Hi.I have a managed event shared with 2 hosts.  I’ve setup routing so that the booking is made with the best host depending on how the client answers the questions.However, if the best host for that query is fully booked, I’d like it to automatically offer a booking with the other host, based on their availability.Obviously if both hosts are fully booked, then the event is full and that is that.I don’t seem to be able to find a way to achieve this.  Hope you can help.Thanks,Shaun

Does this number the amount of events per Event type  in general or is it for every host? I mean if I put the limit at 4, would it be just 4 events top distributed between the different hosts or would it be 4 events top PER host? 

Hello, I would like to use Calendly for the following purpose. Can anyone offer some advice, please?There is a group of 6, each with a different availability. I send an availability survey once in every few months, and ask when it is most suitable for us to meet. Right now, I am looking at the period between January 1 and April 30, 2024. I want to offer biweekly meetings based on their availability. It will look like this: “Let’s meet up biweekly for 2 hours, anytime between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm, starting from January 1, 2024 till April 30, 2024.”Something like recurring meetings, you know, I give them the 5 pm to 10 pm time for all days of the week, and each will make their own choices. 5-7 or 6-8 or 7-9 or 8-10. Then, the day and hours that gets most participants will be selected every other week.The outcome will look like this:Mon-Jan 8:          5-7 pmWed-Jan 24:        8-10 pmTue-Feb 6:           5-7 pmMon-Feb 19:       6-8 pm etc. etc.Is there a way to do this? if not Calendly, w

I successfully used the webhook callback API with signing_key verification a few days ago. But now, for some reason, the signing key changes with every callback making me reject the call.What could possibly be the cause? Hallo zusammen, ich bin neu hier und habe mein calendly account mit ms-office-365-business gekoppelt. wie kann ich in calendly alle verfügbaren Termine angezeigt bekommen, auch wenn in outlook einige als “beschäftigt” markiert sind?Eigentlich möchte ich bis auf weiteres, dass immer alle in calendly auch angezeigt werden. I'd like to set up an automated system for sending confirmation emails as soon as a customer registers for an event and makes their selections.This functionality would also enable me to respond later with a "yes" or "no" status, to explicitly confirm that the customer's choices have been taken into account.

I have Calendly connected to two Google calendars. On one of the calendars, I have a block of time in the morning, 9-10:30am every day, where I’d like to make it available for Calendly to book but still marked “busy” on that origin calendar so that people within that org won’t book over it via Google Calendar.Is this possible to achieve in Calendly somehow?

hi, im a therapist and need to know how to stop clients from cancelling their appointments on my calendly within 24 hours of our appointment. is there a feature on calendly to set a time limit to cancellations? 

I'm an admin and cannot access the 'all users and events' anymore.  I get an error when I click on that link telling me to upgrade.  I have always been able to go into the 'all' before?

Hi everyone, I use Google Agenda because I find it more intuitive than other applications, but I do have a contact address (contact@xxx.com). It seems like some of my customers see my Gmail address as a contact address when they book a call with me through Calendly. Some of them send me emails on my Gmail address when they have a question. I would prefer them to see my contact address.Where can I change this?NB: the address I use to log in to my Calendly account is my business address (contact), not my Gmail address, but my Google Agenda is linked to a Gmail address (a personal one).

We have multiple events, set up as Round Robin, and most of the time these are held over the phone or a video call, but around 20% of the time, clients insist on a meeting in-person.  We have one meeting room in our office, which is a shared resource.  The Meeting Room is on our Outlook Calendar and can be “booked” and has its own diary, which can be set to “busy/available/etc”. How can we use the Round Robin (which we need, because we have multiple people offering the same consultation), while also being able to automatically check the Meeting Room for availability if a client insists on an in-person meeting? Happy to have an additional Calendly licence for the Meeting Room if required.ThanksGary

I have a client who scheduled a meeting.  They needed to reschedule but they created another meeting instead.  I am unable to delete the old meeting from Outlook.  How do I do that? Thank you

Hey y’all. Just ran a test run of my calendly...It seems like when a test gmail account receives the calendly event invite after booking, the sender name they get in their inbox with the invite is just my first name in all lower case - aka, ‘andy’I’m wondering if there’s a way to change this? It only looks like this with the Calendly invites so assume it’s got to do with Calendly settings I haven’t discovered yet. Regular emails and direct event invites from my calendly-linked gmail to this same test email show my full name with casing - e.g. Andy Smith, as it should be. Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I’m quite new to Calendly and excited to be setting it up to help facilitate scheduling events with the consultants in my department and our customers.  We have a variety of events, however, and I’m finding that the events are showing up in our calendars (we’re using Outlook, by the way, and are integrating with Calendly) as simply “Customer Name and Consultant Name”.  We have to go into the body of the meeting to see the event name.  Is there a way to customize this to show the Event Name in the Meeting Subject Line?  Even better, I would love to customize this like I can the emails in the Workflows.Thanks so much in advance for any help,Ethan

How Do I Create "Gaps" Between Appointments? For Example, I have two appointments back to back but have some travel time between. Is there a way to give lead time between appointments?

Is there a way to customize the booking form ? I want to be able to add a  pre-populated read-only or hidden field  which to be send to an external/integration system?  . 

HelloI am encountering an issue related to the unavailability feature in your new platform. Specifically, I am unable to find the previous option to block off specific dates in all calendars.Additionally, it appears that if an all-day event or multi-day event is scheduled, Calendly still offers slots for new appointments on those days. This is causing scheduling conflicts that could be avoided.Could you please assist me in resolving these issues? We regularly have school classes booking our hiking trips with one host. There always are 11 slots period but i havent found a way to enable the user of paying for all slots at once. this is important for us since these are the most important type of customer, should also be in your interest.setting it all up as a group event would only regard the number of hosts, correct? CheersKarl
