I dont get what I am doing wrong. I have deleted all my other Calendly events. The only other Calendly event I have on this day is another event that starts at 15:00. I am trying to set up a group event to start at 12:00 for 30min. It wont allow me to do this which seems insane?  I’ve looked and looked and there are no other Calendly events for this date or time. What do I do?  

For some reason we seem to be getting all meetings from LatAm in the wrong timezone. The settings are supposed to jump to the prospects timezone. But when prospects from LatAm book, it is always out of their working hours at 2am or 4am while over here in Europe it sets at a reasonable time. This results in 100% no shows, and clients often not rebooking the meeting or rebooking it again at a time where they are not in the office. 

Is there anyway to send a reminder to a client when I’ve set up a One-Off meeting?

Hello, im making an booking app of soccer courts and want to use calendly as my solution. I need to be able to make an appointment between multiple soccer courts, each with its calendar. Suppose there is a club, that has 5 soccer courts. I want to be able to have the link of the club, where the user will choose court 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, and each one with a different calendar(They can overlap in this case, as they are different courts). Thats it bascially. However i will in the future integrate multiple clubs, and would like to know whats the best approach using calendly! Thanks.

Hi guys ! Ive added my boss’s calendar and noticed some events he has that would normally make our calendly event as unavailable that day, but somehow, it still shows my boss is available. I have trouble shoot already and also check the status of his personnal event in his agenda, it said BUSY. So technically shouldnt conflict with Calendly, but calendly still shows he is avialable. Could this be related to the fact both me and him have synchronized our agenda in this calendly event ?  Mine seems to to be ok… not sure why his doesnt synch appropropriately ?

We're currently utilizing the V1 webhook API without specifying any organization URI. If we opt to transition to the V2 webhook API to leverage its latest features, what changes should we anticipate? Would it be necessary to create an organization account, and if so, what would be the process for assigning existing users to the organization?

Hi,I want to create a meeting where people don’t have to fill in their name or e-mail adresses. I want to call them so I only need their phone number. Is it possible to exclude the name and e-mail box from the invitee questions?

This happens sporadically when a time is listed as not available when there is nothing scheduled in my linked calendar. I am not sure how to fix this since there is no conflict. Thanks!

I see no way to add my new user and her Zoom, but I am still sifting through the Tips. Do I have to cancel this new user and create an entirely new account? If so, what’s the best way to toggle back and forth to check all events? Support team uses the individual user links to help schedule overlapping events.

Hi folks, I’ve created an event and we will be using Google Meet.,I want to assign another attendee as a co-host. I found out how to do it but the Google instructions don’t seem to apply as the booking was done through Calendly, not via the Google Calendar directly. How do I get rid of this little tab thing in Chrome? It just showed up for the first time today. I don’t see a way to turn it off in the extension. Absolutely do not want this thing hovering over every single page. I’ve clicked the X and it just keeps coming back.

People are replying to the Calendly reminder txt, but I do not get those, where are those going and how can it be routing to me? People are responding to those to reschedule or send info and never get it.

I have placed multiple buttons linking to the Calendly Pop-up window script on one Wordpress Elementor built webpage. The first fires the pop-up, but the rest won’t. Is it possible that the browser blocks this because it is already pre-loading the script with the first button? An appointment of April 3, 2024 has been canceled by the Calendly system.Client has received SMS of this cancellation. I have not canceled the appointment and the cancellation is not in the system.On March 23, the appointment was rescheduled to April 3. There was no cancellation on April 3.How can a client receive a text message that the appointment has been canceled if it was not? The use case is as follows:We want our team members to schedule 1-1 session with defined mentors based on the availability from within a portal.Mentors have their own personal Calendly accounts. Its possible to schedule the meeting if they share their calendly link. But we want to track back the schedule time and capture the completion of the event assuming the mentors enabled gmeet/teams integration wit their account.

We have a book a demo button on our website. I’d like when somebody clicks that for it to pull up calendly and show all the available times that somebody could do a demo based on the availability of 3 sales reps.Is there a way for Calendly to reference multiple people’s calendars/ a shared calendar and if any of the 3 reps are available, it would show as an option for the customer to book that time?Right now, we are using round robin to assign the deals to 1 of 3 reps, and then the prospect is limited to just that person’s time which is not ideal if the other rep has more availability that matches what they are looking for.
