Hi all, As a tattoo artist, I want to send my clients a link via Whatsapp with 2-3 pre-chosen appointment options so that they can only choose between options I suggested and not all free slots in my calendar. I am aware there is a way to do this in an email but cannot find a solution for Whatsapp / Messenger. Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi I have had 2 clients tell me today that they have booked in an appointment for 4 or 5pm, I am receiving this information as a booking. That part is all good. But when they get the email confirmation, they are getting notified that the meeting is booked for 14 hrs earlier.For example the client booked in for a 3pm call on Friday, their notification says the call is 5am Friday. The have booked calls with me before and never had this problem.The only thing I can think of is that I may have sent a one time link, instead of the normal ongoing link, could this be a problem?Can you direct me as to how i can check and correct any errors in the ‘one time’ use link?ThanksKatie

Can I remove the requirement to enter an email for a contact? Several of our clients do not have email and only have phone meetings. But I can’t put them in as a contact since they don’t have an email. Help.

Is there or could there be a way to send a mass text message out to people who are signed up for an event. I use calendy to book in person networking events and it would be helpful to be able to go into the app and send a mass message out to people with updates. For example my last event was a hike and I found it would have been really helpful to send out updates about parking and where they can find me and how to identify me at that moment. Would this be a possible feature to create? and have the ability for people to respond, even if there response only goes to email or something?

I seem to have stumbled upon a significant limitation of Calendly.I run my own Airtable consulting company, and I use Calendly with my customers so that they can book time with me.Similarly, my friend Beth runs her own consulting company, and she uses Calendly with her customers so that they can book time with her.So we both run our own companies, and we’re both using Calendly.But now, in addition to running her own consulting company, Beth is now doing subcontracting work for my consulting company as well.In other words, Beth is still running her own company, but she is also doing occasional subcontracting work for me as well.So I sent Beth an invite to join my Calendly organization, so she can create her own Calendly Event Types and then her Calendly availability will show up on my own organization’s Calendly booking page.However, as soon as she accepted the invitation to join my organization, Calendly removed her from her own organization and switched her over to my organization ins

I want to be able to schedule 4-hour meetings, but it won't let me schedule if they exceed 11:59 p.m. on the current day.Example: I cannot schedule a meeting from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.How can I do that?ThxRegards,

My team (2 people) need an agenda that allows the client to choose whether they want to meet via google meet or in person but calendly doesn't allow me to create a group event with more than one location. Can you help me? 

On one day I have appts set from 9:30-10:30a and from 12:00-12:30p. The first (1 hr) event was created directly on my calendar and the second (30 min) event through Calendly. Both my 60 and 30 min meeting events have before & after buffers of 30 mins.My Calendly SHOULD show the 11:00-11:30a slot as free BUT the troubleshooting tool shows the 11:00 slot is unavailable due to an after buffer. That makes NO sense. I’ve only ever set 30 min buffers, so there should be no legacy buffers messing this up.To add to the crazy, the 10:30 slot is correctly unavailable but due to a before buffer - it should be unavailable due to an after buffer. AND the 11:30 slot is correctly unavailable but due to an after buffer - it should be unavailable due to a before buffer. Something is seriously wrong.The result of these apparent bugs - which I’m seeing on multiple days in my calendar - is that my availability is less than it should be and my clients therefore don’t have as many choices of times as th

We use Stripe to accept payments on our Calendly appointments - but we have to use separate Events for those used by USA customers and our European customers.  We list the price in USD for the American Event and EUR for the other. I use Zapier to transfer the registration date to google sheet. All data transferred is correct except for the time. It is 7 hours ahead each scheduled event. How do I fix this to show the correct time.Example of date/time transferred from Calendly to Google Sheet:Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 6:00:00 PM Correct time should show 11:00 AM instead of 6:00 PMPlease advise on how to fix this error. Hi! I am using Sumup for my business and I would love to keep all payments under one roof 😌It would make it so much easier if I accepted payments through Calendly with my usual provider, since I am forced to open a stripe account and manage invoices/receipts from two different providers now.It’s really not useful.Is it possible to make an integration with the API of Sumup and accept payments on the calendly page?If so, how exaclty?Thanks!Elisa

I’m using the free Calendly for a while and I’ve changed the language to Portuguese but when I send/share the link to my client all the text continues in English. Is there a problem or calendly works in this way?Thank you. 

We host lectures all around the country and we’re missing a small feature in the round-robin event.Let’s say I have 5 hosts on a round-robin event. 3 of them are available at the specific time, our Meeting Booker, wants to arrange a lecture at the venue we’re talking to.I would like the Host to be able to see which of the 5 hosts are available at that time and eitherA) select the host who will do the lecture, between the three available onesor B) at least be able to see who’s available at the given time, before booking. Reason is, the venue we do lectures at, often have a very good relationship (or occasionally a bad one) with our Hosts and being able to decide “Okay, we send out your favorite guy” or “Ah, only Brian, who you hate, is available that day - how about we go with tomorrow, Susan’s available there.”

Hi, we are thinking about using Calendly for the website of our spa business. I have played around with the free version a little bit and so far I like it.  We have two slightly different usecases for it, but we only want to use the inline embed functionality (on a wordpress site). Here are the use cases:On each service landing page, we would like to embed the calendar (i.e. the event type landing page, or whatever it’s called).  We also have a dedicated booking page which basically has again all services listed plus the booking calendar for all of them.We would be fine to just embed all event types as single items for both cases (as I’m not so sure whether the actual booking landing page is really helping us in terms of UX etc.).  Now the questions:We have various service providers with various availabilities providing our services. The customers should be free to either see just all availabilities for an individual services (i.e. availability of all personnel providing this service)

We have two meeting types setup - one is a group meeting type and the other is a one-to-one.We are wanting people to be able to book into the group meeting as well as the on-to-one on the same day/time but whenever someone is booked into the group, it blocks out the ability to book into the one-to-one.Is there a workaround for this?

Hi- my calendly is working fine- but when I open a meeting it has scheduled in teams- I have to go into the event in Teams calendar and choose “online meeting” myself- which then has to update to the other participants. Is there a way to just have this choice made before they schedule with me- so they are not getting multiple emails?

How can we connect the tiktok pixel with calendly to be able to track events? Specially if its web embed.

We use Calendly for appointments made by external users and use our Outlook calendar to see events. It would be helpful to send a list of events including the person’s name and company to our front desk person who greets the visitors when they arrive.  Is there anyway to do this?Thanks!

I would like to print the scheduled events page. I am using this for a bike shop schedule and I don’t want bike grease all over my electronics, thus I need paper. I’ve tried using the browser Print from Chrome, Safari, Edge, Duck Duck Go, but the results are all bad.Thanks.
