I have a use case that calls for 1, 2, or 3 calendars to be shown for one question.For example, if a prospective customer wants to schedule an in-home appointment based on zip-code, some zip codes are serviced by more than one estimator. If one of the estimators is on vacation, or booked out for a few days/weeks, my client wants it to show another calendar with more times.So I need the calendar to offer next available times from several calendars. Is that possible? If so, how?

When a Prospect books a new Intro meeting with me, I have to manually add 4 other people to the invite (Execs and Admins). These same four should be added to each invite automatically. How can this be done? 

The current default on any new invite is “My Name + the Full Name of the person booking the invite”. For example, some books a new appointment and they get an invite that has “My Name and Their Name”. I end up having to fix the Subject Line so it is more specific to the meeting. For example, I would change it to: “Google Meet: My Company Name + Their Name”. How can I change the default subject line and add a personalization field (i.e. “Their Name” which is what they entered in the form field when they booked the appointment).

Why doesn’t calendly allow for booking accommodations? Users should be able to simply select one event per calendar day in contiguous blocks. I know a lot of other people are trying to solve that problem but it would be nice to get that feature. 

Hey there, I´m hosting a coaching program and for the one-on-one coachings I created with each coach their individual Calendly booking page so that the participants could book their sessions with them. But now there are coming up more and more problems I never experienced with Calendly so I was wondering if anyone have had the same issues lately or knows how to solve them. The main issues we had were:the Calendly site was or is currently offline and just shows “404 page currently not available” even when the coach logs in and tries to refresh the link when booked an appointment the coach received an confirmation mail that someone booked a session with them. The participants who booked the session didn't get any sort of confirmation mail or calendar invite or link for zoom / google meets etc. All they got was the confirmation on the Calendly website after booking. the coaches got a confirmation for a different time slot. e.g. the participant booked an appointment at 10pm and in the conf

As a product marketer, I’m almost never an admin for anything. That great power usually lies with my ops and IT counterparts, and they do a great job keeping the trains running + the likes of me aligned with process and protocol. That said, there’s a little thrill I get when something like Calendly’s event type permissions gets democratized and rolled out for non-admins like me 💃🏻What does this mean? What power did I inherit overnight? It means that I can now grant any of my teammates view or edit access to any of my event types. It’s kind of like granting permissions to a file or folder online, same idea:Just as a normal, regular user -- on a standard or above plan -- with no admin controls needed. How awesome is that? I sit in on enough user calls to know that when teammates need access to each others’ event types, they typically resort to pretty manual workarounds. Like keeping a spreadsheet, doc, pinned Slack note, or post-it with a list of other people’s scheduling links. I love

Where can I find the time and date of a canceled meeting? In the event export, I can see the start/end time of the meeting, when it was created, if it was canceled (TRUE/FALSE), and who canceled it. Now, I am looking for a way to see the date and time of the canceled event. Where can I find this?

As a… Calendly AdminI would like… for users to be able to select pre-configured events when creating one-off meetingsSo I can... reduce the number of event types I have to create For example: Our SDRs book demo’s on behalf of sales reps. These demo invites need to include the SDR and have a consistent formatting. To minimize risk and manual entry for SDRs, I have to create a separate event type for each SDR * AE pairing. It’s tedious. If a third person needs to be added to an event, SDRs will need to edit the resulting google invite or create the demo meeting from scratch. Potential Alternative: Let users select an existing event type to act as a template. This would bring in the duration, location, event description, communication settings, etc. For 1 BILLION Bonus Points: It would be amazing if these one-off meetings could be launched from contact (HubSpot) records such that the prospect email, name, and company owner is auto-filled.

I’ve marked myself as unavailable for a seires of days where I’ll be at meetings. Yet when the client gets the link to schedule an appointment those days still show up as available. How do we fix this? I’m not synced with any particular calendar. I just have them schedule and I get an email then enter into my calendar manually.  

We use Calendly across business development, customer success, marketing, hiring, and customer support. Pretty much anytime we need to schedule a time for any reason. We almost always have HubSpot and Zoom integrated to make things easier ongoing. Here’s how that plays out: Business Development: It starts with a routing form on our demo page. We ask for minimal information, then route the inbound prospect to the appropriate event (and accordingly the right rep) by company size. Reps will also share their individual Calendly links when pitching or responding to inbound leads (they typically keep 2 events on their personal links, for a 15-minute call and a 25-minute demo). Customer Success:  We offer free onboarding and training for everyone, so there’s some automated and personal outreach to all new customers, trying to get them onto on a group training. Then for larger accounts, we’ll work with them 1-on-1 to make sure all their employees/team/locations/etc. are setup as needed. Later

How do you create a better-looking calendar invitation? When I add the privacy statement, signature and such the format and spacing is awful. What can I do to make it look professional? 

From which setting can I merge my different event types into one calender. For example if an hour is booked on event 1, it should be unavailable on event 2. Is this an automated setting or do I have to do it manually? I use standard plan.

My appointments are getting set and into my calendar, however they don't include the invitee email address so they’re missing the events. I can add it in if I notice. However this should be automated. What do I need to do?  I guess its a setting I need to change?hanksAl

We are having an issue where a single event type booked only in calendly is allowing multiple people to sign up for the same time slot.  The emails we received notifying of someone booking were over 10 hours apart.  The bookings are both through calendly same event same time slot two different clients. This has happened multiple times this week and has never occurred before.

Hi - I have 4-8+ event types that are used the most; almost all of them have custom hours. What I’ve found is that since my availability tends to be all over the map in calendly, I’d like to streamline when I’m available for calls, and do an audit on when I have the most calls, most productive calls, etc.  So. I’d like to see all of my availability in a spreadsheet without having to open each event, copy-paste info, then repeat, etc. I want to compare all availability to then streamline it. Any suggestions of how I can do this easily? Thanks!

I just spent two days attempting to cancel a single invitee via an HTTP request and FINALLY got it to work! I just want to make a post so that others know it’s possible.
