everyone is over-thinking this much needed feature. OVERRIDE means: if I click on TROUBLESHOOT - I should be able to MANUALLY SCHEDULE any hour/time on THAT DAY. Regardless of appointments. Then CONFIRM. MANUAL OVERRIDE. of the DAY.It’s that simple - Troubleshoot > open MANUAL DAY SCHEDULE - warning of double-booking > ACCEPT. This seems very easy to implement, do you think we’ll see this feature soon? Love calendly - true time-saver. Thanks!~JC

We are looking for a solution to create an appointment that would become a job assignment that we could then assign to one or multiple people within our company. Ideally, the job assignment would also have the ability to add tasks or subtasks to the main assignment with each task or subtask having the ability to be marked as complete and then the main assignment marked complete once the whole job is done.We also would need our customers to have the ability to book appointments that we could then assign to a team member.

Is there a way to lock a booking page to a specific timezone? Every year in May, about 40,000 people attend a conference that my organization puts on. It’s in Central Time and we are constantly trying to schedule meetings during the event. The problem is that we are on Eastern Time in the office and people are traveling from all over the world. It would be GREAT if there was a feature to be able to lock a booking page to a SPECIFIC time zone so that everyone booking a time to meet in person would automatically have this go to the correct timezone on their calendar. At present, there appears to be no way to lock the timezone other than to the one you’re currently in. I even tried changing my timezone on my laptop and my timezone on my account and it still doesn’t work. I can’t be the only person with this issue, right?

Mas não sei a implicação de vincular (e se é possível também) colocar essas 03 agendas no Google Agenda no Calendly para visualizar tudo em um único calendário.Porque só nessa semana me vi em apuros controlando essas 03 agendas separadamente, vi alguns vídeos e hoje mesmo estou tentando saber da possibilidade de juntá-las, mas não sei se isso acarretaria em sair do plano gratuito. Mas pra mim que estou sozinha no escritório pelo que fui acompanhando parece uma ótima ferramenta já que os clientes podem fazer esse agendamento sozinhos (mas eu não liberei por causa das outras 02 agendas).

I want to offer a Calendly link to a large group for rotating daily jobs. Getting members to commit to four jobs at a single daily event. Like sign up genius. I need four members of this large group to sign up ahead of time for four separate jobs at a meeting we attend daily. The offer should show the four jobs and which have been taken and which are still open over a length of time ( month or more). Can Calendly do this?

I am a private tutor and want to set up 15 minute slots for 50 parents to make an appointment.Which payment option do I need? I think the free option only lets me invite one person.Will the standard tariff let me do this?Also, will I be able to send one invite out to all of the parents at the same time?

I need to remove the location from my appointments because I now only offer online sessions. At the moment, I’m not able to delete or remove the location myself.Can an admin do this for me? I have potential clients book consults with me via Calendly. When it shows up on my google calendar it shows their full name. I need this to be initials or something that protects their identity. I would still need to know their name in the background but not to be visible on my calendar. Is there a way to change this?

Hi Calendly Team and Community,I’m on the Teams plan and trying to set up a Managed Event.However, when I create a new Managed Event, I don’t see the option:“Which calendar should events be added to?”I want to assign a different Google Calendar for each Managed Event, but this setting doesn’t show up anywhere—even immediately after creation.✅ I’ve already: Upgraded to the Teams plan Connected multiple Google Calendars Set “Do not add events to calendar” once and switched back Still, the setting does not appear.Has anyone faced this? Hi Everyone,  I have a client who wants her facilitators to book 5 days a week out. Is there a way of setting this up? I have the 24 hours set up but that’s still manual because you need to go in to every day individually to book I want this client to say I want to book from Monday 7 April Till Friday 11 April. Your feedback is appreciated.ThanksSteph 

I have folks to use my calendar but they are more of senior folks that cannot use Western-based languages that currently provided.  Can you provide this feature, or even I am willing to provide Korean translation for UI portion free?  I used to be SW development manager for years before I retired last year.  :-) 

why isnt there a way for invitees to add people  when booking a reservation? it’s kind of odd when it’s marketed also as a reservation system… my customers have to reserve and pay for each individual- i host classes of 12-14 people and sometimes families and big groups want to reserve but have to do it one at a time?? I hope there’s a simple solution to this simple problem. And no- i dont want to add one on one events just so people can add their emails. Because I take payment and need the amount of people and payment for how many there are. this is a easily solveable problem and if calendly can’t do this I have to cancel my subscription and find another event booking app. hope this reaches the product development team beacuse there’s already multiple posts on this. thank you.

I suggest that Calendly makes the 12 hours (am/pm) time format the default for the booking page. Most people are familiar with tihis format and some of them struggle making the convertion from 24 hours format to 12 hours format. Most of our users complain about it.

I need to disconnect the integration between Calendly and an old CRM that I was using through infinity box leads… I believe it was a version of GoHighLevel. I need to disconnect this so I can connect it with my new CRM

We are a new shared office workspace and I need to set up a shared boardroom so that our tenants can book it and we don’t have conflicts.  We already use Calendly to book tours of our facility and we have attached that to info@mydomain.com I have found some instructions on how to set up a shared boardroom and it says to create a new event type and then to create a collective event type.  When I do that it prompts me to invite a user.  If I invite user customercare@mydomain.com does that mean that calendar will be the calendar used for the shared boardroom?  In other words I should not use my personal work email or my work calendar will be jammed with bookings for the boardroom?  I also appear to have to pay for another user to create a shared boardroom? I assume that is correct?   Thanks

Is it possible to?I have 1 apartment that I would like to rent out. Is it possible to use cadlendly to put the agenda on my sales page with a payment page behind it so that people can see which weeks are still open. I want to rent out from Saturday to Saturday so it is not very complicated. Can the agenda do this?

I support 2 different organizations and schedule meetings through their unique domain google calenders. I have calendly set up on my primary/main google calendar. Any appointment I currently send a link for scheduling sets the meeting on my primary account. I don’t see an option to switch users/domains for scheduling. Can I schedule meetings on the other calendars outside of my domain through this one Calendly account OR do I need to have 3 different calendly accounts for scheduling?

I’m hoping to get some guidance on setting up a one-time event. I’d like to create a single event for April 17, from 1–3 PM, and I want to enable payment collection as part of the registration process. This is for a coaching workshop for about 10 people. If I create an EVENT, it’s repetitive. I can’t make it a ONE-OFF.  It looks like I can take payments. If I create a MEETING (it’s a one-off), but it won’t let me take payments. Thank you in advance for your help. 

When setting up  an event type, I decided to clone it. Is there a way that I can edit the name of the event so it does not read WDYD(clone)? Thank you

I'm a tutor and need to be able to maximize my meetings per day without odd gaps between them. I’ve noticed several threads asking for the same function, no solution, all closed for comments. Has Calendly come up with a solution to this problem?
