I see that we cannot offer clients multiple options of payment. Are there any plans in the future to add this functionality? I need to offer the option to pay via cash or etransfer after booking as well as both Stripe and Paypal. I have read about routing forms but that is not ideal for my business and the number of events/services I offer.
Hello,As an expert in on-page conversion tactics, it’s great that the calendar can appear next to a certain type of appointment people can book. They see the title, if they want to pay to book it, they see the dates available and then the hours, then they pay and it books. But if I have 5 types of appointments (75 mins, 45 mins, in person, over the phone, etc.) there should be a way to list those right there to the left of the calendar and the person hits the radio button next to it (making each type of appt. mutually exclusive) and then book it without leaving the page.Am I going to have to hire a developer to see if this is possible and pay them for such a basic, common-sense type of feature?thanks
I’m a Territory Sales Rep and use Calendly to organize bookings for the different metros I cover. Is there a way to have a routing form directly on my landing page? I understand you can embed a form into a website with the code widget, but I’m wanting a routing form link to appear on my native Calendly landing page link. TIA for the help.
Hi there - I sent out a poll invite link over instagram for my followers to sign up. I got responses but I don’t see anywhere where I can find their emails so I can give them updates/ask questions for scheduling. How do I reach out to them? Side note, you should really be able to add custom fields in their responses like if they want to provide more information. Specifically I wanted to request their phone numbers so I could text them.
Hi everyone,I’m integrating Calendly into my website to allow visitors to book appointments directly. I’ve used the embed code provided by Calendly, and it’s working fine. However, I’ve noticed a slight delay in page load times since adding the embed. Here’s what I’m currently doing:Using the inline embed option to display the booking widget on a dedicated page. My website is built on WordPress, and I added the embed code using a custom HTML block. The problem is:Page load times have increased by about 1-2 seconds since embedding Calendly. Tools like Google PageSpeed Insights are flagging external scripts as the cause.I’d love advice on:Optimizing the Calendly embed for faster load times. Whether there’s a way to lazy-load the widget so it doesn’t affect initial page rendering. Any alternative methods for integrating Calendly that might perform better.Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi,I’m experiencing an issue with availability settings on my website, where I’ve integrated Calendly for scheduling appointments. Here’s the problem:I’ve set my availability in Calendly to specific time slots 9 AM - 5 PM. My account is set to the correct time zone CST. The embed on my website displays the scheduling widget correctly. However, when users from different time zones try to book, the available slots either don’t reflect their local time properly or show as unavailable. I’ve double-checked the time zone settings in my Calendly account and confirmed that my calendar is synced correctly (Google Calendar). Is there a specific setting I’m missing to ensure that availability updates dynamically for users in different time zones? Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello, we use Calendly to book appointments from our web page. One of the “drop down” questions on the page are “What services do you require” and it lists our services. We have a new service and I need to know how to add it to our drop down list. Any help out there?
I have my hours of availability set from 9-4, M-Thurs and 9-1 on Friday. For some reason, my calendar only shows 2 hours available on Mon and Thursday (9AM and 10AM). Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are accurate. There is nothing on my google calendar or in my Calendly settings that would blocking out any of the times on Monday or Thursday that I can see. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I have a program video (I’m a parent coach) that I like potential clients to watch before they schedule an initial consultation with me. It’s on YouTube (but I also have it on my computer). Is there any way to add that to the booking page? So when they go to book, they first see the video (or see it along with the info I write out)? Google says yes but I can’t actually find a way to do this.
Hello, complete newbie here... I own a fitness studio and am interested in using Calendy for class attendance. If I create a group event on the calendar for a fitness class and then I have a client that does not sign up but just drops in, how do I add them after the class to keep my roster accurate for better analytics? Is this possible? I also have Pabbly plus (a Zapier like app) if that helps to connect/ automate anything? Is there a tutorial available? Any suggestions? Best Practices this? For recurring classes?
I am trying to follow Calendly’s instructions on how to sync calendars. It says, go to your profile picture and from the dropdown menu click Calendar Sync… there is no calendar sync tab in my drop down menu. And when I click more settings, there is no calendar sync tab. Please help!
