HiI have configured workflows to send SMS when creating an event and as an reminder.When a client is booking a meeting, then this works fine.But when I‘m selecting a client directly in my calendly and adding an event for him, then only the standard-email notification is sent, no SMS. What can I do to ensure that workflows are reliably triggered and SMS messages are sent?Thanks for any ideaswerner PS: I‘m using the standard plan

I just signed up and I chose the FREE individual account. Immediately I have been registered as a FREE TRIAL for TEAMS account. I presumably will be charged when that FREE subscription expires. I don’t want to have to deal with that. I want the free account. How can I achieve this? 

Spotify for podcasters recently moved to Riverside.fm for recording. I have been using Zoom to record because of its integration with Calendly for scheduling. Can the Calendly scheduling tool integrate so the person booking receives a Riverside link instead of a Zoom link?

Hi I love the email follow ups, cancellation functions etc in Calendly and would love to take the new function of booking one off events one step further - replace what I do in Google and allow me to booking meetings directly in Calendly and then have invite emailed to the client after.I work as a coach and am sending meeting invites from Google to clients to book our pre-scheduled coaching sessions. Is this possible?If yes, it would save me a lot of manual work and so much easier to manage cancellations.Thank you  

Hello,  We have a team of 28 support agents using calendly (connected their work gmail). We also use google meet as the platform to conduct video consultations.We’ve run into an issue where we want to preserve some of their personal information (last name for example) from being visible when a call is booked. We’ve already utilized the option (within calendly) to edit the display name but this only solves 90% of the issue as personal details are still shown within their individual google accounts (seen in the google calendar invite). Google offers the option to hide first or last name, but we want to avoid this as it’s not an ideal long term solution.  To solve this issue for day to day communication we utilize alias emails and then edit the display name.An example would be: Support person name1 <company-support@company-name.com> Support person name2 <company-support@company-name.com>Is it possible to use alias emails in a similar with calendly? Hi Previously fill in the guest information on the scheduling page, just like the name, email, etc., the valid start and end time is passed instead of being prerecorded. Hello,I’ve just joined the webinar about the add in and love the functionality. I have 4 calendars connected and work daily in Outlook. When composing an email and selecting the extension I only see the meetings created via my outlook. I don’t any from my gmail. I keep getting this (below in Italics) error on every meeting request. When I see it, Calendly cancels the meeting with the requester but not with me. How can I get it to stop this?“We couldn’t add the Microsoft Teams meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event. Contact your invitees or update the calendar event to add video conferencing details.” I do’t even use Teams for the most part, can I add some other service like Zoom or Meet as a default?thanks,

Hi, I run into a problem I can't wrap my head around. So basically we are connecting young applicants with employees. When the employee decides to he wants to have a Video Call with the applicant he can click a button which triggers a Zap in Zapier.Now I'm wondering if it is possible to automatically create a meeting poll with random slots which are available to choose from. So then the applicant and employees can choose a time for the meeting and it's not in conflict with our calendar. When there is a fit between them, calendly should automatically pick a time and create an event.Is this even achievable? Actually this should be a common problem for recruiting agencies as well. Any other hints how to automate something like this? Thank you!

Is there a way to hide the emails of the attendees once I confirm a meeting poll? I don’t want the participants see their e-mail address. Right now they are in the description of the created appointment and I can’t find a way to remove them. Thank you!

When someone books an event and receives confirmation or reminder emails, the From name appears as ‘Calendly’. How do I change this to be from the name of the Team member the event is booked with?

Date overrides that I set for February, March, April, and May all just disappeared resulting in people scheduling events at times that I had previously blocked off.  I have no idea how this happens, but it has broken my trust in the application.  I shouldn’t have to check once a week to make sure my unavailable dates are still unavailable. Coming back from a trip this week and wanting to set my appointments later in the morning to readjust to the time-zone, Calendly opened up an early appointment for tomorrow that was clearly blocked off before this week. The appointment was just scheduled earlier this week making it obvious that it wasn’t open before (it would have been booked already). I don’t know what to do about this.

Is there any plan to create an event type that acts as both a round robin in terms of availability and a group to allow multiple attendees? Are there any known work arounds?   I work in a training department where a team of trainers host group trainings that multiple clients can attend. These trainings are (for the most part) recurring. For example, Group Training #1 is offered on Mondays and Tuesday at 10am and 2pm.Because we can only assign one trainer as the host of an event, the event can only be offered for that one trainer’s availability - 10 & 2. Additionally,  if the trainer wants to change their availability or switch topics with another trainer, we must create a new event which creates a new event link. We don’t want to create multiple instances of these group events because we currently use our Calendly landing page (for now). We hope to embed our event links in our own landing page soon, but are concerned with the maintenance of updating links each time trainers would l

Hey, I’m getting the “CALENDAR” troubleshooting code on this link:  But that user’s calendar has no overlapping events:  The settings are set for no buffer:  And the user set those events to “free” anyway. But the time is still blocked. Also note - the same times & same settings apply for the availability Wednesday 7/3, but those availabilities are pulling through without a problem. For some reason 7/5 is blocked but I’m not finding the reason.  What else am I missing? What might be preventing that time from showing up?Thanks for your help!

I’m planning on registering a webhook to receive “invitee.created” events in real-time for my organization.  I’m also planning to code a backup job, which can use the Calendly API to fetch invitee.created events.  That way, if for whatever reason, the webhook callbacks are lost or quit being received, the backup job can fetch the invitee information until the webhook subscription issues are resolved.How would you recommend getting the invitee created data using the API?  It appears the `activity_log_entries` endpoint does not return events, unless the event is triggered by a user, who belongs to the organization.  In my case, the people, who book a meeting/event, are not members of the organization.So, it looks like the only way to get the invitee created data is to fetch all active scheduled events using `scheduled_events` endpoint with status = active.  Then, make an individual call for each scheduled event to fetch invitees data.  If we have 100 active scheduled events, we’d need to

What does mean the fields “updated_at” “retry_started_at” in the Webhook Subscription Object?I have read the documentation but it is still not clear to me what this data represents. In what way is a subscription updated? I have not found an endpoint to update a webhook subscription, only GET or DELETE.And in the case of “retry_started_at” what does it mean? I have subscriptions in NULL in that field and others with the same date as “updated_at”. I don't understand it.Thanks for your time.
