Hello, We provide product demo for customer in our country (France). However, we often get bookings from countries which are not France and that we want to exclude.How can we prevent calendly user to access to booking or cancel the booking afterward if phone number have an excluded country code?

I want to integrating calendly with my custom video conferencing website (it's like a zoom clone), how to do it so that it schedule meeting on my website for that person with the specific email id

Hi everyone, I need to allow two people to book appointments in the same time slot (i.e. have two appointments at the same time). However, I can't find the option to enable multiple bookings per slot in the scheduling settings.

How do I make it so that in a dating section I can sneak 2 at the same time?

I am working on updating my availability via the Calendly site and it is not updating on my event booking page. Here is what I didAvailability tab on the left hand side Date-specific hours Added my dates and hit the unavailable button Hit applyIt show on my event booking page as available. With your new update it seems like there is no availability to block out appointment times. I need to do this on an almost daily basis. How can this be done easily and simply? For example, if my calendar says I am available for booking all Thursdays from 3-4:00 pm, and this Thursday (and this Thursday only) that spot is now unavailable due to an in-person meeting (not someone booking through calendly)

I am hosting two webinars this month through zoom. When we created the registration dates in Calendly, we integrated Zoom. When we did this, it automatically connected our zoom MEETING link. I did not realize that with each webinar date, there is another link for EACH webinar date. I am needing for the zoom integration to have each date correspond correctly but it is taking me straight to my zoom MEETING link instead of my zoom WEBINAR link. Any help?

I’ve recently added and paid for 3 seats. The upgrade to standard is showing up on my profile. But I’m unable to email addresses and assign seats. 

There used to be an app for Mac OS that placed easy access to my Calendly links in the menu bar. I had it installed on my old Intel laptop and M1 Mac mini. I recently got a new MacBook Pro and was wanting to install this app but it seems all mention of it has disappeared. Am I missing something?

Here’s what I’m trying to do:Offer a weekly window (10-12 Fridays) in which people can book 15 minute meetings. To keep the meetings in a continuous block, you can only book the 10.15am once the 10am is booked, the 10.30 once the 10.15 is booked and so on. Once the 11.45 is booked, no more bookings can be made.Does Calendly have the options available to facilitate this?

I’m using calendly to manage appointments in a community clinic, where there’s a different person working in each service every week. Our clients usually don’t care who is the provider in a given week, but sometimes there’s an issue with it, so we want to be able to include a note with the staff on site every week - but still have it managed in a single event type. Is there an elegant way of doing this?

Good morning,I am in the Free offerSynchronization with Google calendar works: when a person makes an appointment, it is displayed in my Google calendar, if they cancel it the appointment is mentioned as canceled.On the other hand, if I postpone the appointment in the Google calendar or duplicate the appointment, the person is not informed and the Meetings dashboard is not up to date.Is this normal?Thanks in advance for your advice Lionel

I’m a teacher using Calendly to allow other teachers to book times for my class.  I’ve never encountered this issue in the past couple of years but the first attempt this school year, some of my teachers are getting an error message saying “oops, something went wrong”.  I personally witnessed this and attempted to use an incognito window or different browser with no luck.  At least two of my teachers experienced this today, while others are fine.  Any ideas what might be going on?  Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, Im using a Wordpress site, I would like to add calendly pop up when a user clicks on a button, how do I do this? 

I was hoping this Meeting Poll feature would streamline my efforts to organize band rehearsals and gigs, but it’s causing me as much headache as it solves. Here are the main problems: I can’t remove someone who already voted from a poll. They decided later that they cannot attend, but now their votes have already been cast. So the totals that show the time slots with the most votes are now useless, and I have to manually go through all the time slots, figure out which ones they voted for, decrement those totals, and tally up which ones are the new top pics. PITA. people who modify their poll end up with a second entry. When they click the same link and go back in to “update” their choices, they end up with a second entry. I don’t know what they’re doing wrong, if anything. But NO ONE wants to use a tool like this. They just want to text me or email me, and I can’t deal with that. Using this link needs to be FRICTIONLESS, even for technophobes, and it’s not. So now I have duplicate entr

The new layout does not allow me to see the calendar view with the specific times on each day.  I could see this previously by selecting calendar view on the left side tab. Is it possible to still find that option?  It was extremely helpful to see the full month, with the time frame I created for each day.  

What setting needs to be changed so invitees do not have to sign up or log in?

I use Calendly Teams and I want to know how I can create a view (in Calendly or Google Calendar) of team availability based on Working Hours across the whole week to meet with potential customers?I receive requests from potential customers who want to meet, including their availability and I want to see which team members are available to meet with them. I want to see all members of the team who are available not just one member of the team, based on Working Hours.

I would like to either display our booking page but turn off the ability to book in new appointments until we turn them back on, or to redirect to a holding landing page that explains to our leads why we are not currently taking new bookings.At the moment, when we change the availability in calendly to turn off all availability so new slots can’t be booked in, the booking page doesn’t view and shows and just displays a plain page with “no openings at the moment” which I don’t believe can be personalised with our message.Can someone advise on a possible solution or if any of the above suggestions are possible?

I’m looking for a way to process payments after the event. Is this possible or only at the time of booking?
