The owner of my organizations Calendly account is no longer at our organziation. Is it possible to change the ownership somehow or do we need to cancel and create a new account?
My Outlook calendar shows events from “other calendars” or “people’s calendars” to which I subscribe. Those events show up to allow me to stay informed of what events are coming up in the future. I don’t accept most of those events. Does Calendly deem events on those subscribed calendars to be unavailable for booking?
Hello,I am trying to see if there is a way to disconnect availability from active events. I have multiple active events but each with different availability, but when I schedule in one event is takes that availability away from another event even though the active schedules for each of those events are different. How do I stop this from happening?
The confirmation e-mail send a msg to my customer showing weekday and month in english. I’d like to have that translated into portuguese. Any thoughts?
I want to change my available hours for future bookings. How do I do that without it affecting my currently booked appointments?
Hi Calendly Team,I'm writing to inquire about the ability to set availability based on event types in Calendly.Currently, overriding my availability affects all event types equally. This becomes inconvenient when, for example, I need to be unavailable for events in a specific location (customers/types of events) but remain available for those in another. This feature would be particularly valuable for users with individual Calendly links, allowing for more granular scheduling control. While I've been manually setting availability for specific events as a temporary solution, it's quite time-consuming.Is there a way to achieve per-event type availability that I might be missing? Alternatively, are there any plans to introduce this functionality in future updates? Thanks for your time and consideration!Best,Oleg.
Dear Calendly users,Is there a way to place a button “Add to Google Calendar”, “Add to MS Outlook calendar” and so on on the confirmation page of an meeting in Calendly? The main reason for this is that my customers have a lot of email in the inboxes and forget to add an event in their calendars using email. It’ll be better to show them these kind of buttons right away on the confirmation page.Is there any way to archive this?
I do not want to collect or send email confirmations to users who book with me. We send them a text message with details and force them to watch an intro video before joining the meeting. If they get the calendar invite it allows them to bypass this. How can I hide or disable this field?
Is it still not possible for a person to schedule multiple events and pay at the end? I am a teacher, and my students want to book many classes and pay the total sum at the end. Additionally, is it possible to schedule an event and have it repeat automatically every week? (Students who want to book the same day, same time)
Calendar week view requestHello there, i think a very important feature is missing in Calendly: it is not possible to have a simple view of the planned evenst of the week without having to sync it with another calendar service.I would like to be able to see all my planned events for the coming week or event month. It’s not very easy and enjoyable to look at a simple list of all events.
I created a Calendly with 60-minute time slots, however on the booking page it has meetings in 30 minute increments. How do I fix this so it lists them as 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, etc
I saw the post here: I was already set correctly. When I receive Calendly invitations from others, I click “yes” but it never adds it to my calendar and I can’t do anything to make it add. Why is this happening?
When a client cancels an event, Calendly displays message below. Is there any way to change the text and make it friendly when someone cancels the event?“Refunds are not processed by Calendly and are subject to the Calendly User's payment terms. Please contact the Calendly User if you require a refund. “
Hello. As of this morning, whenever I sign into my google account the following error message appears in the top right hand corner of my computer screen “Calendly: Meeting scheduling software is disabled”. I’ve attached a screen shot as well. Calendly seems to be working OK. Is this some form of virus / bug ? How can I get rid of it?
Hello !I have created multiple event type. Now I would like to impose a minimal delay between two event types, like 2 weeks for instance. In short, I would like to create a chain between all my event types, with a minimal amount of time between them.Is it possible? Thanks in advance.
I need more than 40 time candidates for meeting poll. How to handle this?
I have a global coaching company, and I have 3 sales people based in America, Bali and Mauritius. I would like to have one booking form which will allow the potential client to book with one of the 3 sales members but would like the client to have the option on who to schedule a call with depending on the clients locations, so that its a more convenient time. How best can I set this up? THANKS
I’d like to have an option to have a short agreement that each client must click a box to agree to before booking a meeting. Is this possible?
This seems like such a HUGE NO-BRAINER… why doesn’t Calendly have reoccurring appointments, meetings, events, etc? Is there plans to ADD IT? Anybody have an ETA? What’s UP?!! Thank you!
I’m getting an error message that I don’t have availability because there is a conflict with one of my Microsoft 365 calendars, but when I go to that calendar there are no events scheduled for that date/time, even all day events or anything at all. HELP please!
I have a group booking and I want 1 person to be able to add extra people which will reduce the total number of spots available. Same issue as Attendee bring other attendees | Community (calendly.com)But I wanted to raise it again. As To confirm if there any plans to support this feature +1 my support for this feature (since I did not see a feature request page where we can upvote ideas)I can see there is a workaround of me logging into that particular event and reducing the number of spots available manually. But ideally the solution wouldAutomatically update spots available based on number of attendees entered Update payment amount for number of people entered.See my booking page https://calendly.com/allyourtransfers/airport-shuttleWhere I have this question.
Purchased a new seat license specifically so my growing team could use Calendly Round Robin to be scheduled by customers and then outbound call those customers at the time they chose: Why can’t we collect phone numbers from customers and call them at the time they choose?Am I missing something? If this really isn’t supported, it’s a HUGE oversight and will force me to look elsewhere. HubSpot has solved this.
My wife and I have individual google calendars and we have a shared ‘family’ calendar. I’ve got Calendly looking at both calenders but it seems to not recognize ‘all-day’ busy events on the ‘family’ calendar while recognizing them on my personal calendar. They are marked as busy. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Hi Folks,Is it possible to have a Shopify product for say a 10-week classroom booking with a specific time/date. The client then wants it that when a buyer purchases the available time/date, this then syncs and updates their calendly booking schedule. Is this achievable, i.e. using automation tools such Zapeier or Make?
Is it possible to set up a meeting type where the host can be changed on individually booked appointments.Currently all meetings come to me as the host, but I would like to be able to divvy these out to my staff on an adhoc basic depending on the needs of the particular clients meeting booking.I have tried the round robin booking but it will only allow me to add us both as hosts to ALL scheduled meetings which is not suitable.
