I have tried both on the app and website to add in date specific hours for the 24th July (I want it to be marked as unavailable). However this isn’t transferring to my Calendly on the front end and still showing as available. I also tried amending weekly hours schedule for a Wednesday, but the original schedule (2-6pm) is also still showing. Whenever I tried these, a pop up noting ‘changes saved’ is appearing. Any advice?
We have a vaccine clinic for our cat/kitten foster families every 3 weeks. It’s a free service for foster parents. But kittens need a series of vaccines, so we’ve been offering it to adopters now as well. But we’d like adopters to pay like they would if they went to the vet. Is there a way we can charge some people but not others? I know the work around is to clone and route, but that’s essentially creating two separate calendars for appts. So if we have a clinic from 10-12, we’d potentially have people double-booking for a time. Which wouldn’t be the end of the world, but wondering if there’s a different way?
Hi everyone, I wanted to connect Calendly with Stripe to let clients book the time on Calendly, pay on Stripe and get the invoice by Stripe. To doing that, we want to test out the user flow first. I have created the dummy account on Stripe without any actual business details and connected to our Calendly account. But unfortunately it seems not working, I cannot connect them both together.Does anyone could help me out or point me to the right direction please. Ken
We have Essential plan that allows 1 seat though I am not sure what is meant by “seat”. We want to use same account on multiple websites. Though we can use the calendar links on different sites but each calendar picks up the branding/logo from the profile. My question is if we upgrade to another plan then can we use different branding/logos on different calendars?
I am working to create a single-paid event. This event needs to have exclusive rights to certain hours (and only those hours) on my calendar. i.e., I am NOT “available” during those hours (for other events) as I will be hosting that event, but I need that event to be live during ONLY those hours on that day. (August 1 from 1730-1900). I tried to use the info provided in this post: but, I think that some of the settings have changed, and it no longer works the way that it is described in the video. Is this still possible? Any help would be appreciated.
Title pretty much describes it: if client doesn’t abide by cancellation policy, they’re charged for the appointment. Vaulting the card in advance isn’t perfect, but tryig to avoid implementing a refundable booking fee. Acuity will do this, but I’d prefer to use Calendly + don’t see a clear answer. Thanks!
Trying to change just the title of my 1-on-1 calendar rather than create a new calndar. Is there a way to do that?
Hello - If we have a team event type using the Round Robin setting is there any ability from the team calendar to schedule with one specific team member on a case-by-case basis versus the round robin setting selecting the the team member? Or is the only option to reschedule the event and choose that team member after scheduling? Thanks!
Hi Calendly. When customers confirm their appointments, it doesn’t show anywhere really useful that they have done so. Take today’s example it would be good if we could see confirmed on this page, if they have done so. We currently need to click on each one to see if they have confirmed. This is important at a glance information. I’ve just done a red-text example confirmed to show how it could be from a functionality standpoint. Cheers
Hi there folks, This may seem super-basic, but I also can’t find it spelled out anywhere: I have one paid account with more than one event type. When one time slot gets booked by a customer on one event type, the same time slot automatically becomes unavailable across the other event type schedules, right? I would assume so. But as I say, I can’t find it spelt out anywhere. Best, Jason P.S. While searching this help forum, I saw a few requests for a way to set ‘master unavailability overrides’ across all event types with one operation. Has this arrived yet? :)
Danke
As a: Calendly Admin...I would like: for all event types to be available in managed events...So I can: reduce manual configuration work and reduce the risk of event configuration and routing errors. Current state:Our go-to-market process involves a round-robin event where the Account/Company Owner is the meeting host and an invitee is chosen from a pool of Sales Engineers. I have to create a separate shared event for each sales rep to use in routing logic. Separate routes need to be created for each rep (plus a catchall user) using a (HubSpot) Owner id filter. Our go-to-market process also involves a group meeting where the Account/Company Owner is meeting host #1 and the same two support specialists are hosts #2 & #3 across all reps. Like the round-robin event, separate event types need to be created for each rep as well as separate routes with an Owner id filter. Round-robin events require slightly less button clicking than Collective events. When using Collective events, the hos

Hi,My organization uses subscribed calendar to give us our schedule. Which means that Calendly is basically useless for me unless I can add a subscribed calendar as busy. Note that the subscribed link is entirely public so there is not authentification issue. Is there any way to solve this? Unfortunately this is what will decide me to use Calendly as a subscriber. Thanks!Christophe
Hello, I understand discount codes are not available on Calendly. I don’t want to duplicate events and a discount code would make it so I don’t have to have multiple links to the same event. Will that feature be available soon? If not, I will need to change platforms. Thanks
Hello, I’m currently organizing my Calendly board. So I have multiple Event Type Groups with different event types in them. Is there a way I can easily move an event type from a group to a different group of event types? (move it from calendly url 1 to calendly url 2)I don’t know if my terminology here is correct, but what I mean by event type groups are the event types that are in a certain calendly url.
