How Do I...?

We plan an event with a test drive for cars. that would be 5 differnet cars, who can booked by different customer. We have one Outlook Kalender with a sub Calender for each car.But i only see my normal business calender in Calendly, i can not choose different one? How can i fix it

I haven’t changed anything but this week some of my new appointments aren’t showing up right away in my calendar. I am using the desktop new outlook app. At first it would update over night. The last 2 days, I would see a new appointment just scheduled as I would get an email and it wouldn’t show up on my calendar. I even tried to login on a browser and delete and add this calendar to outlook to get it to update. But it keeps happening. 

We’ll be doing many tradeshows this fall, and as our call-to-action, we’d like to offer attendees the choice to either simply received more info on our company and offers via email, and/or also book a meeting with us. Thus, I’d like to use Calendly to have a “landing page” offering the person to opt for receving an email, but without the obligation of also setting up a meeting. It this possible? If not, what would you suggest? Thanks so much! Marc

Can Calendly display your current bookings in a calendar-type view? I’ve seen this question asked and the answer was that it is a feature that does not exist. This is despite the user’s insistence that it “used” to exist. Unfortunately, those topics have been closed to commenting. The feature does indeed exist. I have found a way to force Calendly to do it. However, since I use this for troubleshooting purposes I was hoping someone might know of an easier way to produce the result. Here is how I produce the “calendar view” in Calendly: Event types > New Event Type > Meeting poll Create > Tada! There is the “calendar view”. It shows not only your scheduled availability but any current bookings from within Calendly. So, is there an easier way to get here? I realize some of you probably will find this silly because everyone already knows how to do this. I apologize to those in that camp. I have tried entering a search term in the Search bar and nothing happens. I have tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Same result in all three.What might I be doing wrong?Thanks

I’m trying to use the “Book over meetings” setting and entered a keyword that appears in my meeting name, but it’s showing “No matching meetings in the next 60 days” even though there IS a meeting on my calendar. HELP! Any advice??? 

I’ve added a branding image to my account, and it’s appearing at the top of each different event type. The UI also says that the image will appear in the top-left corner of my scheduling page – but it’s not. This is the case both when viewing the page on the Calendly site, and when displaying it as an inline embed, and is true for both Chrome and Safari on the Mac.Calendly branding is turned off, and correctly hidden.Is this a bug, or has the feature been deprecated?Thanks…

 Widget not displaying on Chrome and Firefox, but okay on Safari. I’m using a popup embed on my Thinkific site. I’m using Calendly for customers to sign up for classes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all,So i checked my time zone in Calendly and Google calendar.All are correct. I also checked for conflicts. But still, the event time shown on my google calendar seems to be one hour ahead of calendly time. So for example, if i have a meeting with someone for 2230 Philippine time.That should show up as 330pm UK time. But it shows up as 230pm. Any ideas? Thanks J

I want to offer a first session free for my services. However, people can book as many times as they want because I don’t have a way to track and block repeat-users. How can I do that efficiently on Calendly?

Hi Community, I was wondering if anyone might have some insights into why users might load my Calendly form but then bounce before completing the form.  I offer a free consultation on my website for web design services and I link to my Calendly form using buttons such as “Book a Call” and “Schedule a Free Consultation”. In my analytics, I can see quite a few users click through the buttons and land on the form, but haven’t actually had a legitimate user actually complete the form yet.  I’m wondering if there’s something either in my form setup or in Calendly itself that may be scaring users off. My form is pretty simple, pick a time, choose which service you’re interested in, then there’s a required freeform field to list any details about your project or what you want to talk about on the call and then an optional field to put a link to your existing website.  That’s it. I can see users going to this form, but they don’t actually complete it.  I’ve tested my own form multiple times an

Bonjour,Je suis thérapeute et j’ai créé deux évènements (première consultation et consultation de suivi).Comment les synchroniser pour ne pas avoir des personnes qui réservent une même date ?Ex.Êvènement 1 = Première consultation = Paul réserve le lundi 26 août 9h avec mails de confirmation. Êvènement 2 = Consultation de suivi = Sarah veut aussi réserver le 26 août 9h et voyant ce créneau libre, réserve avec mails de confirmation.Comme les deux évènements ne sont pas synchronisés, Paul et Sarah peuvent réserver le même jour et à la même heure.Il faudrait que lorsque Paul a réservé sur Êvènement 1 (Première consultation), Sarah ne puisse pas réserver le même jour et la même heure sur Êvènement 2 (Consultation de suivi). Merci pour votre aide

Is there away to limit the times someone can reschedule a meeting?  Instead of limitless opportunities can there be a place to limit it to a set number?

If I syncronise the calendly calender with antother, wouldn’t it syncronise? If I’m occupied in one agenda, wouldn it be unavailable in de calendly agenda?? 

I just received a number of cancellation notices from meetings I had on May 28, 2024.  Our Outlook automatically gets archived regularly and it looks like my calendar has been archived through that date (05/28/2024).  I’m wondering if that’s the reason for the cancellations?  What’s odd is I’ve never received these cancellation notices before even though I’ve been using the software for 18 months.

We’re currently testing Calendly on a free account before deciding on a paid subscription. Since free accounts can't submit support tickets, I’m posting this publicly.When I publish the widget as a popup or inline, it takes over 3 seconds to load. I’m concerned about the impact on our lead conversion and am looking for ways to speed it up.  

HelloI frequently need to reach out to many (15+) people for individual meetings. Currently I create a one-off meeting manually adding times for open spots on my calendar.  Then repeat 15+ time adding the same timeslots.   This terribly time consuming  because ~50-60% of my existing calendar meeting can be skipped. In the screen shot below you can see the before and after of the 3rd and 4th (normally I look for availability over 2 weeks not 2 days).  On the 3rd all of my existing meetings can be skipped but on the 4th most meetings cannot be skipped.  So for one-off meetings, I have to manually block out times 15+ times in order to maximize the timeslots available.    Ideally I could add the appropriate times once, creating a single link.  I would send that link to multiple people.  If someone books a time, it would no longer show as available for the subsequent people.  Alternatively, I could add the times once and choose to generate 15+ unique links.  I would manually send a differen

We have monthly educational groups and the main complaint is that the attendees never know if they have already signed up for that particular meeting/event. So, they end up signing up several times. It would be great to have a feature that lets them know they have already signed up for it. Or, have a way to list what they had signed up for already without showing all the other attendees. Thank you so much in advance!!

I tried PayPal and Stripe but to use Ideal as payment-option is not working. I understand from other questions that this is a calendly isue.When will calendly accept ideal as payment via PayPal and/or Stripe?
