I own a gym and we use Calendly to allow new prospects to self-book a consultation by going to our website and selecting date and time from our availability. There are two of us that do the consultations, each with different availability. It’s important that the prospect knows which of us they are booking with.  Is it possible to present two different calendars reflecting our different availability? Or is there an easier/less confusing way to present this to the prospect? For example, is there a way to present a single, unified calendar then tag each availability time with who (sometimes both of us) is available? And letting them choose?

But the sender email address shows: outlook_31f7199731280c17@outlook.com instead of my company email.How can i fix this?I have already dis- and reconnected my Outlook email. Hope you can help! 

Is there any way to change an event type from a Group event to a One-on-One event once the event page has already been created and people have already started scheduling meeting times for it? This is my first time using Calendly, and I mistakenly set my event type as a group event when it should have been a one-on-one event type.  I tried to reduce the maximum number or participants for the current Group event type down to 1, but it tells me that you can’t set the maximum # of participants below 2.

Hello everybody,As an independent IT professional, Calendly is a great tool for me. Most of my customers and partners like to use my link. I also meet people in my network who already use Calendly themselves. Then the question is always: do I book with you or do you book with me? Things get really interesting when you have 3 or more professionals who have to choose a date. The host of course starts a Meeting Poll. But then the other participants have to take their calendar and manually enter their availability. Is there still an opportunity for automation here? I think there is a need for something like a Calendly Direct function. Participants should only provide their Calendly username to the host. Based on the available information, Calendly can immediately determine the next option and create an event. Participants who do not (yet) have Calendly can manually specify their availability, similar to Meeting Poll.Anyone already thought of something like this? I'm curious. Greeting,Maart

I would like to exclude one event type from my generic calendly URL (Booking page). Is there any way to do this?

I use Calendly mostly for tutoring sessions. Users can book me for an hour to ask questions or learn about Houdini software. The main structure of Calendly works great for this so far. Users can pick a time based on dates and time ranges I’ve setup, but I do get special case users that want a different day/time. I will manually setup a One-Off Meeting for these, but I lose the structure of having them go through the payment system. Is there a way to set a one-off with the same rules I’ve applied the main event options?Right now I have to send a separate paypal invoice, then check for the payment, then send the one-off URL to the user to officially book the meeting. Perhaps there’s a better way for me to handle this too? I just need to have it as automated as possible to save me time so I can focus on the work side of things.

How do I change how my scheduled appointments show up in my calendar?Right now they are showing up as; [event name] with [invitee name]orCancelled: [event name] with [invitee name] But Id much rather them show up as;[Invitee name] [invitee phone number]

It looks like the features exist within Calendly to easily do this already with team members, but my situation involves an ‘external’ host.  I’d like to have an event type where two specific hosts must be present, one is within our organization/team and the other is an external person who has their own Calendly/business already.  So I want people to be able to book calls based on when our schedules overlap and have availability, but I don’t think I can add this person as a member of our team/Calendly account specifically. How could I best make this work? 😊

I want all of the events that are made through my calendly link to be added to my Google Calendar, how can I do that?

Hi.I have a managed event shared with 2 hosts.  I’ve setup routing so that the booking is made with the best host depending on how the client answers the questions.However, if the best host for that query is fully booked, I’d like it to automatically offer a booking with the other host, based on their availability.Obviously if both hosts are fully booked, then the event is full and that is that.I don’t seem to be able to find a way to achieve this.  Hope you can help.Thanks,Shaun

Does this number the amount of events per Event type  in general or is it for every host? I mean if I put the limit at 4, would it be just 4 events top distributed between the different hosts or would it be 4 events top PER host? 

Hello, I would like to use Calendly for the following purpose. Can anyone offer some advice, please?There is a group of 6, each with a different availability. I send an availability survey once in every few months, and ask when it is most suitable for us to meet. Right now, I am looking at the period between January 1 and April 30, 2024. I want to offer biweekly meetings based on their availability. It will look like this: “Let’s meet up biweekly for 2 hours, anytime between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm, starting from January 1, 2024 till April 30, 2024.”Something like recurring meetings, you know, I give them the 5 pm to 10 pm time for all days of the week, and each will make their own choices. 5-7 or 6-8 or 7-9 or 8-10. I successfully used the webhook callback API with signing_key verification a few days ago. But now, for some reason, the signing key changes with every callback making me reject the call.What could possibly be the cause? Hallo zusammen, ich bin neu hier und habe mein calendly account mit ms-office-365-business gekoppelt. wie kann ich in calendly alle verfügbaren Termine angezeigt bekommen, auch wenn in outlook einige als “beschäftigt” markiert sind?Eigentlich möchte ich bis auf weiteres, dass immer alle in calendly auch angezeigt werden. I'd like to set up an automated system for sending confirmation emails as soon as a customer registers for an event and makes their selections.This functionality would also enable me to respond later with a "yes" or "no" status, to explicitly confirm that the customer's choices have been taken into account.

I have Calendly connected to two Google calendars. On one of the calendars, I have a block of time in the morning, 9-10:30am every day, where I’d like to make it available for Calendly to book but still marked “busy” on that origin calendar so that people within that org won’t book over it via Google Calendar.Is this possible to achieve in Calendly somehow?