Hi everyone,I'm looking to integrate Calendly into our company's website hillsdot.com . What are the best practices for embedding Calendly on a site to ensure a seamless user experience? Are there specific tools or techniques that work particularly well for customization and integration? Any advice or examples would be greatly appreciated!
When I use Calendly to provide an opportunity for a client to make an appointment, the client turns up as host in the Zoom session and I don’t have the prerogative to set up things as I wish in the Zoom page. I must wait until the client logs in properly before I am able to do so. Sometimes I need to be there first so I can assist the client in signing in to the session. How can I change this?
I have a “collective event” set up with a colleague. When someone schedules an event with us, the scheduler, my colleague and me all get emailed the calendar event. So far so good.If my colleague declines the event, it gets canceled for everyone. However, this is not what we want because the scheduler and me can still attend. Can Calendly events be set up so that in this scenario the event is not canceled, even when one of the participants declines the calendar invite?
I booked a time slot in my calendar through my calendly link as a test. it was successfully added to my integrated Google calendar. I then canceled the event through my calendly account. i also afterward deleted the left-over canceled events directly in my google calendar. However the timeslot i tested still is not available. The troubleshooting tool gives the “Calendar” error: This time slot overlaps with a busy event on your Google calendar: [removed email]. However there is no event, it was canceled through calendly and deleted in google. I have tried clearing my cache and trying a different browser and the timeslot is still unavailable. I am using the free tier. Please let me know what else i may have missed in my testing, thanks!
You’ve sent out your Calendly to book or perhaps you’ve just scheduled the perfect time on someone else’s Calendly. And ding! The confirmation email arrives, but not with the time you were expecting. You could have sworn you’d picked noon your time? Why is it saying 1pm? 4pm? Why is it saying the wrong time?!In this article, we’re going to troubleshoot why sometimes appointments and confirmations don’t appear to line up and what to do either as the invitee/attendee or the host. Who is this article for? All users, regardless of plan type or role on plan, are impacted by time zones. This article is for all Calendly users. How are time zones detected?Whether you’re the host or invitee/attendee, time zones are detected by checking your device settings and synced calendars. You can learn everything you ever wanted to know about Calendly and time zones here. The time zone displayed on the booking page is the one that will be shown in any email confirmation or reminder received from Calendly.
Hello Calendly community!I create a calendly a few years ago with the following account: calendly.com/morcioNow, im back, and i can not remember what email i use to create that account, i try with a few ones but none of those works to login to that account. When i try to reset password, i cant find the option with username, so, in any part i can find the relation with that username an email. The reason why im looking to login to that account is because i want to delete that username to move it to my new calendly account (calendly.com/dachiardi) I hope anyone can help me to identify which email i use in the calendly.com/morcio to then, restar that password, thanks a lot. cheers.
Hi thereI would like to have different availabilities for different locations: eg Mondays online, Tuesdays in person - but for the same event type (so clients don’t have to use different links). So when they visit the page, they would be asked ‘do you want to meet online or in person’ and then different days would be available. Many thanks
Does anyone know how I can manage multiple event types in Calendly so that the total number of participants across all events doesn’t exceed a combined limit (e.g., 16 participants), and also handle separate payments for each event type? Any advice on tracking the total, automatically closing bookings when the limit is reached, and managing different payments for each event type? Thanks!
I was asked to book a phone interview on someone else Calendar how do I do so
