How Do I...?

Good afternoon,From what I have been reading, it doesn’t look like there is any way to use logic, or if/then, with Workflows. I’ve considered whether Zapier might help, but I don’t think it will. So, I’m posting here to see if there is a potential solution I haven’t thought of, or a better way to achieve the below.When a client schedules a meeting, they set a location: in person at my office, on Zoom, telephone. What I wanted to do was, if they set a meeting in person, I wanted a custom email to go to them with parking instructions, and instructions on how to get from the parking lot to my office (it isn’t intuitive). I see no need for this information to go to someone who books Zoom/telephone. So, that’s use case #1.Separately, if a client schedules a telephone meeting, AND invites another person, I was hoping to give my conference line details, so that the parties can all dial in to one number, instead of me having to gather their phone numbers are do a manual

My personal account has been changed to an organizational account which I never subscribed to?  How do I delete it?

Is there a way to limit how many times a user can reschedule a particular meeting?

Hi everyone, I created my first routing form recently and noticed that on mobile views—and only on mobile!—the menu that displays your dropdown choices appears at the bottom of the view when the user clicks or taps the field. This is an extremely non-standard behavior for a very well-defined and established UI paradigm of dropdown buttons where clicking a dropdown field will either expand from the field where the user clicked or in a worst case scenario, pop some kind of modal dialog. Calendly does neither here and confusingly shows the button at the bottom of the page. This should be reconsidered because it’s confusing to users and does not provide any kind of meaningful improvement to the experience. You can see in my screenshot here that he desktop and tablet-width views both operate in a standard way when clicking the first dropdown menu at the top of the form, so the mobile behavior working like this is also an inconsistency that’s

I’ve had prospects for several days running tell me that the calendly service wouldn’t let them book. I have checked my account, and it’s active and all integrations are connected. Anyone else having issues with the core booking service this week?

I have a required entry in the booking page asking who referred the client.  Is there a way to run a report to gather that information?

All of a sudden I have people scheduling using a calendar link and their email is not included on the Invite so they are not receiving the invitation. I have checked the event in calendly and the e-mail address is a required field. How do I fix this

Hi teamI’ve followed the steps to connect both my Google calendars to Calendly (and, yes, I’ve disconnected and reconnected them). It says in the Availability section that it’s ready (see below). However, my meetings sections shows a blank, even though there’s multiple meetings in both calendars already.Can you please support?Thanks

How do I add an appointment on an established meeting

It seems that my text/SMS reminders are not working for some reason. I created some test appointments for myself, the email reminders are working ok, but not the text/SMS reminders. Is anyone else in the UK experiencing this? I've got the text/SMS reminder switched on for each meeting type. I also set up a workflow for confirmation text/SMS messages but that's not working either. I'd be ever so grateful for any guidance. Thank You :-)

I can not access my free account

Hi, is anyone else experiencing an ‘oops something went wrong - server error’ message when scheduling meetings today? I’ve been trying to reschedule a meeting, and got the server error message using both the app and the web browser.  it’s let me cancel the meeting completely, and now it wont accept the meeting for the new chosen date and time. many thanks, Laura

Any changes i make on the scheduling page shows the error “There is an error in this section”.I have tried clearing cache from my browser, logged in - logged out of the site, reloaded the page, but no changes are being submitted. Cant even make changes in the Duration and Location sections of the page.I've had that schedule for years now and it is only today that this error is being shown. I don't know what to do. 

Good day! I think I understand how multiple event types are to be used. However, I’d like to see various ways that websites use them. Can someone please recommend sites that I might view as examples? This would be so helpful. Thanks so much!

While making changes in my schedule the error saying “there is an error in this section” keeps popping up. I am not sure what is the issue. 

I’m working on next year’s calendar and need to block our December 2026 holiday dates, but the calendar view will go only as far as November 2026. Please help! 

We have a custom cancellation message that gets sent out on any cancellation event, but it is only intended for the cases where _we_ need to cancel an event, not for cases when a user cancels. The notification is confusing in the latter context which requires its own suited cancellation confirmation notification.Is there a way to issue context-relevant cancellation notifications based on whether a cancellation is triggered by us or the user?

Hi there - I need to view meeting poll responses in a grid rather than on a calendar or as a list. Often, I’m scheduling meetings with a variety of external partners and need to apply some “if-then” logic (e.g. if at least one person from each partner organization can come, the date works), and the list or calendar view makes this difficult.Is this possible and if not, can it be added please?

What does this mean as it prevent me for moving further into my scheduling
