I use Calendly to teach online classes, and my invitees have a bad habit of deleting their calendly booking confirmations. I have workflows set up with reminders, but the workflows do not (as far as I can tell) allow the inclusion of the (for example) Teams link the invitee needs to get into the session. So inevitably I will be 5 minutes into my class when I get a panicked phone call from a student about how they can’t get into the class, and I need to scramble to get them their teams link.Is there any way for me to get the invitee the link they need to join my meeting without:A) Cancelling their booking and rescheduling them (This wouldn’t work once my session starts anyway, afaik)B) Sending them the links via an email or other message outside the Calendly ecosystem? Alternately, if I can include the Teams link in my Workflow reminders, please let me know how. Thanks!
I am currently working with a client who operates a private taxi service, allowing customers to schedule their own appointments. As I often do with clients, I am recommending the use of Calendly to streamline appointment management. Given the nature of his business and his default office location, I’d like to configure Calendly to automatically factor in travel time before and after each fare, based on the pickup and drop-off addresses provided during scheduling. Is there a way to integrate Google Maps or Apple Maps with Calendly to calculate and account for travel times dynamically? This would help ensure accurate scheduling while maintaining sufficient time between rides.
Hi if I move a scheduled call in my google calendar will it automatically update the zoom link and resend to the client?
I’m a freelance tech consultant with multiple clients as well as my own practice.I want to be able to do the following:Set up meeting types with my own branding and my own email address. No problem, this is the easy case and I’ve got it working already. Set up meeting types with a client’s branding from the email account I’m provided by my client to use within their Microsoft O365 instance. Set up meeting types with a client’s branding from the email account I’m provided by my client to use within their Google Workspace instance. Easily select these meeting types or even better, configure defaults based on the specific email account I’m logged into when sending an email. Not pay a crazy amount. If this is solvable, it’s definitely valuable, but MS and Google have competing (less good) calendar tools that are free with these client accounts which is why I can’t get them to pay for my calendly directly and that I’ll have to suffer with if the cost is too high for my one person shop to af
I am trying to create routing forms between an internal sales team and an external sales team. It would be a real help if there was a way to have a way to change the colors of routing forms as well as the ability to upload a banner or a way to have a logo on the routing forms for customers to see.
My colleagues can set a weekly limit but I can only set a daily limit. How can I get access to the menu that has the weekly limit on it? Mine doesn’t.
Hi team,We would like to request for users to be able to change their name in their profile. We encourage our employees to use first name last initial, but there is no way to make this update in the profile section.
I have a "Group" meeting set up to allow multiple people to book an event for a specific day. Since I haven’t finalized the guest list yet, I send a confirmation email that says: "We have received your request, and we will let you know if you’ve been selected for the slot."Note: Calendly doesn’t allow me to skip the confirmation email entirely after someone books an event. So, the invite is sent by default, and I’ve added the above text to clarify the situation. However, I’ve noticed a recent issue: we can no longer see the guest’s email address on the calendar invites. This used to work, and it’s causing some confusion.Things I’ve confirmed are working:The calendar is synced. One-on-one events are working fine.
I’m trying to use calendly for an upcoming tradeshow. We’ll have 10 staff that we will want to book for meetings with customers at our booth. We also have 4 available meeting rooms at our boothWhat I’d like is for any of the staff to be able to book a meeting for themselves, include a client and additional staff members, and include an available meeting room as a resource. The meeting rooms should show availability, so staff can see what’s available at the time of their desired meetingIs there a way to do this in Calendly?
I need to collect customer credit card info during booking but only charge after appointment. A feature available with Acuity Scheduling/Stripe. Does Calendly offer this feature? I desperately need it.
I wanted to allow a back to back booking so went in and removed all buffers from an event type. I’ve read on the forum here that you then need to cancel previous bookings and reschedule them in order for the buffers to be removed. however, even though I’ve cancelled a previous booking and gone to the event booking page the buffers are still causing times to be shown as unavailable when I troubleshoot them for that day. What do I do now? I’ve gone to zoom and changed the event time and date which has updated my google calendar but not Calendly. I’ve been able to update my calendar invite for my client but want to reschedule in Calendly so my workflow of reminders etc is triggered.
