In the old UI you used to be able to select 'Let this link expire after the first booking' and then select the ‘Copy’ button and the link would copy. However, under the new UI when you enable the 'Let this link expire after the first booking' the ‘Copy Link’ button is replaced with a refresh icon. The makes users have to manually copy the link. Please bring back the functionality of a ‘Copy’ button for single use links. Single Use Link toggle is disabled. ‘Copy Link’ button is visibleSingle Use Link toggle is enabled. ‘Copy Link’ button disappears and is replaced by ‘Refresh’

Hello, I have two one-on-one event categories to offer to students. Let’s call them events X and Y. Some days I can offer students the choice of scheduling X or Y, other days, I am only available for X. To capture this variability, I’d like to have two Schedules: Schedule A, where only X events are available; another Schedule B with X or Y events available. The issue I’m having is that it seems like I can only assign each event type to one Schedule at a time. Once X events are linked w Schedule A, I can’t link them to Schedule B without them being removed from Schedule A. Is there a way around this?
Is it possible to assign a consistent Zoom Meeting ID and Password to a recurring Managed (Team) Event?
I am using a routing form to help our SDRs pick the correct round robin event link for the prospect they are speaking with. The issue I am running into is that most of the fields for the routing form are pre-filled in the URL by our CRM to keep errors and SDR time to a minimum. The issue I am having is that I have a custom field in the Routing form for Company Name and in the Invitee form as well. I need it in the invitee form but there does not appear to be a way to pre-fill that through the Routing form. It automatically does Name and Email but not custom field mapping. I am already successfully pre-populating the routing form and I can successfully pre-populate the invitee form but not when it sits behind a routing form.Is there a way, I am missing, to do this?
I am trying to figure out if this is even possible on Calendly. I have tried reaching out via their Contact Us Chat, but cannot get a live agent. I am in charge of trying to set up and create an online booking link for our organization. We have multiple locations, therefore multiple users. What we want is ONE single booking link we can put on our main website, and when a customer clicks that, they can then select either the user (based on location) or the location they want to schedule at and then proceed with selecting the appointment type and scheduling. I created managed events and assigned then to a person to test, but I do not see anywhere on the admin side to copy and use a booking link to the managed events? Is this even an option on Calendly? If not, then it is not what we are looking for.
I would like calendly to show my as unavailable for appointments on days that I have something later in the day schduled. For instance, I usually book early 8 am on site appts and my afternoons are busy with other tasks so I only have available 3 hour windows between 8-11am everyday. But, I have a doctor appt at 12:30 one day and don’t want to book an on-site appt that day. I have synced the calendar that its on, but calendly is still showing me as available that day. Is there a way I can set calendly to see an event at any point during a day and show me as unavailable on trying to schedule an appt? Thanks!
Occasionally I have events that don’t need to be shared with my team who has access to my outlook calendar. Is there a way to have an event with a default setting to mark a private meeting on the outlook event when it adds to my outlook calendar?
Can someone tell me what makes the “Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting.” dialog box to appear or not appear? On some of our events this comes up for the scheduler to complete, sometimes it does not appear and only the Name and email options show.
Hello Calendly Community,I've been exploring ways to streamline scheduling for my online education platform, Rozi Academy (https://roziacademy.com/), and I'm currently using Calendly to manage appointments and class schedules. It's been a great tool, but I've encountered some integration challenges.Specifically, I'm looking to optimize how Calendly interacts with our course management system to better align our class schedules with students' appointments. I'm interested in any tips or best practices for ensuring smooth integration. Has anyone here worked on similar integration for educational platforms? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance,
I just switched from google calendar appointment to Calendly. I find Calendly did the same thing as Google that as soon as the available booking hours of that day are booked, that date is no longer highlighted with a color in the booking calendar. I would like it to be highlighted to show “ Booking is full” or something so that the user would know I indeed offer some sessions on that day, then the user won’t get confused that whether it is because I don’t offer service on that day or it’s because that day is full. Anyone there has the same problem with me? Just get very frustrated … does Calendly offer a way to do it?
Hello,Can I allow only registered guests book a meeting?Currently everyone can book a meeting; but I want to make sure I only open my calendar to clients I’ve pre-approved. Kind regards,J
I have automated reminders setup but I'd like to see what calendly has sent to my prospects. How do I do that?
