calendly searching all subcalendars for conflicts to prevent double bookings, but I want it to allow Studio A to be booked, even if Studio B is booked, I just don’t want a double booking in one studio. I don’t want to buy more seats or more email addresses. Acuity Scheduling can do it. ;) Come on guys PLEASE?!This is a huge need for me and others, is there a way to put in each Calendar ID link? Another workaround?

Dear all, I like to use Calendy very much. But I have to cases, where I found no solution to it. Hopefully you can help me? Move meeting to a nother day. I have two fixed days a week where customers can book meetings with me. But Sometimes it is necessary that I move these meetings to a nother day with a nother time. When I tried, I can’t select these other days. Is there any solution? Move meeting to a nother time: I drive to my customers often by car. Sometimes it is necessary, to move a meeting (duration 1h) by 15min or 30min due to delay. This is not possible, too, because calendly informs, that this is not possible. Hi, I need to create a book over. My other event shows up in the list of other events found, but will not allow me to click on the event to apply the book over. I’ve tried multiple times over multiple days, rebooting, etc.I am also seeing messages about “server issues” on the platform.How might I fix this book over thing?Thanks!

I’ve created several courses and workflows for each of them.I have set one up that sends a link to our booking form and, within the email I have added a variable that says, Thank you for your interest in the [EVENT NAME]However, after applying and saving, the event name just shows as standard text and does not insert the course name as it does for the invitee’s name for example.How do I ensure this stays on the email and performs as intended? ThanksMatt

I need help.  I have been charged $96/yr for the past 3 years for a subscription, yet when I log into my account, it shows I canceled my trial plan (effective Nov 15, 2021) and am on a free plan.  So it looks like Calendly is falsely charging my account.  Who can clear this up for me?  It seems like there is no one to talk to and help resolve this.  Thank you

I want to remove the ability to book day to day events. Since I make plans for the next day in advance and it's inconvenient for me when an intra-day call booking suddenly comes in. How to make it possible to create events only from tomorrow? The Buffer Time function gives a maximum of 3 hours to push forward meetings. This is not enough. It would be convenient at least for 10-12 hours to push forward meetings.

I want to create a group event, that runs every 2 weeks. When a set up in the calendar time etc and when I look at it, it shows no time available. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I am missing something here I block out the days I dont want and leave the Thursday open  and nothing shows. Help 

My business homepage features a link to Calendly to schedule an appointment. Apparently the 10dlc legislation requires a “checkbox” to be included with a disclaimer allowing customers to opt-out of SMS messaging. I have the disclaimer on the left/details side of my Calendly link - how do I (can I?) add a check box to the left side of the form?

Hi,  As others have requested previously, please create a feature to randomly eliminate x% of available open slots to make us look busy. It’s not a good look when you’re too available. The work around of focus blocks is a complete waste of time since I would need to do it for every week, varying the times the focus blocks happen to make sure the prospect does not pick up on what we are doing.  There is demand for the feature. Please make it. 

Hello, We’re trying to add our Meta Pixel (now called at Dataset) to our Calendly account and it is not being accepted. I noticed that it is 2 digits longer than other meta pixels in our facebook account and wonder if this might be why Calendly is not accepting the longer number.I was hoping that Calendly knew about the longer dataset numbers vs the shorter pixel numbers. Thanks

Every time I attempt to update my profile and branding, I get a pop up that says there is an error and that I need to check my connection.  I have tried this over several days and continue to get the same error messagel  I have my laptop plugged in and have a FULL wifi connection.  I even upgraded to a paid account thinking it was some sort of trick.  That didn’t help.  I want this fixed since it is unprofessional to have my old company logo public facing.  Please help! 

Hello everyone! When I set up an external thank-you page for the appointment confirmation, often (not always actually), during the redirect, I get an annoying warning message (see attachment) that I am about to leave the Calendly page. How can I eliminate this message, which could create confusion for the visitor and, above all, would push him to read a content and perform a further action (click) that is quite useless? I really hope that this function can be disabled, but I don't know where. Thanks!
