Hi We have recently changed remote meetings from Zoom to MS Teams. We are also trialing Otter AI for note taking. Out set up is our main email & calendars on our Exchange Server, linked to Calendly and MS Teams (& Otter AI) on a different email address. I’ve noticed that Calendly doesn’t create a MS Teams link for MS Teams meetings and this is instead a Calendly link to a MS Teams meeting. It also doesn’t create the event in MS Teams, only on our Exchange Server. The results of this are:we need to manually copy the event into MS Teams The meeting link/location is not picked up by MS Teams as a MS Teams meeting, so you need to copy the link into a browser and then manually open in MS Teams Otter AI does not automatically join the MS Teams Meeting as the link/location is not a MS Teams link Generally creates a lot of manual work where the hope was to integrate and automate everything

We are attending an upcoming tradeshow and would like to allow multiple clients to book at the same time slot.(ie)9:00 - 9:15 - Allow up to 3 customers to book during this time slot I cannot figure out how to do this in the settings. Please help!

Wouldn't it be great to be able to set a fortnightly repeating schedule? For example, I would love to be able to have alternating weeks where one week I’m available in the evenings, the next week in the mornings. 

Hi, Is there a way to set times for meetings during the day but ones later in the day don't show availability until the previous ones are booked? For example, I can be in office from 9 am to 4pm but I dont want the 1 hour and 1.5 hour appointments to be at 9 am and then not until 3. I would prefer the morning appointments to be booked. This is for in person office appointments. I hope I am making sense with this. Would love some help. Trying to push appointment times closer together instead of gaps of times between. I understand buffering.

Not very helpful.  The chat says, "The chat is experiencing technical difficulties and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again shortly."  But it's never up, no matter when I click on it.  I am needing technical support because I am based in Mountain time, and I have that set in my Account Settings, but Calendly keeps booking events in Pacific time leading to confusion among us humans as to when we're meeting.  Yet, Calendly doesn't seem to have a way to reach a live person for help.  Very upsetting.

We have two seats/people but their events are specific to their own website/page, I need them to show up all on one combined page so people can see the available events from our organization. Is there a way to combine all events for both seats into one page?

I have multiple event types on my schedule, and I’d like it to show my calendar view to show what events are open to attendees. On my booking link, it only shows the event type for them to click on, not a calendar view. I’d like them to see the calendar view, not the event type view. Is this possible? 

How can our team of 4 revert back too personal accounts without losing our personal calendy settings?

As a small business, I work with several different clients and so I use multiple calendars.  I LOVE that Calendly can scan all of my calendars for conflicts, but I HATE that you only allow me to use ONE calender for booking any/all of my events.  You force me to have to pay for another calendly account if I wish for Calendly to actually BOOK the events onto my different calendars. How hard can this be?  I know that you probably are more accoustomed to large customers with multiple users, but it is just me and I wish you would PLEASE make this change?  I saw another person make this same comment but the comments were closed 9 months ago and I’m not 100% sure you understood the request.  If this is not clear please let me know.  One recent example was that I took on a new client for an event and I had to pay for a totally separate Calendly account just to be able to book events onto the event email calendar, this cut into our profits as a small business and I really hope that this mes

I deleted a team member account from my Round Robin calendar, which only has one member. I get an alert that says add at least on host, but I can't find the add host button. What should I do?

Invitation Form unknown sender, how can i fix it?   and how to changer the sender's Email add?  

We offer our clients an option to select Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.When they select Microsoft Teams, the teams meetings link is provided automatically - Great!However, when the clients select Google Meet, they still receive the Teams link.Is there a way to integrate with both Microsoft Teams and Google Meet?Or is there a way to remove the Teams link when clients select Google Meet? ThanksJesper

I used the inline embed code to add the booker to my WIW website. But it shows the event type first, before displaying the calendar booker as a step 2. This is redundant and requires a second click by the user. I would prefer to show the second step (the whole calendar) first by default. Current inline embed calendar. Shows my one event type that the user has to click on first.I’d rather save them this step and just show the calendar as the default embed and avoid the click to get there. How do I do this? 

I am looking to add seats for a short period of time, but because I have a yearly plan, it will only let me add seats for a yearly rate. How do I fix this so I can pay for additional seats for just a month or two. I tried cancelling my account and starting over but it makes me restore my substription before making changes. 

How can I contact Calendly support?  I have tried the “help page” or ”get help” option on two different browsers with the same result, an empty box that doesn't allow me to enter anything inside of it, and a page that doesn't have as send button or any phone numbers or email numbers to actually connect with Calendly and get help.Why isn't there a way for paying customers to get help?

I have no clue why a couple of my time slots that I have in my availability is not showing up on the booking page. This is occurring only for one specific day of the week. I tried a lot to solve it, spent lot of hours trying to figure, I cannot understand what is causing this. Refer screenshots attached. the first screenshot is the time slots from my availability and second one is the booking page. 

Hi I need to be able to sahre a viwing page to my calender which shows avialbility and not just 30 min or 60 min How do I do this?The reason some mmeting lenth is not know in advance I also wanted ot see if there is a view where I can see the combined calendars?

Hello!I created a Calendly link with specific slots on the same day and shared it with a group of people so that everyone can book the slot that best suits their calendar. After the first person booked a slot, this message appears and no one can book other slots. Despite it is only one slot that has been booked, this message appears on my side “Someone has already scheduled a time with you via this invitation”.Please help me. 

I want to do individual interview with my candidates (more than one)on one day only. and allow them to choose the time I am available in it. but I can’t make the calndly to choose only one day it shows it’s recurring. Can you help ? Also when I choose one off meeting the link gets disabled if one candidates books an appointment.please help as soon as possible
