Hi everyone, I use Google Agenda because I find it more intuitive than other applications, but I do have a contact address (contact@xxx.com). It seems like some of my customers see my Gmail address as a contact address when they book a call with me through Calendly. Some of them send me emails on my Gmail address when they have a question. I would prefer them to see my contact address.Where can I change this?NB: the address I use to log in to my Calendly account is my business address (contact), not my Gmail address, but my Google Agenda is linked to a Gmail address (a personal one).

We have multiple events, set up as Round Robin, and most of the time these are held over the phone or a video call, but around 20% of the time, clients insist on a meeting in-person.  We have one meeting room in our office, which is a shared resource.  The Meeting Room is on our Outlook Calendar and can be “booked” and has its own diary, which can be set to “busy/available/etc”. How can we use the Round Robin (which we need, because we have multiple people offering the same consultation), while also being able to automatically check the Meeting Room for availability if a client insists on an in-person meeting? Happy to have an additional Calendly licence for the Meeting Room if required.ThanksGary

I have a client who scheduled a meeting.  They needed to reschedule but they created another meeting instead.  I am unable to delete the old meeting from Outlook.  How do I do that? Thank you

Hey y’all. Just ran a test run of my calendly...It seems like when a test gmail account receives the calendly event invite after booking, the sender name they get in their inbox with the invite is just my first name in all lower case - aka, ‘andy’I’m wondering if there’s a way to change this? It only looks like this with the Calendly invites so assume it’s got to do with Calendly settings I haven’t discovered yet. Regular emails and direct event invites from my calendly-linked gmail to this same test email show my full name with casing - e.g. Andy Smith, as it should be. Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I’m quite new to Calendly and excited to be setting it up to help facilitate scheduling events with the consultants in my department and our customers.  We have a variety of events, however, and I’m finding that the events are showing up in our calendars (we’re using Outlook, by the way, and are integrating with Calendly) as simply “Customer Name and Consultant Name”.  We have to go into the body of the meeting to see the event name.  Is there a way to customize this to show the Event Name in the Meeting Subject Line?  Even better, I would love to customize this like I can the emails in the Workflows.Thanks so much in advance for any help,Ethan

How Do I Create "Gaps" Between Appointments? For Example, I have two appointments back to back but have some travel time between. Is there a way to give lead time between appointments?

Is there a way to customize the booking form ? I want to be able to add a  pre-populated read-only or hidden field  which to be send to an external/integration system?  . 

HelloI am encountering an issue related to the unavailability feature in your new platform. Specifically, I am unable to find the previous option to block off specific dates in all calendars.Additionally, it appears that if an all-day event or multi-day event is scheduled, Calendly still offers slots for new appointments on those days. This is causing scheduling conflicts that could be avoided.Could you please assist me in resolving these issues? I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.Thank you in advance for your support.

We regularly have school classes booking our hiking trips with one host. There always are 11 slots period but i havent found a way to enable the user of paying for all slots at once. this is important for us since these are the most important type of customer, should also be in your interest.setting it all up as a group event would only regard the number of hosts, correct? CheersKarl 

Hello there!Brand new to using calendly. I have integrated 2 google calendars with my account but the times I have scheduled as “available” in calendly are not blocking those dates/times in my google calendar. How do I change this so I don’t double book something and can easily glance at my google calendar and know my open calendly dates? Thanks in advance for the help! 

If my client pre-pays for an event/appointment, if they cancel, does the Stripe integration refund their payment? If so, can I prevent this?

I have created a calendar for specific days and hours. Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00am to 05:00pm. Some people already booked but after each booked schedule, there is a 1 hour buffer, so these times are booked. Buffer before and after is not switched on. Any idea? Thanks.

Hi all ! I use calendly for my solo-business : I’m a nutrition coach. People book an consultation with me. I would like sometimes to create myself an appointment for my clients: for example I’m on the phone with them, or during a meeting, and we talk about our next session. It’s not always convenient to tell them “have a look at my calendly and pick a date”. Sometimes I’d like to go ‘OK, I’ve set our next meeting, you’ll receive a confirmation email”And I would like to do so even on timeslots that are not officially available. The ones I keep for myself.  How can I do something like that ? Thank you for your help !

Hi, I have several Event Types but, even with the Troubleshooting, I have Buffers clashing somewhere...and it’s driving me nuts trying to find what is causing it. So I am thinking that it should be easy to export my Event Type settings to a CSV. A basic requirement for any system to check the config. But I can’t find any such Export functionality. Am I being dim? I have looked everywhere. It will be a right pain to go through these manually, logging them all myself.

I need to have meetings on specific dates, not specific days of the week. Is there a way that I can do this?
