Hey Calpal, We're excited to share that based on your requests, we've expanded Meeting Limits to help you keep a balance schedule. No more meeting overload! Similar to other availability settings, you now have Meeting Limit options both at the account level and the Event Type level.[NEW!] Meeting Limits for your account. On your Availability page, add Meeting Limits to cap bookings across ALL Event Types. Think of these limits as your top-level booking guardrails. Meeting Limits for an Event Type. In your Event Type editor, add Meeting Limits to cap bookings for that single Event Type. Think of these as your meeting-specific booking controls. We’ve implemented:Two-factor authentication (2FA) Login verification for email + password users What is two-factor authentication (2FA) and why should I use it? If your login is your front door then 2FA is both the lock and the deadbolt for your account. When you turn it on, you’ll enter your password plus a one-time code from an authenticator app, ie. Google Authenticator.Cause: Passwords can be guessed or stolen.Effect: A code from your phone ensures only you can log in.Even if you don’t enable 2FA, you might still see a one-time code email

If you're on a paid Calendly plan, you can now add up to four meeting duration options to a single Event Type, so invitees can pick the time that works best for them, and you can simplify scheduling without managing a bunch of links. Meeting with the same users frequently? Want to follow up with someone you met with a few weeks ago? With Calendly's Contacts feature, you can easily view meeting details, track scheduling history, and schedule follow-ups with your contacts. This feature helps you stay organized and ready for your meetings. Through the contacts page, there are two ways to book meetings with your clients. You’ll have the option to:Book Meeting - This books a meeting instantly with the contact that you’ve selected Share Availability - This sends an email to the client with a booking link to prompt them to book a meeting with you Both options have their own uses, so I’ve added walkthroughs on both below: To share availability: Navigate to your Contacts tab. Select Share availability next to the contact you are looking to reach out to. Select the event you want your invitee to schedule with you. Select Next. Hiya! You might have noticed that your homepage has changed. We’ve made a few updates to simplify your experience and bring related tools closer together. These changes are designed to help you find what you need faster, take action with fewer clicks, and streamline your scheduling workflow. Here’s what’s new: What’s up with all these new names?Your homepage has a new name — what was once “Event Types” is now called "Scheduling." This better reflects everything you can now do from this page, which goes beyond just creating and managing Event Types. To Share Your Link from the Calendly Website To share the link to your: Landing page (that lists all events you offer), on the right side of your Scheduling page is the ellipses that hold a drop down menu. That drop down contains the option to copy your landing page’s link. A specific type of event, on the Calendly Scheuling page, find the event you want to share and select Copy Link. How to Clone an Event TypeTo clone an event type, click the gear ellipses all the way to the right of the event type > click “Duplicate”:Once you’ve done this, the cloned event type will automatically pop up and you will be able to edit any/all sections you please (name, description, duration, availability, booking notifications and so on). 💡 Tip: Your booking pages link will not dynamically change with the event name. When cloning your event type, be sure to also update the booking page link in the “Booking page options” section of your event type editor. The No-show trigger for Zapier allows you to automate follow-up processes for those unfortunate times when invitees miss their scheduled meetings. Whether you want to automate follow-up emails, updating a CRM, sending an invoice for missing the meeting, or using one of the 6000+ Zapier automations, it’s here and ready to go.
