I have created a one to group event with a maximum number of 3 attendees. The breakdown of booking could look like:One per person a couple and a single a family of three. Three does not appears to be a way for a family to select a number of session they want to book. And based on that decision the price is updated. So if you are a couple you could book 2 sessions at the same time and pay the price. Rather than booking one session, then trying to book another session. In that time the session could have been taken by someone else. Is there a work around? I want the ability to have 3 slots that are all at the same time. And have a client pick how many people they want to attend. The price should reflect the number of people attending.
A colleague and I have a round robin shared Calendly link for a 60-minute time slot that we share with our customers. We want to be able to offer multiple time options 60-minute, 30-minute, and 15-minute. When I create multiple options for my own calendar, I can display all of these on a single link and this works well. Is this something I can do for shared events too?
I am not sure the purpose of Reconfirm Workflows if the appointment is not canceled if they do not confirm. Am I missing something? I would like all appointments to be canceled if the person (attendee) doesn’t confirm the appointment. Please advise!
If someone cancle scheduled event, can Calendly send to other people which already have their event scheduled an email with new avalibility date? Thank you.
How can I create appointment availability in my calendar for 30 minute discovery calls and make sure it is differentiated from my coaching calls? When I first made my free account I remember I had that option and now it seems to be unaccessable without paying for it.
Does anyone know why when I open Calendly on a mobile and the cookie banner pops up → i can hardly scroll down. I have to scroll on the very right side of the screen. How can I fix that? Thanks !

I want to place an reccuring event in the agenda every two weeks. Is this possible?
On the left bar you will see contacts. So from there I can see the booking information and I can share availability to encourage them to schedule again. How do I customize the email being sent from that location?
I need to download the Outlook Desktop Plug-in. I go through the process of clicking help on the Calendly Website. It sends me to an AI. I work through the process and the AI tells me I need to contact the support team. I click the link it sends me to the stupid AI who cannot give me the link but tells me to contact the support team, that sends me back to the stupid AI who cannot give me the link but tells me to contact the support team. I am starting to think that CAL the AI has killed its human overseers because they were giving out the plug-in download link. Can SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME THE LINK TO THE DOWNLOAD. Why is it kept in the company vaults guarded by CAL the killer AI app.
I’d like to limit the number of instances n of a Round Robin event even if there are more than n possible hosts. My use case is sales meeting bookings for a conference. There are five salespeople, but we want only two meetings (with any salesperson) booked at any given time. This includes overlaps; for example, if meetings are 30 minutes long but can be booked n 15-minute increments, we would allow both a 1:15 and a 1:30 meeting, but not another 1:30 in addition to those.
Is there a way to use different calendars to check availability for Online (Zoom) or Offline meetings? Because my offline calendar is for a shared room where also other teachers/coaches book time in. So it is time where the practice room is booked and this is only for offline coach sessions. The online ZOom’s, I want to have synced with my own calendar. Is this possible?
I’ve seen a few asks for maximum number of meetings per week. I’d like to see the ability to close an event type automatically, once certain number of events has been reached for a event type.I send Calendly links to people to schedule user research sessions. For each research project (event type), I only need a certain number of people. I’d like the ability to set that number, and have my event type be closed automatically, once that number is reached. In my use case, I always need to send the link to more people than I need, to get enough people participating. But if more people than I need want to schedule with me, it’s much nicer to tell them we’ve got our slots filled, before they go through the process to select a time and answered all my invitee questions.
I’d like to be able to copy Event Types from my calendly account to members of my team.I want to save myself a lot of time by using what I have - as a starting point.
Hello everyone, I have integrated Calendly into my website and want to redirect to a thank you page after a successful appointment booking. I have set this up and it works well. The big challenge: after someone has booked an appointment, there is a short pop-up with a success notification saying "your appointment was successfully booked", and only after that, the user is redirected to the thank you page.Question: Is there a way to prevent this success message and redirect directly to the thank you page? Background of my question: Visitors who reach the thank you page are tracked as conversions. However, many close the page after they receive the Calendly pop-up message.
Does calendly have the option for me to schedule times using someone else’s calendar/availability?
I’ve been using Calendly for a few years, it always worked find, however the last few months the app does NOT send push notifications to remind me of an appointment 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I have my push notifications enabled/on. I toggled it on and off. I even deleted the Calendly App and reinstalled it but I am still have the same issue. It is frustrating because I rely on the push notification from the app and I’ve missed appointments because of it. How can this be fixed?
Hi, I would like to create a group meeting for my customers. I don’t want to use Zoom for the Invite, as I don’t want to share the attendees emails with everybody. My Idea is to create a group meeting my customers can book and attend through calendly. Is this possible? If you need more details, let me know.Best regardsMichael
I am trying to see if Calendly can do something specific and if so, how do I set it up. This calendly link needs to pull from multiple calendars, starting out it will be four but could be more. From those calendars only two people are required to be at this meeting. Below I have listed the four calendars that it will pull from. When scheduling, the recipient of the link needs to find a time that works for them and also works for one person from the sales team and one person from the accounts team. I know you can connect multiple calendars, but I really need to know if it is possible to then narrow it down to the two calendars that are required (one from each team). Sales Person 1 (only one sales person is needed at meeting)Sales Person 2Account Person 1 (only one accounts person is needed at meeting)Account Person 2 I hope someone can understand what I am asking, but if more information is needed, just ask.
I need to change my staff’s email from their Gmail to an Outlook email, but in the Profile < Log In Preferences < Change Email section, it requires me to use Google. How/Where can I bypass Google to update my email? It prompts me to log into Google when I do the steps above and takes me in circles
Thanks for the message - I actually do read most of them. Here is one feature that would be a game changer for me… Instead of ME having to set up cards for :15 minute contact (Call, virtual etc…)30 minute meeting60 minute meeting90 minute meeting2 hour meetingBla bla bla It would be WAY BETTER for me to offer people the following:Initial Consultation meeting (30 minutes) [I can do this now]Business Review meeting (the person should be able to book from 30 minutes to 2 hours)Catch up meeting (the person should be able to book from 15 minutes to 45 minutes)Project meeting (the person should be able to book from 15 minutes to 2 hours)DiSC debrief (the person should be able to book from 30 minutes to 4 hours)Face to Face connect (the person should be able to book from 1 hour to 4 hours) I think if the person booking could determine the amount of time on SOME of the requests it would be better. Right now I have to have MULTIPLE cards (too many options) for them to book my time. The options
I have a coworker who gets an email notification every time someone uses my Calendly to schedule a time on my calendar, when they are not invited or a part of the appointment. Ex. Someone books an appt with me but she also gets an email alert that someone booked it on my calendar. Need help figuring out how to not have her get these emails especially since she isn’t invited on the appt or need to get notified. We use Office 365.
Is there a way for a teams page to allow the client to choose which host they want to communicate with based on their availability? It seems in the Round Robin event type there are no host pictures and a host would be selected randomly. Thanks for the Help!
Hello - new calendly user hereI am a freelance counsellor and I offer a 12 week package of treatment meetings for my clients. Is there a way that I can set this up on Calendly, where the customer will be restricted to book one meeting per week over the 12 weeks they have paid for?As an example, my clients pays for a 12 week course, they will then be able to choose which day of the week they would like their meeting to take place within a 12 week time rangeRegardsMark