An inbound lead booked a meeting and I canceled it, and it was removed from my calendar. They were able to reschedule it anyways, and the email update came through, but it’s not on my calendar. I can’t find any way to resend the rescheduled one to my calendar. So I have two questions - Why is someone allowed to reschedule an event after we have cancelled it? Since now someone does want to take the meeting after all, I can’t add the appt back to my calendar so I can forward it to another attendee. Is there a way to add it back?
My situation cannot be simpler. I have just one event, and I have just one schedule. I should be available until 11 pm / 23:00 CET. However if I go to the booking page everything stops after 2 pm CET. To me it really feels like a bug, but very likely I have made somewhere a very big mistake. I just don't see it. I hope someone can really help, since the chatbot sends to me dark places in the toggle wood.

We use Calendly for free consultations. We are running into an issue where people will complete the form 2-3 times and they are on multiple calendars. Does anyone know if there is a way to flag these people or prevent it from happening?
Is there any progress on this? I know savvycal has something like this but it’s only a “suggestion” for the time, which is still better than clients being able to checkerboard my schedule. Can there be an algorithm that the whole day is available, but if a client schedules an 11am then the only two appointments that are now open are a 10am and 12pm? And then if the 10am also gets booked it opens the 9am? It makes sure I don’t have two bookings at opposite ends of my day.
Calendly is a great tool for scheduling, but some labels in the event creation process lack Polish translations, which can be a challenge for local users. I know there was a ticket for this issue, but it’s been closed, and we’d like to bump this topic. We can help by providing accurate and culturally relevant translations for all Polish labels and reviewing existing ones for consistency. This will enhance the user experience for Polish-speaking customers and support broader adoption in the Polish market. Let us know how we can collaborate!
I've connected Pixel with Calendly. But, when I test with Meta Pixel Helper, that platform tell me the integration isn't working. How can I check another form? I've tested 2 diferents pixels and for each pixel the platform Meta Pixel Helper donesn't identify integration in Calendly. When I test the same pixel in another website that work well, in Calendy not work!
Hallo! Ich habe vor einiger Zeit verschieden Verfügbarkeits- Pläne erstellt und kann nun nur mehr den Standard Plan bearbeiten.Wo finde ich hier die anderen erstellten? SG Sebastian
I have multiple calendars in google, and I’m concerned which one Calendly will use. I don’t want to not book appointments because some random relative has a birthday that day and my mom marked their birthday as busy, or miss an appointment because someone in my family calendar has a dentist appointment and my wife is busy. Will Calendly make a “Calendly” calendar in my google, or should I do that and somehow connect them?
I am wondering if there is a way to automatically remove meeting times from polls if they get booked in my calendar. For instance, if I have sent out a meeting poll for a date with the time slots of 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM and my 9:00 AM slot gets taken in my calendar by another meeting, is there a way to have this time automatically removed from the poll?
Hello everyone. I use Calendly as my work calendar (I’m a psychiatrist and my patients can book their consultation slot online). But a patient told me that when booking her appointment, the confirmation by email indicates a delayed schedule: in short, she took an appointment for 15h, but the confirmation email indicates an appointment for 14hI work in France and the default time zone on my booking settings is indeed that of Central Europe (so UTC+1) Thank you to those who can help me!
I have installed Office 365 with Windows Outlook. My calendar is based on this Windows Outlook Office 365. Note that I don’t use the web flavour of Outlook. How can I sync my Outlook calendar with Calendly?
I am a Talent Acquisition Partner at my company. I coordinate interviews between my hiring teams and candidates. I schedule panel interviews, where 3-4 employees from my company / the hiring team I’m working with attend all at once to interview a candidate virtually. Is there a way to set up a Calendly link, that can be sent to candidates, and they can pick a time that works based on the hiring team’s availability (without the hiring team members having a Calendly account?) We use Outlook. That seems to be the issue I’m running into. It seems that if I do a Collective meeting, and try to add Co-hosts, they need to have a Calendly account. Is there a way to do what I’m trying to achieve?
