You’ve sent out your Calendly to book or perhaps you’ve just scheduled the perfect time on someone else’s Calendly. And ding! The confirmation email arrives, but not with the time you were expecting. You could have sworn you’d picked noon your time? Why is it saying 1pm? 4pm? Why is it saying the wrong time?!In this article, we’re going to troubleshoot why sometimes appointments and confirmations don’t appear to line up and what to do either as the invitee/attendee or the host. Who is this article for? All users, regardless of plan type or role on plan, are impacted by time zones. This article is for all Calendly users. How are time zones detected?Whether you’re the host or invitee/attendee, time zones are detected by checking your device settings and synced calendars. Calendly refuses to let me restart my subscription, due to a 'Billing Server Error'

I have tried many times both yesterday and today, to restart the subscription that I paused over the holiday period. Calendly keeps giving me a "Billing server error. Please try again." error. I’ve double-checked my company card details and limits and everything is in order - it’s the same card that was working previously for my recurring Calendly billing when my subscription was active a month ago. I keep trying to reach human support through the chatbot about this, it never directs me to anyone. I also can't find any bug report flow within the app. Calendly team - please can you direct this to the right people to get it fixed, so I can get my subscription back up and running soon? I need it for an email send, and if it still continues to fail I’ll need to turn to an alternative solution to get the job done.

Maximum bookings per week

I saw numerous posts asking for this feature in the past, which I realize wasn’t happening for a while. This page in the help center on December 10, 2024, though, suggested that the ability to limit events by week had been added. When I look at my event menus, however, there is nothing for “More options” at the bottom. The menu for limiting max number of events is constrained to day, and the organization of options is not like they described in this post. Am I just missing something…? Has anyone gotten this to work?

Calendly does not synch with my calendar

My calendly shows meeting timeslot even if I am actually booked for othermeetings or I am busy. I tried to update the Busy field on the Calendar synch field but the box is blurred. How to fix this? Many thanks!

Charging a no show fee?

Is there a way to charge a no-show fee or a cancellation fee I understand that I could take a deposit but in the follow-up emails there's no option to limit the rescheduling it just says cancel and reschedule.

When I clone a meeting, the link of the meeting includes 'clone' on the end - how do I turn this off?

When I clone an event type to create a new meeting, while I can change the name of the meeting, the copied link includes the word ‘clone’ on the end of the URL. Can I get this to stop?

How do you print the meetings list

I would just like to b e able toprint the meetings list… As simple requedt I would have thought and a feature I would have thought would be available but apparently not.. If you go to the meetings list, as per my picture, It would be great if there was a button to click on to print the page as it appears… or cntrl P.. If you try that now it prints in about 8 different pages of different segements of the screen..

New calendar invite not sending when event is rescheduled

When an invitee books a meeting with me, they receive a calendar invitation. If they reschedule they don’t receive an updated calendar invitation - just a notification that the original meeting has been cancelled. How do I fix this as it’s causing a lot of confusion!

Unable to change profile details — "Server Error, Please Try Again Later"

Title sums it up. I’m trying to change my profile picture, country and timezone, yet I keep getting this error message.I’ve tried clearing my cache and cookies as well as attempting the change from multiple devices, including one that’s never had a Calendly log in ever, all to be prompted with the same message, so the error is clearly either in my account or server-side.Anyone else have the same issue, or ideally a solution?

Force Time Format to 12h am/pm on booking page for everyone

Hi all!I would like my calendly call booking page to force Time Format display to 12h am/pm style for everyone. I’ve already changed my time format in my personal settings, but this doesn’t do anything for my booking page.I’m located in Europe, and US leads often book the wrong time because they assume the displayed 24h/military time is 12h am/pm time. How to have Calendly ignore a certain “Busy” event on my calendar?

On my Google Calendar, I have a "busy" time set from 9 AM to 12 PM every day to avoid unnecessary meetings.But I would still like to make this time slot available for booking through Calendly for specific people.Is it possible to configure Calendly to achieve this setting? I have a premium plan with a couple users. There is no way to email, call, chat, etc. with any support team from calendly.So this is my last resort effort to try to get a response as multiple emails have gone with no replies. Can someone help?issue: My account was over billed. When I removed a seat, no prorated amount was deducted. However, when i added a seat, charged me a prorated amount for it. So this just seems to be a bug in your seat system. however, I need someone to respond as I have no idea how to contact the support team.

Feature Request (or how to?): Manual Host Selection

I’m looking to make our Calendly events similar to how Microsoft Booking is setup where a client can manually select which host they want to meet with. I’d also like the ability to add multiple meeting “location” options to this event. I tried to create an event using the round robin event type, but as far as I can tell that would just push the event to any host in the round robin. I’m just looking for a way to allow our clients to manually select which host they need.

My account was created as a solo account and I need to be added to another members team plan. Can my account be simply be moved onto the team plan or would I have to cancel and get a refund to then re-open the account under the team plan? Can someone help?

Approval Required

When I login with my Office 365 credentials I get the popup window saying “Approval Required”. See attached image. Nothing has changed. I used to be able to login. My office 365 credentials are still valid and my employer says they don’t support Calendly. I have also cleared browser cache.

I would like to inquire about the possibility of integrating other currency options into Calendly. From my perspective, the current limitation is quite restrictive. While I appreciate and enjoy using Calendly, the inability to transact in my own currency poses a challenge in tracking payments and confirming appointments.This limitation requires additional manual effort, whereas other platforms seamlessly handle currency transactions in my currency. I am curious why Calendly does not offer this feature?From the client's perspective, it adds another layer by redirecting them to an external site for payments and adds confusion.It would greatly enhance the user experience if currency integration (other than $, € and £!) could be included within Calendly. I offer this as a suggestion for consideration by the Calendly team.Unfortunately, I find myself exploring alternative programs due to this particular limitation, although I very much would prefer to stay with Calendly.

I love using Calendly, but I am considering moving to another platform as the currency options for taking payment for some events still does not have NOK as a currency option, even though Stripe has it. I see that this has been a topic several months ago. Why is NOK still not an option?
