Good AM!I am trying to conduct a series of meetings on 2 specific dates and times and I have tried everything and I cannot get it to work - HELP!!!  :)

Hi, I’m wondering how to display all the different types of appointment I offer into a master page so I don’t create a conflict. Also to include my own google calendar into the mix?t  It’s connected, but calendly does not seem to consider what’s in it. Also, I’m not talking about booked appointments, just appointments offered - they’re different kinds - and I can’t see them on the same page. Makes the process super tedious: I actually have to use a paper calendar to put the different blocks on it to make sure I don’t create a conflict. Is there a way to do this more efficiently? I would certainly hope so. Thanks for your help!

Hello,I want to connect Calendly to Close.io.I have a dozen sales reps with whom prospects will make appointments. The aim is for them to be able to make an appointment with the one who has a slot available the fastest.How do I do this?Do I need one Calendly per sales rep? If so, how can I direct them to the one who is the first available?Thank you for your help.

Is Calendly HIPPA compliant? I have a BAA with Zoom, but I realize that probably doesn’t cover Calendly…. Please help.

Am sure someone has asked this but I couldn’t find it.I use 4 calendars but I want to be able to offer different links for each calendars in the way that calendar bridge does.You create a page, choose the calendar you want to book to and then view availability with up to 3 other calendars.  That would be so much easier as I run multiple accounts when working with clients and if working with a client with their own calendar, don’t want them to see my instance.I only just found calendar bridge and have started testing it, and that looks like a really good feature which I would love on this.ThanksPurnima

Hello,The program created a default event type called “30 Minute Meeting” when I integrated ZOOM it had me create a new Event Type and we called it “30 Minute Interview”  now Both show up when I embed the code into my website page . How do I delete the Default “30 Minute Meeting” event? Ron T

Hello, I am a freelancer / consultant who has used Calendly for about three years now. I have my own account for my firm and work as an admin for a client’s Calendly account. I love that when I create a one-off meeting, I can add everyone and see their stacked calendars to find openings. I would LOVE a similar view on the home page where I can just see it all the time.As an individual, I want to see my calendar with all my integrated calendars stacked to quickly see my openings. I often have bookings from multiple places & accounts and want one calendar app on my computer to see them all. Current org settings make it hard to share my calendar with my other (external) email accounts. As a consultant, this is helpful because I have several email accounts that I manage for my business and for my clients. Right now I have to go to each email calendar to see what my week looks like, often migrating things to a physical planner because I don’t have a singular calendar view to see everyth

I’m a solo consultant with multiple clients. My Calendly account is associated with an organization so I can pool my availability with one of my clients. But I also use Calendly separately as an individual consultant for other clients, so they can book time with me alone. The Calendly organization that I am a part of is using their company logo. Here’s the problem: their logo shows up on my personal Calendly booking pages. How can I allow the organization to keep their logo but remove it from my personal Calendly booking pages?

Hey guys, I connected my Calendly Account to Stripe and activated lot more payment methods in Stripe.In my calendly booking options there is only shown the credit card option.Does Calendly only allows credit card payment? Or how can I activate others like “PayPal” “bank transaction” etc.Thanks for your help.Heiko

I’m organizing one date on 4th December for a paid group event. My calendar options seem to only give me every Monday and won’t allow me to just highlight one date, can anyone help?

Good morning, I am not sure if this is the right place to put it, please correct me if I’m wrong.  I have specific events set on my calendly with different pre-set work hours in which people can schedule times. However, it happens every so often that I have to individually schedule an appointment but outside of the pre-set hours. I would greatly benefit from a “date override” function when you try to schedule an individual appointment with someone. Basically just “push it through”. I just thought I’d drop this piece of feedback with you guys.  Have a great day!

Hello friends,unfortunately my emails from Calendly often end up in my customers' spam folder. I built an email automation with multiple emails. Calendly is linked to my business Outlook. I have no problems directly from Outlook. All emails arrive.Where can the problems with Calendly come from? What can I do? Thank you for your support :-)Best regards Yve 

Hi all.When a booking is made via Calendly, the event turns up in my Mac calendar but the wrong field is populating my client’s address field.  I’ve populated the “Location” field as South West London and that’s the area of business.  However, it seems to use this field where previously the bookee’s address was there.  I had to create a custom “Question” in the booking form for the client to populate their full address and postcode - how do I get it to populate where the yellow highlight is below?  Thank you. 

I have availability from 5:30-8:30 in my calendar. I have a client book a 1hr session from 5:30-6:30. I have no prep time after or before appointments but the calendar now shows the next appointment is at 7:00. I want someone to be able to book at 6:30 if they want. I also tried reducing the time slot to 55min instead of 60mins and have no change.  

When a user books an event they get an email with ics file attached.  It also has a button at bottom to save in calendar but all it does is open a download for ics file and not add to outlook calendar.Is there a way to customize the message so we can have instruction on how to add to calendar via ics?  All clients will be using outlook application.  Would also be nice to remove the add to calendar button since the attachement can be used directly without downloading a duplicate copy.  Would be nice to add logos and stuff in future.Thanks

Suddenly SMS is not longer sendind to Host or Invitee.  I am based in the USA and I am sending in the USA.  I have changed nothing and support has been of no help for 3 days now.  Has anyone experienced this?

The Calendar where people can select the date and time is being displayed in the center of my page. I want this to be aligned left or change the max-width. I have tried using css to align it left and to change the width but nothing works. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Hi folks, every time someone books an appointment the event appears in my Google Calendar as a blue block. Is it possible to change this color (not manually but automatically)? And is it also possible to assign different colors to different events? Many thanks in advance! Best, Alex

We have multiple events, set up as Round Robin, and most of the time these are held over the phone or a video call, but around 20% of the time, clients insist on a meeting in-person.  We have one meeting room in our office, which is a shared resource.  The Meeting Room is on our Outlook Calendar and can be “booked” and has its own diary, which can be set to “busy/available/etc”. How can we use the Round Robin (which we need, because we have multiple people offering the same consultation), while also being able to automatically check the Meeting Room for availability if a client insists on an in-person meeting? Happy to have an additional Calendly licence for the Meeting Room if required.ThanksGary

Hello everyone, I need to create appointments for two workstations that need to work at the same time. Having two stations, when a customer books his appointment, I have to make sure that the second station can also be booked, at the same time and for the same event. Can someone help me?

I used to be able to pull up the Calendy Calendar like any other calendar and see who was scheduled on what date.   This was a standard calendar view - not the list view which I can still pull up in my appointments.   

I have “Google servers are unavailable.” message - how can I solve this? Just wait?