WhatsApp is a major communication channel in India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America. We schedule many meetings and want to send WhatsApp reminders to attendees to ensure maximum turnout. Currently, we use Zixflow via Make to send these messages, but there is no direct integration yet. We have requested the Calendly team to integrate with Zixflow, which is a straightforward WhatsApp platform. If you think this integration would benefit your workflow, please request it to calendly team, Here is the link to vote for it.
I have not understood the scenario of seats when I buy a plan. How will it work?Like we create an event and 10 people join it, will 10 seats be covered in it?Please explain this
I saw two different posts about restricting the types of emails (e.g. non Gmail) that can request a booking. Has this feature been implemented? If not, I vote that it be added.
Have successfully integrated Calendly + Outlook, however when someone books through Calendly there are no invitees / people listed in the Outlook calendar event (not even the person who booked it!!) The event in Calendly also says “0 non-hosts” Please help!
Hello!I’ve synced my Google Calendar to my Calendly. However whenever I enter meetings in my Google Calendar (yes, I marked each event as “busy” and not “free” - I checked), Calendly doesn’t sync and leaves those time slots free. Now i’m getting people booking via my Calendly link some meetings in time slots that are not actually available because conflicting with other meetings. I then have to contact each person, cancel, apologize profusely for the mistake, reschedule with them etc… It is a mess and wasting me a huge amount of time + making me look really disorganized. How do I fix this urgently, PLEASE?!
Hello everyone, I have been struggling to understand how to let Calendly automatically send the calendar invites upon booking using my company email. So far just my gmail keeps sending the confirmation email, while I login to my calendly with my company email. Any advice? or is it even possible? thanks
I have had 7-8 meeting booked in a row. Some have addresses, some have fdsa or some variation of those same letters in the comments. The phone number goes to the contact, but they say they never booked the meeting. The addresses when given are from our state but not our area. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
Over the last few months I’ve had the same person (a local stranger) book 10 different in-person appointments in my calendar and he hasn’t shown up to any of them. From his answers to the questions he needs to complete the booking, I believe he is a real person, not a scammer or a bot, however I’m wasting mine and my staff’s time with him not showing up and he doesn’t reply to our emails. I also have automated reminders set for 24 and 12 hours before. How can I automatically reject or block his email address when he tries to sign up for further appointments? Or can I block keywords from being able to submit the form, that would work too. Unfortunately I need to keep it as a free booking event because it’s lead-based.

Dear Calendly Team,We are big fans of Calendly and believe your platform would be even more useful if it were available in Basque. We think that translating Calendly into Basque would significantly expand its reach and demonstrate a strong commitment to linguistic diversity. Our team is eager to collaborate on the translation process to ensure that the Basque version is accurate and reflects Basque culture. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this possibility with you. Thank you.
I’m scheduling a two hour workshop for February 2, 2025. When I set up the event I created date-specific hours from 11 - 1. However, when I preview the event the calendar is showing no available dates in February. What should I do?
Why are these orange exclamation popints showing up here?Is this just because there are not a lot of scheduling availabilities for these round-robin events? Why is there no documentation of this or inline helper text?Of note, when I click the alert it just takes me to the event’s routing logic configuration page, and when I check the events page, there ae no alert symbols. What are you trying to tell us, Calendly??? It is December and folks are noting on their calendas e.g. x-mas/new year’s vacation this month, so this seems a plausible reason, however, I can find NO documentation detailing what the waning indicates.Any ideas? Thanks!
We've encountered a limitation with the Calendly-Zoom integration that’s impacting our team. The Zoom Meeting Summary feature, which significantly improves our Support team’s operating efficiency, isn't automatically enabled when meetings are scheduled via Calendly, despite being configured as such on the Zoom-end.Zoom Support confirmed that this is due to Calendly not passing the necessary API parameter to auto-start the meeting summary: Upon further checking, for meetings that are scheduled using calendly, they use our API to schedule a meeting for the user. The meeting create request JSON has not passed "auto_start_meeting_summary":"true" so the summary didn’t start automatically. It seems Calendly does not support this scheduling option yet. For this setting to be integrated within the system of Calendly, you may need to contact them (Calendly Support) directly. Calendly Support informed me that altering this behavior is considered a feature request. This functionality would benefit
I have made certain dates unavailable on my calendly calendar, deleted hours avail for each date and they are still appearing as available