Hi,We are trying to reach the support, but the bot doesn’t transfert us to an humain which is what we need. It seems like it is not possible to email someone so we are trying here…Would would like to know how to do this...When the first event is planned by the client, we would like a second event to be planned hidden from the client to reserve an employee's time. For example, the customer plans to bring their bike in for repair at 9 a.m., the system automatically schedules 3 hours of repairs thereafter.Thank you
I am currently located in Australia, but I need to plan an event on pakistani drama whatsapp group link with my international teams in the pakistan. To ensure proper synchronization of schedules, I would like to know how to change the time zone on my device. Can you provide guidance on adjusting the time zone settings so that I can effectively coordinate the timing of the event with my teams based in the Pakistan?
When using email confirmations, the calendar description defaults to the name of the invitee and event type. Why is there no ability add additional variables to the calendar description when using email confirmations like there is when using calendar invitations? (I don’t want to use calendar invitations because I don’t want invitees to see internal notes that I may enter in the appointment from Outlook). Or, if there is a way to accomplish this, how?
Is there a way to have a category assigned to a meeting when its added to my outlook calendar. I’d like to set the category depending on which event is chosen.
I recently had a group event in which I collected payment using Calendly integrated with my Stripe account. It’s been 4 days since the event and the funds aren’t showing in my Stripe account and haven’t been deposited into my bank account like they normally would. What can I do to resolve this and how do I avoid this happening in the future? Thanks!
Hi - I’m sure this question has been posed, but I cannot find anything within the community pages or I’ve used the wrong search terms. Here goes, is there a way to reorder the main scheduling/booking page? And, as a follow up, what display order does the main booking page use (chronological/alphabetical)? As a coach, I want my discovery session event displayed first; however, given I have ~six additional live event types visible, created after I created the discovery session event, it shows toward the bottom of the page (and most people tend not to scroll down when I embed the booking page on my website). I am open to any workarounds or alternative suggestions. Thanks in advance,Alexis
How can I resolve the issue of overlapping schedules in Calendly after purchasing two additional seats and transferring ownership of schedules, as the schedules continue to overlap and create problems for my team?
First: Sorry, my english is not so good, i hope you understand my problem. If my guests want to book an appointment, they get an email from my private google-emailadress. Don’t know where calendly get this email from. Perhaps from the calender which is checking my free date…Where can i change the emailadresse from which my clients get their commitment.
New to Calendly. Basically, all I want to do at this point is have Calendly read my Microsoft 365 Outlook calendar and send an email notification to my client 1 day prior to their appointment. I would also like to give them the opportunity to reply with a “cancel” command if they would like to cancel the meeting. I can see that my calendar is connected if I go to my profile drop down and select calendar sync. I added an appointment to my outlook calendar, but I do not see it get synced up to my Calendy calendar when I click on “Scheduled events”. As you can see, I am stuck on the basics or how this works. Any links to documentation for this or suggestions would be appreciated. I’ve already looked at getting started with Office 365 our Outloook.com and read How Calendly reads your Office 365/Outlook.com calendar event status, but I do not see and documents on where I can view the outlook appointments in Calendly.
On my Event Types page only 9 are shown and I need to click “Show More” to view others (I currently have 15 active and 6 inactive for later use).Often on websites you can choose how many of XX you want to view so you don’t need to click through multiple pages. Is there an adjustment for admins so we can see all our event types at once? If not, I’d like to submit this to Calendly as a feature request.I realize I can reorder them, but as I said, I have 15 active and I find myself tweaking or editing them fairly often. Thanks for any help.Tracy
Can the client update the location of a meeting without canceling and rescheduling? We have the option for our meetings to be in-person, by phone, or by Zoom, but once the location is picked it cannot be changed. Sometimes our clients need to change from in-person to Zoom or vice versa but they cannot do that through an existing appointment scheduled. Is there something in the works to add this feature? Or is it there and I am not seeing it? Thank you!
Okay, so I have a Wedding & Events website. I need to be able to block dates once I have received the payment for those. Also, the client needs to see once they enter the calendar page on my website the available dates there so they can schedule their event there. This calendar is not to separate a call meeting or any type of call, is to separate days, block dates, and have the availability ready for the client once they enter the Calendar page on my website. I need to know if I’m able to do this with Calendly.
