I am using a routing form to help our SDRs pick the correct round robin event link for the prospect they are speaking with. The issue I am running into is that most of the fields for the routing form are pre-filled in the URL by our CRM to keep errors and SDR time to a minimum. The issue I am having is that I have a custom field in the Routing form for Company Name and in the Invitee form as well. I need it in the invitee form but there does not appear to be a way to pre-fill that through the Routing form. It automatically does Name and Email but not custom field mapping. I am already successfully pre-populating the routing form and I can successfully pre-populate the invitee form but not when it sits behind a routing form.Is there a way, I am missing, to do this?

I am trying to figure out if this is even possible on Calendly. I have tried reaching out via their Contact Us Chat, but cannot get a live agent. I am in charge of trying to set up and create an online booking link for our organization. We have multiple locations, therefore multiple users. What we want is ONE single booking link we can put on our main website, and when a customer clicks that, they can then select either the user (based on location) or the location they want to schedule at and then proceed with selecting the appointment type and scheduling. I created managed events and assigned then to a person to test, but I do not see anywhere on the admin side to copy and use a booking link to the managed events? Is this even an option on Calendly? If not, then it is not what we are looking for.

Hi - I’m sure this question has been posed, but I cannot find anything within the community pages or I’ve used the wrong search terms.  Here goes, is there a way to reorder the main scheduling/booking page?  And, as a follow up, what display order does the main booking page use (chronological/alphabetical)? As a coach, I want my discovery session event displayed first; however, given I have ~six additional live event types visible, created after I created the discovery session event, it shows toward the bottom of the page (and most people tend not to scroll down when I embed the booking page on my website). I am open to any workarounds or alternative suggestions. Thanks in advance,Alexis

Hello Everyone, We are 3 consultants available. One attendee schedules a meeting, and we internally choose who will meet with this one lead, our event type selected is collective.The problem I have is that if consultant #1 is the zoom host, and even though multiple hosts are selected, when consultant #2 or #3 join without consultant #1, it shows “waiting for host to start the meeting”. PLEASE HELP!!! I need to have my staff sign up for a 3 hour shift each day (M-F) that doesn’t affect me or my personal schedule.  Can I set up an event that doesn’t sync with my schedule but still allows me to see the calendar and shifts for that event? Do I need a blank calendar to use? How do I switch to that one for JUST THAT EVENT?

When I set up the calendar, I set a schedule of times and dates that I am available. It worked at first, but when I looked at my calendar this morning, it shows that I am available on days that I´m not, and at times that I´m not.Is there something I´m doing wrong, or is it something I can fix?Thanks.

I’d like to have a suggested price for an event but allow users to pay what they want. Is that available in Calendly?

Hello,The default Routing response analysis is very nice.  My use case with Routing Forms, however, involves a lot of testing.  I’d like the ability to remove these test responses from the client response analysis.Easy enough to export and clean up the data, but I’d like to be able to simply delete these test responses once a routing form is deployed (or as it gets updated and tested).I see the routing form submission GET endpoints in the API, but no DELETE endpoint.I see no option in the Routing Forms GUI to select and delete responses.Are we NOT able to manage these Routing responses within Calendly at all?Thanks - would be nice to just know one way or the other for certain!

I am trying to set up on average 3 days each month that I am available for calls. The rest of the time I want blocked out as unavailable to meet. Will the free plan work for this?On the free plan I’ve been playing around and went in and set my availability to 1 day in January and 1 day in February. When I use the link that will be sent to clients, it shows no availability for either of those days. Any idea on what’s going wrong?

I would like to create One-on-Ones for my Team Page but it’s not an option? How can I do that so it shows on my whole team’s page?

Hi,  I read this thread but didn’t quite find the answer I’m looking for, hence this question.We use Calendly to schedule sales demos. Each person’s demo is scheduled in their personal calendar. I want to also add those invites to a shared company calendar, which will be the same for all our team members, so we can all see the whole demo schedule and organize our operations.Is that possible? We use Google Calendars for this.

On the 13th of December I made a new workflow. Does this workflow also take the desired action on events already booked at that time? Or only on new booked events?

Trying to create a Team Page. Instructions on Calendly site say “From any Calendly page, select your My Calendly drop down menu, then select + New team.” The My Calendly drop down menu I get does not have a New Team option. It only shows Event Type, One-off Meeting, and Meeting Poll. Help! Time critical!

I own a gym and we use Calendly to allow new prospects to self-book a consultation by going to our website and selecting date and time from our availability. There are two of us that do the consultations, each with different availability. It’s important that the prospect knows which of us they are booking with.  Is it possible to present two different calendars reflecting our different availability? Or is there an easier/less confusing way to present this to the prospect? For example, is there a way to present a single, unified calendar then tag each availability time with who (sometimes both of us) is available? And letting them choose?

But the sender email address shows: outlook_31f7199731280c17@outlook.com instead of my company email.How can i fix this?I have already dis- and reconnected my Outlook email. Hope you can help! 

Is there any way to change an event type from a Group event to a One-on-One event once the event page has already been created and people have already started scheduling meeting times for it? This is my first time using Calendly, and I mistakenly set my event type as a group event when it should have been a one-on-one event type.  I tried to reduce the maximum number or participants for the current Group event type down to 1, but it tells me that you can’t set the maximum # of participants below 2.

Hello everybody,As an independent IT professional, Calendly is a great tool for me. Most of my customers and partners like to use my link. I also meet people in my network who already use Calendly themselves. Then the question is always: do I book with you or do you book with me? Things get really interesting when you have 3 or more professionals who have to choose a date. The host of course starts a Meeting Poll. But then the other participants have to take their calendar and manually enter their availability. Is there still an opportunity for automation here? I think there is a need for something like a Calendly Direct function. Participants should only provide their Calendly username to the host. Based on the available information, Calendly can immediately determine the next option and create an event. Participants who do not (yet) have Calendly can manually specify their availability, similar to Meeting Poll.Anyone already thought of something like this? I'm curious. Greeting,Maart

I would like to exclude one event type from my generic calendly URL (Booking page). Is there any way to do this?

I use Calendly mostly for tutoring sessions. Users can book me for an hour to ask questions or learn about Houdini software. The main structure of Calendly works great for this so far. Users can pick a time based on dates and time ranges I’ve setup, but I do get special case users that want a different day/time. I will manually setup a One-Off Meeting for these, but I lose the structure of having them go through the payment system. Is there a way to set a one-off with the same rules I’ve applied the main event options?Right now I have to send a separate paypal invoice, then check for the payment, then send the one-off URL to the user to officially book the meeting. Perhaps there’s a better way for me to handle this too? I just need to have it as automated as possible to save me time so I can focus on the work side of things.

How do I change how my scheduled appointments show up in my calendar?Right now they are showing up as; [event name] with [invitee name]orCancelled: [event name] with [invitee name] But Id much rather them show up as;[Invitee name] [invitee phone number]

It looks like the features exist within Calendly to easily do this already with team members, but my situation involves an ‘external’ host.  I’d like to have an event type where two specific hosts must be present, one is within our organization/team and the other is an external person who has their own Calendly/business already.  So I want people to be able to book calls based on when our schedules overlap and have availability, but I don’t think I can add this person as a member of our team/Calendly account specifically. How could I best make this work? 😊

I want all of the events that are made through my calendly link to be added to my Google Calendar, how can I do that?
